The house is perfect, it feels like home the moment you step inside. Very very clean . It is clear that every little detail was thought of, including full equipment in the kitchen all in good shape and stylish designs. The house even contains gear to take to the beach and yoga mats. Really home away from home (: Communication with Tom the host was also pleasant and he replied with full availability. The property management company and especially Maria were there for every thing we needed . They showed genuine care during a power outage, something we didn't even think to complain about since it's so common in Costa Rica. Maria proactively reached out and kept checking in until everything was resolved. When we needed medical assistance, she immediately arranged help and supported us through the entire process. Even though the management company closes after 5:00 PM, Maria took it upon herself to contact us whenever she felt it was needed. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience!

We enjoyed every moment. It was heavenly!!! Everything was clean, everything was present, and the indoor and outdoor spaces were great!! Maria and the owner were also fantastic and helpful. On the morning we left, we were almost disappointed to have to go. We could have stayed here for days more. Rightly the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed at.

The views of the house are amazing from all bedrooms and back terrace. It’s a private location in the mountain and you really feel nature all around you. The house was very clean and communication was effortless and spot on throughout our stay. The recommendations made by the host and property manager made the stay much better. We had a great time.

This home is absolutely beautiful with a spectacular view! You feel right at home in the middle of nature. The pool was great and used daily by our family. They have everything you need to take to the beach. It truly feels like home when you are there and has anything you may need during your trip. It is about a 5-minute drive to town which has everything you need - bank, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Maria and her team were wonderful to respond to anything we needed in a timely and kind manner. They were very helpful! Can't recommend this place enough.

Pictures really didn't do this place justice. The location is amazing and the view from the house is stunning. The house is very well thought out and has an awesome mix of usable indoor/outdoor space and the view is seen in every room. The house was excellent!

Exceeded our expectations. Listening and watching howler monkeys all around us was a highlight of the trip. The house was beautiful and well equipped for our needs.

This is a truly special place. It strikes a wonderful balance between connection with nature and the comfort of a thoughtfully designed home. The setting around the pool is fantastic and the surrounding area is peaceful yet just a quick drive from Samara and the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for cooking and we loved having the chance to experience the local wildlife.

This was our first trip to Costa Rica, and we left already speaking about when we will be coming back. Tom’s place was ideal and our week felt like we had found a home away from home. It was super hot, but the breeze was pure bliss and the AC to cool down the bedrooms was wonderful. It was quite honestly the best location & best home that we have stayed in thus far through Airbnb. We spent so much time with the howler monkeys outside! Maria and her staff were extremely responsive and we could not have asked for anything more! Visited so many local beaches, strolled through downtown Samara, grabbed a drink at the Microbar, dinner at Gusto restaurant, pastries and coffee at Roots. It’s an ideal location and really allows privacy but not too far from all the area has to offer. We will be visiting again next year and can’t wait to schedule it!!!

Tom's house is beautiful. The location on the hill is sublime - the views are lovely and it was great to be surrounded by nature. We really enjoyed eating outside. The house is perfectly designed for a family holiday rental - everything is on one floor and the bedrooms were all good sizes. The property manager, Maria, was great - she was at the property to greet us upon arrival and was incredibly friendly. She was also very responsive to queries both before and during our stay. We were very sad to leave.

Waking up in this house felt like stepping into a dream. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, warm, and inviting in every corner, but what truly takes your breath away is the view. Each morning begins with a stunning "amanecer", as the sky slowly fills with soft colors and light pours into the house in the most peaceful way. It’s the kind of place that makes you pause, take a deep breath, and just be present. Everything about the experience feels calm, intentional, and special. Without a doubt, it’s a place you’ll remember long after you leave.

We loved this little bit of paradise in the jungle. We loved being just outside the town so we could enjoy quiet mornings and evenings. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was great at night. We loved the jungle sounds we were amazed how few bugs there were. Tom’s welcome note had everything we needed and was well thought out for people new to Costa Rica. Thank you!

This was an amazing stay. We all slept really well and were so comfortable the whole time. It’s one of those airbnbs that’s much nicer in real life than the photos in my opinion. Everything feels so well thought out and high quality. The pool was a great size for us. The outdoor shower under the stars is something else. The one thing that stood out was how well hosted we felt from start to finish. Tom sent a bunch of helpful messages before we came. When we arrived, a lovely woman named Evelyn met us even though it was as late-ish, and walked us through the entire house and showed us around, and was very patient with my kids who were absolutely freaking out with excitement about how amazing the house was. My regret is that we didn’t stay longer, and that started with this house, rather than having it be the finale of our trip. It’s a tough act to follow!

The property was only a five minute drive to Samara for easy access to groceries, restaurants, shops, beach, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the property with incredible views, peacefulness, privacy and wildlife sightings. The lounging area by the pool was our favorite area with lots of shade and comfortable breeze. It is truly a hidden jewel!
