Paradise! I felt like a local living in a luxury but still very traditional and authentic place. You can tell the love that was put into this hotel. All the details were beautiful, the decor. the atmosphere... I can't say enough. the staff was so nice, Ori took care of my airport pick up and reception took care of me when I left. I had a relaxing 3 nights. it rained one evening and the power went out for like an hour or so... but even that was magical. I sat on my private balcony and just watched the rain disconnected and peaceful. breakfast was yummy too! Will stay again and will recommend.

Our stay at Hotel Amor De Mar was absolutely lovely! The room was cozy, clean and charming. The view of the ocean from our porch was stunning. Very grateful for such a sweet stay and will definitely be returning!

We got in early and were able to check in several hours early at no additional cost. The place felt like a retreat! It was so quiet and relaxing. The place walkable distance to town and the tour we booked. We were pleasantly surprised we had a room with an ocean view. We knew it was steps away but the view took our breath away! The staff on site were so friendly and the breakfast was exactly what I needed (fresh fruits and omelette to order)

What an amazing property with stunning views of the ocean and gardens. A complete “pura vida” vibe. Loveliest place we’ve stayed in Costa Rica. Friendly staff and impeccably clean rooms. Great patio to enjoy outside your room. Breakfast in the mornings served in the restaurant, additional cost- healthy options with lots of fruit, homemade bread, eggs made to your liking. Parking out front of the hotel. Montezuma Waterfalls right across the street which is a great hike. This felt like a retreat, somewhere to decompress and relax. Lots of places to relax on the property, sun loungers, day bed, Adirondack chairs and hammocks. I can’t wait to come back!

A very nice hotel with an excellent view.

I can only highly recommend the Oris Hotel: a magical place with a beautifully maintained garden area right by the sea, spotlessly clean, charming rooms with cozy balconies that also overlook the sea, palm trees, colorful plants – a tropical dream! The air conditioning has served us well. You also absolutely must not miss the varied breakfast! If you're coming to Montezuma, you've found the perfect place with Oris Hotel!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and throughly enjoyed the room and hotel staff. They were friendly and the environment held up to the “Pura Vida” vibe we were looking for.

The accommodation is as described in every way, and we were even pleasantly surprised when we arrived because we found it even prettier than in the photo! Peaceful, breakfast is very good, and it's really at the foot of a small swimming beach, and just across the street from an excellent restaurant :) Loved our stay here!

It’s more magical than the photos, a lovely place to stay. Staff were very helpful, although reception is limited to daytime hours, so ask questions during the day.

Amor de Mar is such a beautiful and peaceful location. Exceptional views of the ocean, beautiful grounds, and sounds of crashing waves. The place has so much character and charm as well. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy walk to Montezuma to explore there. Would recommend!!!!

Such a cozy, homey place. Right on the ocean, beautiful plants and design. We saw monkeys while parking our car! Healthy home cooked breakfast option daily. Karina made us feel so welcome and gave us tons of recommendations of things to do. Would definitely come back :)

Very friendly staff, very helpful! The location was beautiful. Also the homemade bread was delicious at breakfast! Highly recommended!
