The Space

This beautiful villa spans over 4,000 square feet and includes five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Each bedroom is a master suite, comfortably furnished with high-quality pieces crafted by Mexican artisans. Every suite features its own ensuite bathroom with bright, open spaces adorned with hand-painted Mexican tiles. Luxury towels, hair dryers, and magnifying mirrors are provided. All suites have private terraces with seating areas that overlook stunning whitewater views.

The villa’s design embraces traditional Mexican style with white plaster walls, local artwork, terracotta tile floors, and vibrant textiles. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are combined into one spacious great room, perfect for gathering with friends and family.

A newly added game room on the lower level includes a pool table, a 60-inch smart TV, game tables, and ample seating.

The expansive terrace and deck offer both sunny and shaded areas, surrounding a 50-foot deep blue infinity pool that appears to blend seamlessly with the ocean. The pool area features a combination spa and swim-up bar, alongside a large gas grill ideal for outdoor dining.

Villa Fiesta is professionally decorated and equipped with modern amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen and home entertainment electronics.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire villa. A house manager will greet you upon arrival, provide keys, and offer a tour of the property. The manager can also assist with planning activities such as fishing, water sports, day trips, and chef recommendations.
