The house is absolutely beautiful- so spacious and comfortable. The house manager’s daughter, Valeria, was very accessible and helpful. Paula gave us lots of helpful info up front. I would highly recommend this lovely home for a Cabo vacation!

The place is fabulous. The views are stunning. Our family of 9 - 3 kids 8,5 and 2 fit well with one extra bedroom that didn’t get used. One family could not make it. We liked that all bedrooms were very large and gave everyone space if they needed it. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need. Large game room with pool table was fun in the evening. The walk to the beach was super easy. Kids loved playing in the sand. The only draw back that hosts mention is no swimming in the water. Watching the waves is mesmerizing- so beautiful. It was fun watching fishermen in the morning. If the kids weren’t at the beach they were swimming - basically pool and beach took up the whole day. Daniela arrived every day with a smile on her face to clean and make everything tidy and new. If you are looking at this listing and it fits your needs just book it! You have found paradise. Hosts Paula & Paul gave us great information and were very kind.

The Villa Fiesta was everything we had hoped. Our group enjoyed the amenities and the sunsets were amazing. Uber was the best transportation option locally, including Uber Eats. The house managers arranged our arrival and departer trips as well as the large group outings. Overall this deserves all 5 stars!

We had an amazing stay at Paula’s home in Cabo! The home was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The view is absolutely breathtaking! We loved how everyone in the group had their own private space. The location was perfect — close to the marina and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful. Being in the gated community made us feel very safe and it was also super easy to uber to/from the marina and other excursions. Would definitely book again!

This home is a beautiful spot in the Pedregal neighborhood. Felt very safe. Even Ubers had to check in at the gate and leave their ID before coming to pick us up. Beautiful views of the ocean. Pool and hot tub were great spots to soak in the sun. Spacious bedrooms and showers. Good for a big group with separate rooms/areas to relax. Host was very helpful. Francisco and his daughter were great. They had groceries waiting for us on arrival and the cleaning lady came daily to tidy up! Would stay again

First family trip and Paul and Paula’s place made it spectacular!! Absolutely stunning from the beginning to the end!! When booking we had no idea (or forgot to read) that the house comes with an amazing house manager and daily housekeeper who were both amazing and helpful. We all felt relaxed, happy, and were in complete awe of the house and the gorgeous view!! We saw whales daily when sitting on the patio or cooking breakfast in the kitchen. This is a private, luxurious gated community with guards at the gate and a beautiful private beach! I mean honestly just stop searching and book this little (big actually) slice of heaven!! We will absolutely be returning.

We enjoyed our trip thoroughly. The house was amazing, the view unrivaled. We got to watch countless whales from the patio, it was truly amazing. Host was response from the start - as we were preparing for the trip and the house manager always took care of our needs as well. We had a great time and the house suited our needs for our group exceptionally well.

We had a lovely week. Each bedroom had its own private space and the entire villa was clean and well taken care of. Beautiful views! We watched whales from the pool. Pedregal is a high end neighborhood with a spectacular private beach. Host was easy to communicate with and made our stay seamless. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing view! Francisco was always available for anything we needed; last minute Prosecco for my birthday breakfast, cake for another family member. Ana and her son prepared awesome authentic meals. Daniela was very professional, efficient and though in cleaning up daily.

Simply put, this is the nicest vacation rental we have ever encountered. The home, views, and staff are all spectacular. We immediately re-booked for next year before even leaving.

Spectacular property. Exactly as described. Very responsive host and house manager. Daily housekeeping was awesome. We had a few meals prepared in-house via host recommendations-awesome. Same with recommended massages. Both the villa and Pedrigal neighborhood have jaw-dropping views at every turn. Everyone we encountered in Los Cabos was friendly/accommodating. Bring a pair of binoculars and watch the parade of migrating whales all day long, it's beautiful

Paul and Paula’s beautifully appointed home exceeded our expectations. The amazing view, attentive staff, artfully decorated interior all made for a 5-star experience. Our family left with happy hearts and treasured memories.
