Fabrizio gave us the go-ahead to do a photo shoot. The house is large and very peaceful, very enjoyable—1000%—even though I was there for work. It is exactly as described and even better; it also has a view of Popo. It has everything you need to spend a few peaceful days away from the city. Fabricio, Bris, and Lucy supported us in absolutely everything, and they were always looking out for us. It is a great option for visiting the town of Nepantla.

My family and I come to celebrate the holidays at this place. The kitchen has everything, the rooms have enough blankets and it's almost not cold at night. Campfire, temazcal, a huge garden with lots of trees for walks, we had everything we needed for a weekend to remember and relax. Fabricio answered all our questions. Briseida, the girl who works in the house, is always very attentive to what we ask for. Making a temazcal as a family was wonderful.

I went with my family, and we definitely had a great time. The house is very large, so there's a lot to walk around, fruit trees, a basketball court, etc. Bris was always attentive to what we might need. It's not a house with great luxuries; but if you're looking for an option to relax, there's no doubt it's a great option. Fabricio was always very attentive and flexible to our requests. The instructions he gives you to get to the house are very precise.

A very spacious place with plenty of room, ideal for large groups. You can do many activities within the estate and have time to relax. Pleasant climate. Communication with Fabricio was very good, every day he was attentive and Bri was very willing to support us with what we needed.

I would really need more than 1000 characters to describe how excellent the experience was both in the place, and in Fabricio's attention, flexibility, arrangements, suggestions, etc. On the other hand, a deep thank you to Bris and More because they treated us incredibly. More spectacular stew and the whole temazcal and annex process was wonderful. Without a doubt, my respects to the 3 of them, they made my family and I spend several very good days.

The place is excellent, the facilities are very comfortable, for large groups it is the best option because the number of rooms allow an individual space. I would only recommend it in case you need home office since the internet does not have very good connection capacity

Fabricio and this place were amazing, we hosted our whole 17 person retreat at this location for nearly 3 weeks, the staff were incredibly helpful and there with us throughout the whole experience offering serice all the time, helping with everhthing and anything we needed done, including setting up a Temazkal experience for us. We liked the view of the volcano and the coudad of Cuautla by night. The weather is very nice. Our son had a lot of fun with our 2 dogs, it is a safe space to be close to nature.

We had a wonderful stay, the place is like a small paradise, the host extremely kind and welcoming. We were here during the Covid-19 pandemic, and truly, if it weren't for the news, we would have hardly noticed. The markets, the surrounding nature, the magnificent view of the volcano, the spacious and gorgeous garden, the 3 houses, the monthly discount... we would come back anytime! Tuvimos una maravillosa estancia, el lugar es como un pequeño paraíso, el anfitrión es muy amable y acogedor. Estuvimos aquí durante la pandemia de Covid-19, y realmente, si no fuera por las noticias, apenas nos hubiéramos dado cuenta. Los mercados, la naturaleza circundante, la magnífica vista del volcán, el espacioso y precioso jardín, las 3 casas, el descuento mensual... regresaríamos en cualquier momento!

The place is just as it looks in the pictures, the staff is very attentive and friendly. It's a little tricky to find, I suggest you go during the day and ask for directions beforehand so you don't get lost. The place is perfect to enjoy in peace and quiet

Excellent house to stay with the family or friends , the house is really better than what you see in photos, with a huge garden , enough space to leave cars, great place to get away from the city. Fabricio was in contact all the time and Raul the caretaker of the house very attentive. For sure we'll return.

Very comfortable house, many places to spend time, such as the corridor with tables to eat or play pin pon, the terrace, the gardens, the basketball court, I recommend hiring the temazcal, very nice place!

If you’re looking for a getaway from the hustle & bustle of city life, this place is for you. In the hills above the tiny town of Nepantla, you’ll find a spacious & accommodating home perfect for a large family reunion, as was our case. The caretakers were always available for any questions or needs. We felt at home & thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property is huge, great for large groups and pets. Fabricio and Raúl helped us with everything we needed at all times. Finding the house is a little complicated, if you can arrive during the day I recommend it since at night there is little light.

Just like in the description and photos. An excellent place to socialize, relax, and rest. The rooms are perfectly well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, the place is super clean, and the kitchen has everything you could need. Beautiful, spacious and safe gardens. Communication with both Fabricio and the caretakers was excellent. They were always attentive, responding immediately and willingly. Highly recommended. I would definitely book here again.
