The greatest most beautiful home in Valle! It has significant architectural significance. The location is perfect, and the views are the best. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the third time I’ve returned to this special home and my hope is to return again. It is hard to find a place that feels like home away from home but this, the most beautiful house in Valle, does not disappoint. Beautiful art, clean, comfortable, one feels well taken care of at this special place. Offering all the activities and festivities in Valle by a quick walk, the house is completely private and lovely on its perch with breathtaking views and incredible accommodations. The hosts are responsive and helpful and lovely people. I can’t wait to return!

The property is in the heart of the historic center of Valle de Bravo , very well located by the proximity to the main square and attractions , restaurants , shops and churches . The house is practically a museum for its design and all the tasteful decorative elements that integrate it. The view to the lake and the village is simply spectacular. The sunsets are worth a postcard . We were staying at the end of the year and the fireworks show launched in Avándaro and in downtown Valle de Bravo was an unforgettable experience. We had the enormous fortune of meeting Remedios , who is the trusted person of the host. The delicious breakfasts he prepared for us during our stay were worthy of the property level. Also , he's a great person . Edgar, thank you very much for all your attention and advice before the trip . We honestly enjoy it weeks before we arrive ….. I wish we had a chance to return soon .

We absolutely loved our stay here! The pictures do not do the house or the view justice — it is such a well kept and decorated home that feels very calming and peaceful and the views are wonderful! The caretaker also prepared wonderful breakfasts for our family, which was such a treat. It’s very walkable, although up a hill, so you get some exercise! We wish we could have stayed for longer!!

This place is just incredible. Absolutely stunning in every way. We had a wonderful time and felt very well taken care of. I would fully recommend it to all.

My boyfriend and I took my mom here for a few days. We were all stunned at how beautiful the space was and even more so, the view. Elisabet communicated perfectly and even set up a sailing ride I requested with someone local, which was perfect. The housekeeper was there to meet us when we arrived with refreshments and we opted to have her make us breakfast daily, which I would highly recommend. You can have a leisurely breakfast and really take in the views and the property. I would love to return!

I had such an incredible stay the first time, I had to return almost immediately. I will always try and return to this incredibly special space. Elisabet and Edgar are phenomenal hosts; attentive, receptive, and lovely people. I can’t recommend this amazing home enough. I only request that if you come to stay, you take good care of it. It will return the favor.

There are no words to describe the magic of this place. I hope to return here forever and can not recommend it more highly. As hosts Elisabet and Edgar are friendly, resourceful, quick to respond and lovely people all around.

The house is beautiful, it's actually even better in person. It is in perfect condition and impeccable. It is an artisanal beauty, old but very well preserved and every detail of decoration is beautiful, fine Mexican with very taste. It feels good and all spaces are in harmony. It has incredible views of the entire Pueblo de Valle and the lake. You can see the paragliders. It has 2 terraces with views, one for eating with the family and another as a very comfortable and beautiful outdoor living room. Every detail of the house is unique and special. From the wooden hall that invites you to enter and get to know the house, then the main room that is super nice, large and cozy, with some custom and carved furniture, embroidered cushions, fluffy rugs, leather armchairs, the huge sofa with a spectacular window with the entire view of the Valley. Two custom-made side desks with bookcases and carvings. To work if you like or use the laptop and also with a view. The collection of books, magazines, and movies is a treasure and some a relic for its antiquity. My son discovered a legacy of incredible culture and magazines that date back years and past articles and listings. Both in Spanish and English. He was fascinated. Everything is impeccable and in perfect condition. It inspires you to have good conversations, to read, to write, to light the fireplace on cold nights and it also has two desks to work if you want. All in harmony. It also has a table where you can play board games or have a drink and chat. In addition to the dining room and kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need. Right there is access to both terraces. Waking up and having a cup of coffee in one of those special nooks is very relaxing. On the ground floor there are 3 rooms, the main one is very nice sized, very nice, with fireplace, king size bed and full bathroom. From there you go out to two small terraces, rustic corners, with plants and relaxing. It also has two other bedrooms with a full bathroom each and a laundry room. All the bathrooms work perfectly, they are very clean and the tile is very nice. Soft and good quality towels. There are cleaning supplies such as soap, hand gel, makeup remover wipes, and shower gel. It's the best Airbnb we've ever been to. Very quick response, friendly and also gave us a guidebook with details of how to get there, recommendations for tours, paragliding rents, boat, restaurants, supermarket information, clinics and information about the house. The cleanliness of the house is a plus to enjoy the stay and Remedios is very friendly and you can request their extra cooking service, so delicious breakfast and food. We had a great end to the family year and thanks to the recommendations what they gave us we were able to hire a safe tour what led us to see the Monarch Butterflies (not to be missed) and other attractions, returning we rested and Remedios left us a nice table to enjoy the end of the year dinner. We saw the fireworks from the terrace that could be seen all over the Valley, spectacular. I also had a nice birthday afterwards, and Edgar, the host, congratulated me. My daughter is Arquitecta and loved the house and harmony of spaces, views and combination with integration into plants and terraces. He could easily go out to the village to take professional photos. My son arrived from Europe and was able to enjoy the rich and well-prepared Mexican dishes of Remedios, in addition to enjoying this artisanal beauty of the Mexican house of Valle de Bravo. My husband and everyone were able to relax from the stress of work and the fireplace gave us warmth on cold nights and invited us to the family talks, with a glass of wine and family coexistence. My daughter took her Alexa and we always had music, the wifi works perfect in the whole house. Although maybe a TV in the main room would be good to enjoy a family movie night at a time of the pandemic. I was able to enjoy, continue to recover an ankle operation a few months ago and really enjoy the holidays thanks to all the help with cleaning and cooking which in Covid time and without wanting to go to the restaurant so much is a plus. Although the kitchen is fully equipped and works everything in case you prefer to cook or bring your own prepared or frozen food. You can walk downtown, it's very close, you only have to wear very comfortable shoes because there are many steps and unevenness. Downs and up. The van or car is best to leave it parked outside the house which is a very safe private one. If you bring a lot of purchases back, it is better to take a taxi for $50 pesos. I have nothing more to thank our hosts for, for their hospitality, prompt response and for the truthfulness of the information about the house.

