Manolo and Renzo were responsive and very helpful in anything we needed. Helped us checkout late due to transportation delays.

My co-workers and I truly enjoyed our stay in Playa del Carmen. The place was spotless, comfortable, and even better than the photos. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet enough to relax after work. The host was amazing, always quick to communicate and very attentive, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen and would love to come back again. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

We had a great time and would definitely stay again! Location is perfect - a block from the beach clubs, a block from 5th Avenue. The pool was great and the property manager super responsive. Very family-friendly condo complex and the unit itself was nicely stocked. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place and great location would highly recommend!

My family of 4 loved our stay here. It's perfectly located midway between the beach and Quinta Avenida, with lots of stores, restaurants, and nightlife. The space is beautifully renovated and functional, and was very clean. The hotel's swimming pool is great, and it was really nice to have a dedicated indoor parking spot. The hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Manolo was a great host! We loved our stay at the condo which could not have been closer to the beach. We had an amazing view of the water from our balcony, easy access to the beautiful resort pool, and great amenities. I would for sure stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family. My only feedback is that our keycards were temperamental, and would not work within the first swipe. It was such a great experience though and hope to go back.

We love staying here (this was our second time)! This place is a treasure. And when we had an issue, we got a response in LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. Every Time. Manolo's place is in a perfect location, a few steps from the beach and from restaurants and stores; it has a stunning swimming pool; and the place is super roomy with its large living room and dining room.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Manolo’s Condo. Renzo is very quick to respond to any questions or requests. The unit is quite nice and has peak-a-boo views of the ocean. It’s less than a 2 min walk to the beach. It’s the closest you can get. I concur with previous reviews that it is rather noisy in the unit at night due to the bar located beneath it. We brought sound machines and were able to sleep just fine. The condo is located very close to lots of shops and restaurants. There is no laundry on the premises. You would have to go to a laundromat. I hand washed a couple of articles of clothing as needed. The larger grocery stores are about a 12-15 min walk away so don’t buy too much when you go. You could try to flag a taxi but we didn’t have much luck as it was super busy while we were there. Overall, I feel like this location worked quite well for our family. We would stay there again knowing exactly what to expect.

had a GREAT time staying at Manolo's place and just nowhere from the beach and just 2 blocks from 5th ave..we really enjoyed the stay and when I did needs them, they got back to me in no time can't wait to come back and will look for Manolo's place first

This is everything we were hoping for. The location can't be beat. The condo in right in the middle of all the action but was super quiet! would definitely stay here again

Beautiful condo right in the middle of lots of action. It is steps to the beach and beach clubs in one direction and a 3 minute walk to 5th avenue. There are lots of restaurants in the area and plenty of options for diving or other day trips.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! We aren’t normally AirBnb fans, but my goodness this place was gorgeous and so centrally located and right in front of the beach! Great host, location, and amenities!

Great place!! Just few steps from the 5th avenue ( Main Street). Right in front of “Mamitas beach club” The condo was exactly as described. I would definitely visit again!!!

Excellent place, very clean, furniture throughout the apartment in excellent quality and care, it has a good musical sound, the complex is also clean, the pool in excellent quality and a good bar in the pool, and everything is very close, I would definitely return.

Manolo’s place is amazingly located, a couple steps from the beach and close to everything. You can wake up and see the ocean from the living room and one of the rooms. The apartment had some things that were broken but Manolo’s property manager Renzo was incredibly responsive and took care of any issues we had very quickly. Something else to know: the Aldea Thai complex will give you a bracelet just like a hotel so everyone will know you’re a tourist and it is tougher to blend in. Overall we had a great stay there and would recommend it.

This place is quite a find, I almost don't want to tell you how great it is! Location! Oceanview! Pool! Walking distance to the beach (2-3 minutes). Condo layout is spacious, comfortable, beautifully appointed, and generous in its size and storage. And the Owner is extremely responsive and reached solutions in minutes for anything we asked for. We will return next year!

Looks like we were in a hotel, my and ami famimia we loved it, the staff are very attentive and nice. It's in a super touristy place with access to everything. We would definitely go back.

Super well located apartment, a short walk to the center of Playa. Convenient for families and/or couples.

The location was great, a few steps from the beach and a couple of blocks from the famous 5th ave. The place was very clean and beautiful, of course it has some minor details, but it is expected from an Airbnb. Renzo was very helpful, accommodating, responsive almost immediately, and friendly. I would stay here again with no doubt.

