We had a great stay for a family wedding. Juan is simply the best host and nothing was too much trouble. His attentiveness and good nature made our trip. He’s a gem!! His friends nature is infectious!!

Wonderful home but Juan was the icing on the cake! He was very accommodating and can get just about anything you need or point you to the perfect spot.

We had the absolute best stay. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. It was away from the noise and crowds but still within walking distance. Juan was an incredible host- he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need and checked in on us. We were grateful for him and everything he did for us. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated 4 of us. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and the location is ideal - 10 minutes to the beach and center but away from the noise and bustle. While Betty was helpful and accessible, Juan the manager met us on arrival and was super helpful and friendly, easy to communicate with and was available for questions and guidance.

We loved the house! Plenty of space for our families! Kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans and utensils. The house is near town. Juan and Betty were super responsive prior to our arrival and while staying at the house! Sayulita and the home were relaxing and just what we needed!

I stayed here for my bachelorette and it was absolutely perfect in every way The home was beautiful (even more so in person than in the photos!), it was a short walk to the beach and town while also being enough removed/private. A 10/10 experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Casa Desierto was a wonderful space for us to celebrate a birthday getaway. The home was beautiful and spacious for our group. The home is a short walk away from town. And just far away to enjoy some peace and quiet as well. The trip was lovely and we're glad to have chosen Casa Desierto as our space. Betty and Juan (the property's manager) were communicative and super supportive with recommendations and accommodations. Highly recommend the space to any travelers looking to relaxing in Sayulita.

We had a fabulous stay at Betty’s place! The house was beautiful, and plenty of room for us six women to spread out. The local recommendations - from chef, airport shuttle service, beachside margaritas - were top notch. Highly recommend!

We had the best stay for a wonderful start to my wedding weekend. From start to finish Juan was so responsive and helpful. He not only greeted us at the door to make sure we got in ok but also hosted us at a beach restaurant and helped us get transportation after a service ghosted us. The service went above and beyond and we could not thank Juan enough for taking care of us. The house was amazing as well!The views and location were great ! I recommend getting a golf cart the hills can be a little tricky but so worth it ! 1000% would stay here again ! We feel like we have made a good friend and would come back to just hang out with Juan and stay in sayulita again :)

We had a great time at Bettys place! The house was clean and comfortable, the area felt safe and quiet, and the distance was walkable to town and the beach. Juan was truly amazing, he did an excellent job helping us get settled and always being available to answer questions and help us plan our time. He was a big part in making this not just a place to stay but a great experience overall. Thank you for an excellent time in Sayulita!

We so enjoyed our stay at Betty’s! What a perfect location. So close to the gorgeous beach and amazing restaurants. The AC worked great! We were even able to enjoy a yoga session on the patio and a private chef in home during our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Really great spot to stay at and just a cool vibe through out. Super easy to get into the center of town.

Great place with very helpful hosts!

Betty’s place is a beautiful modern AirBnB. The interior decorating is fresh, with lots of light, pretty plants, beautiful views, and a very nice pool to cool down. You can walk down Gringo Hill along pretty winding streets from the place to Sayulita square in less than 10 minutes (we timed ourselves walking back up in 7 minutes). Highly recommend also getting the golf cart to make it even easier to do a little shopping or zip to the beach with a few bags. The bedrooms all have fans and AC, and all the large bathrooms are very comfortable too. What really made the trip extremely easy was the responsiveness of Juan throughout our stay. He always answered messages within minutes, and was ready to help with anything we needed, over the phone or in person by zipping over on his motorcycle. Cleaning lady Rosa ensured that everything was squeaky clean also. Thank you Betty, Rosa and Juan: we had the best time.

We had a wonderful stay here for a bachelorette! The house is amazing, Betty and Juan (the hosts) are incredibly responsive and helped us set up drivers, golf carts, etc. and were there to help with anything onsite when needed. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here, the house was so beautiful. Juan was so responsive and helped us set up golf cart rentals and answered any questions we had very quickly. We would definitely come back in the future!

Betty's house was fantastic. With our group of 5, we had the perfect amount of space to join together at the table for nightly card games and meals and enough room to spread out when we needed private space. The house is in a bustling neighborhood, just the hill from the main part of town with the option to take a direct steep route or an easy flat route (once you go down one steep hill) There were options for golf carts but we opted to walk in and out of town. We loved that there was a gourmet market, an organic market, and a coffee shop at the bottom of the hill. Juan was very responsive and helpful when we needed anything!

Book this beautiful house! You won’t regret it. From the beginning, our experience was amazing; kicked off by fast and informative communication with Betty to recommendations on transportation (private drivers and golf cart rentals), in-home chefs, taxi services, and more. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the on property host, Juan, who gave us a warm welcome and detailed instructions about the house. The house is incredibly beautiful, clean and perfect for entertaining. The AC units in the bedrooms were key for comfortable sleeping and breaks from the heat. The pool and patio was one of our favorite aspects of the house and the views are incredible. Wifi is fast and we didn’t even turn on the TV’s as we were amazed by the beautiful scenery and nature. Massive appreciation to Betty and Juan who made our vacation such a wonderful experience. Till next time….

Betty’s house was great. It was so clean and beautiful. The view is amazing. The bedrooms have great AC and we were very comfortable. Juan, the property manager, was extremely helpful and responded to all of our questions quickly. It is within a close distance to town but the walk is very hilly (to be expected). I highly recommend renting a golf cart which Juan helped us with.

Had a fantastic stay with my full family. Betty and Juan were extremely helpful in booking transportation and golf cars. They even went above and beyond when our airline misplaced our luggage. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

Betty's Airbnb is the place you'll want to stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the open concept of the house, which can easily accommodate a group of 8 people. The house is spacious, airy and filled with natural light, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. The highlights of the property are undoubtedly the infinity pool and patio area. The pool and patio are simply breathtaking, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The house is less than a 5 minute walk from the city center and is close to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. Despite being so close to everything, the house is tucked away in a peaceful, quiet corner, offering the best of both worlds. Juan, the property manager was incredible, he was always available to answer questions and attended to all of our needs promptly and professionally. He made sure we had the best experience at the house! Overall, I can't recommend Betty's Airbnb enough it's a true gem in Sayulita.

We couldn’t have asked for a better house, host and vacation. From checkin to checkout we literally had the perfect experience. The house is incredible, the pool is divine, kitchen is perfect for meals, plenty of bathrooms and the rooms were sublime. Quiet neighborhood and a quick walk into town and beach, we highly recommend this spot and can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful house in a great location! Easy walking distance to town and on the quieter side of things. Only one night with loud music! Betty is responsive and helpful and Juan, the caretaker and in town host, is a gem! Super friendly and flexible. Our family loved the pool and the morning views toward the jungle and mountains. It all felt just right!