This house is a very, very nice house. It is well appointed, you will find all that you need. The furnishings are considered, interesting and comfortable. Clearly, the home was designed by a human who not only enjoys great design, but lives a well-traveled life as everywhere you look there is one perfect artifact, book or piece of glass that holds interest. The photos on the site don’t do the views of the interiors justice! There are views out every single window. We traveled there in August of 2021 and it was the rainy season, exacerbated by tropical storms and hurricanes on the coasts throwing more weather our way. This meant we spent more time in the home than we normally would on a trip of this nature. There were wonderful places to sit and read, work (the Wi-Fi was quite good) or sit and sip wine when the sun did occasionally break through. The costs of the stay includes a housekeeper who returns daily to clean, shine the floors and make beds. She also did our laundry. While she was there most days, it was never a bother, she carefully stayed out of our way and pivoted from one things to the next if we went upstairs or downstairs while she was cleaning. She and I worked up a shopping list and meal plan as she will also cook for an added fee per day. We used google translate to communicate more complex ideas. She was always good natured and flexible. The house is equip with spices, oils, water bubbler, every pot/pan needed. Lovely cupboards with carefully selected bowls and glassware. Edgar is a master communicator; helpful and courteous at all times. The location is okay if you are able-bodied; perhaps impossible if you are not. We chose not to have a car there and this worked out fine for us as going up and down to town, although not terribly time-consuming (perhaps 5 minutes) was a work-out! The house offers great views, but you have to be willing to walk steep hills to get them! Down the hill just a few minutes walk was an adorable restaurant called Quirina. Amazing rooftop views of the church. Good food and a nice team to wait on you. We found the town to be solidly “townie” and very few restaurants were open or would we consider returning to. We were told by frequent visitors that Trattoria is quite good, but this was not an option during our visit. I really couldn’t offer more recommendations that this one. After a few days of trying, we ended up eating at home either cooking or enjoying the housekeepers meals/reheating. My husband was able to do road biking most days, weather permitting. We both walked 4-8 miles a day exploring. There were many trails and proper hikes. But also roaming around town, up and down streets was a good little workout too. While we were excited to be in a town that was low-key and would challenge us to relax, we did end up leaving earlier than planned. It was just not quite our speed, perhaps we aren’t meant to be in the lowest gear.

