We’re so sorry that our house was not to your liking. You left us 3 stars for communication and commented that no house instructions were left. There is a 5 page home information/instruction manual in your messages. We ensure that all guests have this and our wonderful property manager is a text away at all times for any questions or problems. Maybe you missed it?<br/>We do our very best to make sure that our guests are comfortable and happy. I think that 99% of our reviews indicate that. Sorry, you weren’t satisfied. Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry that the house was not completely to your satisfaction. We work hard to make sure every guest really loves the house. And thankfully our reviews seem to reflect that. I can't disagree with you that maintenance is ALWAYS needed. It is a very harsh environment with the heat and salt in the air. Therefore, things like doors and cabinets swell and contract more than I've ever seen. There is a screen on the main screen door that gets pushed on a lot (I'm assuming) because we are forever repairing it. I would imagine that saying "most" of the screens are broken is inaccurate but we will of course investigate. Thank you again for being our guests and we wish you well.
