We had a great time!! An excellent place to disconnect and spend family time. The villa was very cozy and is exactly as described in the photos. Laura is an excellent host, she was always attentive to our needs and was very accessible.

There were a lot of ants, though there was no food. We were used to pickups that were not mosquitoes, it looked like some kind of bed bug. The bathroom in the main bedroom did not have the seat. The second bathroom had no hand towel or towel rack The dishes in the kitchen looked old. Sheets and blankets looked old There was a blanket that made the impression were secondhand, like the Winnie Pooh blanket that used to be from the kids. The pillows were very old. They only left us 5 towels to bathe when the house is said for up to 12 people, there were 6 of us, they were not enough. The windows had black plastic bags stuck, I don't know if they put them on when the hurricane passed or it was kind of an impromptu blackout In general, the house is neglected, missing a very good fumigated for ants and mosquitoes and renovating things like sheets, towels, dishes, pillows

Hi Dafne! Thanks for your feedback, they are taken into account But let me tell you that: Beds, sheets, and blankets are washed and sanitized before each guest arrival, so bed bugs I assure you they weren't. Maybe they are not new, since you can't use a new set for each person, but for cleaning issues I know there is no problem. As you mentioned, we have just spent hurricane and storm season, so it is more likely that you run into mosquitoes, ants or some other type of insect and I remind you that the house is surrounded by water, sand, humidity, etc., and mosquitoes are something that cannot be controlled, although it is always about fumigating and leaving them a repellent to disturb as little as possible. Precisely the black bags are in storm prevention and for that same reason you may see details that are not to your liking, since the rainy season has hit all of Altata hard. The house is in the condition of 12 people. The issue of towels is a great apologies, but the communication was always instantly and I would have liked to let me know at the moment so that I can resolve you immediately. An apology again and as I mentioned before, all your feedback is taken into account. Thank you!
