Diana and Agustin were very kind throughout the process. We had a change of itinerary on our trip, and they were very accommodating in helping us with the check-in, since we were traveling with two babies and a 4-year-old girl. They were always very attentive to our experience with recommendations and so on. Very friendly treatment. Mina and Norma also cooked very well throughout the trip for a fairly affordable price. At the end of the trip, we even ordered takeout from Mina because her cooking was so delicious.

In general, everything was very good. The person who received us was very attentive and kind. I would come back again.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The service from Mr. Agustín, the host, was exceptional: he was always very friendly, attentive and willing to help. In addition, it was a pleasure to talk with him, since he has very interesting conversations that make the experience even more pleasant and make you feel at home. The house is very comfortable, spacious, clean and very well equipped. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The views are beautiful and the pool is a great attraction to relax and enjoy as a family. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be good to check the internet service, since in some areas on the upper floor the signal is not strong enough. Also, at certain times there are some mosquitoes, although with a good repellent they are not a problem. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. We left wanting to spend more days there, and we would definitely come back.

Diana's place is beautiful, it's definitely very much worth it, the house is very spacious and has a beautiful ocean view, the rooms are very comfortable, and the pool is very nice. If you want to cook, the kitchen is very well equipped, and personally, the area where the house is located is my favorite. My pet really enjoyed the gardens (remember to make sure they don't go into the pool, don't get the furniture dirty, and clean up after them so that our pets can always be welcome). I would definitely stay at this amazing place again. Agustín took care of everything, and communication was excellent. Thank you.

Our group absolutely loved this house! Loved having a bathroom in each of the bedrooms. The place is roomy and has lots of space for everyone to hang out together, or to be able to be by yourself with all the different areas of the home. The sunrise from the pool area was stunning. We have vacationed in several AirBnB's, and this pool was our favorite to this point. Communication with Diana was great. Augustin was so helpful with things we needed, and advice when we needed it. We asked Diana about having a chef come in to make a couple meals for us. She recommended Chef Nayelli, and it was the best decision we made. The meals were second to none. Definitely recommended hiring her, you will not be disappointed. Would definitely stay at this house again if we are back in Huatulco.

everything was excellent

My fiance and I loved it and decided to have our wedding there. There was enough space for our small wedding party to stay. We hired a private chef and our wedding was a success! Diana and Agustin made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our wedding gorgeous. The house is pretty big and there was enough entertainment both inside the house and outside. The nearest town is not within walking distance at all so rent a car. Thanks again for an unforgettable wedding Diana and Agustin! We loved it here!

Communication with Diana was smooth. As hosts they are super accessible, kind and friendly. The place is impeccable and in a very quiet area. Excellent place to rest. The house is super comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea and the sunrise. I would definitely stay with them again.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable house for a group of 14 people. Agustin our host, very friendly and thoughtful., was on the lookout during our stay; every day they went through the trash and cleaned the pool, which we really enjoyed with warm water and also has a jacuzzi on the corner. The access to the beach is not very close as we thought, you have to walk a few blocks to get to the access only, once there, you have to walk/climb as it is very inclined and you lean on a rope, so if you go with a bag, towels, and items to go to sit and get wet, it's going to be a little uncomfortable as the space is also reduced. Of the 4 beaches we visit I recommend the one in Tangolunda, easy access, hotel area so there are not many people in the public access area, only there are no restaurants.

There are excellent views, the place is just as described, clean and spacious.

We had a great experience during our visit, detailing a little more we would like to mention a few things in particular, the house is very large and nice, the facilities are comfortable, the facilities are comfortable, the pool keeps it very clean and everything in general is pretty good. Our group of 9 love staying in Diana's beautiful home! It is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean, and private. There were amazing views in several different directions. My only recommendation is to be sure you know how to find the house before you are in route.

Diana was great to communicate with. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay, gave me all the contacts for cook, transport, massage, etc. I would definitely recommended hiring Nayeli to cook. Her food and service were amazing. I did hire the cleaning lady for 3 days and she only showed up 2 days, it was not a big deal for us. Lots of mosquitos, so make sure you bring repellent. Location is very safe and quiet. The view is amazing especially from the top floor. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend Diana's place.

The house is remarkably beautiful surrounded by lovely ocean views all around, but it really is the warm, kind, and caring service that Diana and her brother Agustin provides that makes this listing a special one in Huatulco. The house is certainly located in a privileged area with easy access to the beach. The dinning area al fresco is a staple of the home accompanied by an excellently equipped kitchen. The recommendations that Diana and her brother Agustin provided really made a tremendous difference and made us feel at home with local family who knew how to take care of us. Thank you!

I really liked the stay with my family in this house, it has everything to have a great time, it is comfortable, warm, spacious and has incredible views. The pool is perfect for adults and children. It has a very good location and has furniture and cooking utensils necessary to cook any food. Diana and Agustín were kind and attentive to our needs. I want to come back and enjoy another vacation at his house.

This house is beautiful! And the views are amazing!! Would love to stay here again. Bring your own transportation or groceries as the nearest store is about 15 minutes away. But the beach that is close by is super clean and there are very few people. A nice quiet getaway. Agustin and Diana are very accommodating and communicative.

I would recommend this place to anyone traveling great place for family and or friends... great host very clean nice large open living space with all the rooms on opposite sides of the house perfect place for vacation or just to get away...

Amazing house in a private and secure neighborhood. Amazing vista of the sea and Oaxacan mountains. This house is extremely spacious and a great gateway after you spend time in Huatulco. The Conejos Bay, has a steep incline, However it is worth the hike.

Good location, the nearest beach is 5 min walking, the steps maybe a little difficult to climb but on arrival it is worth it, the house is clean and comfortable, great place to stay with family or friends, the host Diana is always attentive as well as Mr. Agustin.

Amazing place,recommend it hands down. The house looks exactly like in the photos and is extremely comfortable (spacious rooms with AC in each and all the amenities). It’s a 5-10min walk from the beach and near to town. Diana was an amazing host, frequently reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed. Agustin, her brother, was the house keeper and also treated us extremely well. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it