We were very thankful that the place was so close to so much to do. We unfortunately got very sick and were not able to have the vacation we planned, but the beds were very comfortable and the place stayed cool for us. Renzo was very helpful and responsive and even brought us extra supplies because we're unable to get out. The condo is stocked with all the necessities and is in a great location. we would love to come back someday and have the vacation that we had planned.

The place is great very clean! The only thing is we are a family of 5 and would eat out daily to bring back so when it was time to throw away stuff there was no bags or a broom. We had to improvise and clean after ourselves. Having a broom and extra bags would have helped us. Other then that this place is great the beach is literally downstairs walk a few steps and your there. 5th st is also up the block where there is bars, restaurants souvenirs. So much to do out here in playa del Carmen. It’s a beautiful place to stay.

Manolo is the perfect host. It is in a perfect location on the beach. It felt extremely safe with everything you needed . Even when we wanted extra water we received it in minutes.

The home is absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location. Beach is a short walk away, and the 5th Avenue is probably about a short 5-8 minute walk. Everything is accessible and would recommend this to anyone visiting Cancun.

Great location, valet parking support. Good communication

The condo was very comfortable and in walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. There is a party atmosphere at the beach, which is great if that’s what you are looking for. If you are looking for a quiet vacation I would suggest a location outside of Playa Del Carmen. The hotel pool was very nice, my 8 year old daughter really enjoyed it. We felt very safe in the condo. Guests wore bracelets and anyone not wearing a bracelet was not allowed into the hotel grounds. Manolo communicated check in/check out details in a succinct and timely manner. If I had any questions he was quick to respond. Overall my family had a great experience on our vacation and having this comfortable condo to relax in the evenings after long days of site seeing was key. I would stay at this condo again in the future.

Manolo has a beautiful condo in Prime location downtown Playa Del Carmen beside Mamitas Beach and fantastic shopping. Renzo was very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely rent from them again. Cheers

Great place for the price!

This apartment was beautiful. It did have a little wear and tear but that’s to be expected from an Airbnb. It was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Walkable to restaurants and shops. A great place to rent lounge chairs right across the street on the beach. Loved it!!! Side note: For us, the only drawback was the air conditioning. The A/C unit is inside the apartment in the master bathroom and since we’re not used air-conditioning, it was loud. During the day it was fine. We had an easy solution. We turned it off at night and turned on the fans and that worked well.

Phenomenal location + streamlined process end to end

We enjoyed a 5 day stay here during the height of tourist season in PdC. Other than the ocean view, what stood out was the walkability of this place to restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach. If you wanted to avoid cabs altogether, you technically could! We also appreciated how responsive Renzo was, always replying to our questions and concerns promptly and proactively. From helping us with laundry to recommending the best Italian spots in town (go to Romeo for fresh pasta!!!), Renzo went above and beyond!

Conveniently located near several restaurants, shops, and the beach. The beach was steps away. The location felt safe since wristbands were required to get past entry. We didn’t utilize the amenities much since we were at the beach or walking around the town. The Airbnb was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again if I return to Playa.

Great location, clean, comfortable, modern, the pool area is sensational because it is a quiet place where you can enjoy. You have options for restaurants and bars nearby to consume food or drinks. I could definitely repeat in this place.

Great location in Playa del Carmen. Being close to the beach at Mamitas was wonderful. The Patio restaurant has great empanadas and milanesas. The staff from the Patio were also the bartenders at the resort and were very friendly. If we return to Playa, this will be top on our list of places to stay.

My family and I stayed at Aldea Thai and we absolutely loved it. The location is awesome, right next to all the restaurants and bars as well as a few steps away from the beach. It was also very clean. Renzo was very pleasant, he is the property manager and is the one to go with any questions/concerns, he is very prompt. Would love to come back again.

Beautiful and clean condo in a great location right next to Mamita’s Beach Club. Very nice building with pool and swim up bar. Manolo was also very communicative during my entire stay. I would def stay here again when I visit PDC.

The condo is beautiful! The amenities are amazing! It is great to have security and it was very comfortable. Would have preferred a couple more cleaning days than what we had , but the place itself was very clean. Would definitely recommend this condo

The location and the amenities are incredible. The place is clean and the building is very secure. Manolo is a fantastic host and is very quick to reply to any message on what’s app. I will definitely be booking here again when I come back to Playa del Carmen.

Manolo and Renzo were super accommodating and helpful. These are great hosts that are attentive to their guests needs/wants. While we did shorten up our stay for the purpose some unfortunate and unexpected maintenance issues but Manolo was understanding and apologetic and gave us what we needed during the remainder of our stay. I look forward to booking Manolo’s unit and working with Renzo in the future and seeing how far they’ve come.