The most spectacular view. This home is perfectly situated to capture stunning vistas of Valle de Bravo. The home is thoughtfully decorated with comfort in mind. Space for everyone with multiple terraces and tons of seating on the first level (Couch, comfy chairs, more chairs, indoor dining table & seating, outdoor dining table & chairs and ANOTHER dining table off the kitchen. The owner could not have been more helpful with great recommendations of activities and local dining. This host is really, really helpful with all the details. We opted to have breakfasts in-house. OMG. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. In walking distance to the town and restaurants and quite an inclined hike back. This home has excellent feng shui if you're into that! We would definitely book here again. Loved our stay.

This was our second time renting this house and we were just as pleased this time, if not more. The house is beautiful and full of thoughtful touches. Elisabet is incredibly responsive in communications - she even called us when we had questions one night. Remedios is a marvelous cook and is very willing to help us and answer our questions. We had a wonderful time again and recommend this rental wholeheartedly.

We spent a wonderful few days at his house - it's divine. My whole family and I loved everything! In addition to being beautiful and super comfortable, she felt a lot of peace and found it very inspiring. It's full of very nice details and it's impressive how everything works perfectly! Remedios' services and what he cooked for us were also key to our stay - a delight!! We had a super nice Christmas, we had a delicious time, we read, played, took the fireplace, we really enjoyed the view, ... we really enjoyed it! Thank you so much for everything!! This was an absolutely amazing experience. The photos give you a nice idea of the place, but don’t do it justice. The amazing views of Valle, the unique spaces of the incredibly well preserved house, the lovely decorative touches, and Remedios’ exceptional service combined to make for a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Elisabet's house is an excellent option to rest and eat well. It has quite a few spaces for the whole family, their beds are very comfortable, and bathrooms work perfectly

I can not say enough good things about this home and our amazing stay here. The house is stunning...more beautiful than the photos. We are a family of 4 and the house let us all spread out. Each of the 3 bedrooms has it's own full bath -- this matters when traveling with 2 tween girls! The views are gorgeous, there are numerous patios on which to hang out and watch the lake, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. There were fresh flowers in all of the rooms. Clean is an understatement...the home is impeccable. One of my daughters spent lots of time reading in the hammock. It's like an oasis! And where to begin about Remedios! She took such amazing care of us. She prepared delicious food and helped us so much during our stay. We had occasion to extend our stay a day, spending a total of 3 nights and we don't want to leave! If you're considering a visit to Valle de Bravo stay here. You won't regret it! Thank you Edgar Roberto and Remedios for your kindness and hospitality.

The house is truly spectacular. Not only does it have unbeatable views of the lake and village, but it is tastefully decorated and each room has a private bathroom. Access is easy, communication with Edgar too... in short, I would definitely return.

We absolutely loved the house, I would say this was the best place we stayed on AirBnB. The house is centrally located, thoughtfully equipped and lovely decorated. Edgar provided a detailed description of what we could do, how to arrive and tips on such a short notice (we requested to book the place just a day before arriving). Remedios was an unexpected gem, she received us, assisted us and also cooked wonderful meals for us! I would absolutely recommend anyone considering Valle to book this place, you will definitely love it!

The house is singular and exquisite. Every room, and every corner of every room, is a combination of beautiful architectural design and perfectly chosen decor. The views from the rooms and the (many) balconies are all gorgeous. Remedios is a splendid cook. You have to want the beauty, depth, sense of history and peacefulness.

This home is charming, spacious, and very comfortable. A few minutes walk from town (up/down a hill). Gorgeous views overlooking the patio. Remedios made us fresh squeezed orange juice and delicious food!

Wow! I can’t say enough great things about this home in Valle de Bravo. Absolutely wonderful, much better than we expected. So peaceful, so quiet and the view was outstanding with a panoramic view of the lake. Remedio was there each day and was an outstanding cook. And so kind. It's a wonderful experience, the house is just like the photos, Remedios' support is extraordinary making the visit unexpected and surprising. Edgar is an excellent host who provided us with all the necessary information. I highly recommend staying at Edgar's.

Edgar's space in Ville de Bravo was perfect. It's got a classic style with a ton of room and it's walking distance from everything. Edgar was also extremely attentive and responded to every message right away, provided local tips, and helped with a late check-in. I would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing. As soon as you walk in, the 180 degree view takes your breath away. The sun sets behind the mountains, past the lake, and directly in front of you. The house is in perfect condition; we felt like we were living in a fairy tale. Everything goes together, and everything fits perfectly. The hosts made sure everything was taken care of, even our beds got made every morning. It's the perfect place to unwind, relax, and enjoy a literal bird's eye view of the world.
