An excellent place to stay, very nice for a vacation with family or friends, a very safe place. You feel right at home. There was always communication with Cecilia and we had no problems the entire time we were at Casa Magdalena. We would definitely go back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Magdalena! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the property itself was beautiful. The pool facilities were fantastic, and everything was well maintained. We’d definitely recommend it.

It's a beautiful and comfortable place to rest

One of the best places to stay in San Carlos, the house is very nice and has everything you need: laundry, grill, terrace, full kitchen, even a library. The attention of the owner and the manager is the best. As for the location, it is very central, so you have everything close by. We will definitely come back to this house.

This place is amazing! Ideal for couples, families or groups of friends who want to have a nice and relaxing space to live and at the same time very close to the tourist spots of San Carlos. The property is beautiful and the price is very good for the quality you get.

Amazing place, I loved every detail of the decor. All rooms are clean and in very good condition, the kitchen has everything you need. The pool and hot tub are very good size and clean. The stay is close (by car) to the marina port and beaches. Toni was very friendly and was available at all times to answer my questions. I highly recommend them. I would only suggest having a full water bottle, since from the first day we had to buy one.

Place was very clean and neat. All the rooms spotless. Very quiet and peaceful place. Definitely recommended for families. Very close to everything. Pool was great for the hot weather.

The home was absolutely beautiful and we felt at home.. This home is very well taken care of and has lots of beautiful features and details in every where you look.. we did have an issue with the pool restroom being dirty when we first got there but Cecilia had them clean it the staff is pretty awesome and the host is great and is willing to help with as has as she can

Very good stay, very nice amenities, a large pool and a large hot tub as well. The rooms had the essentials, and the kitchen was equipped, very spacious, and homey.

This was our second time staying at this house. It is quiet and secure. I would recommend it to all those wanting a clean and spacious, and centrally located, place to relax.

Casa Magdalena exceeded our expectations. We cooked breakfast a few times, watched movies, enjoyed the pool and appreciated the patio/garden. There is also a wonderful collection of books. Cecilia, your home is a true oasis.

The house was perfect, just like the photos. We went to spend Christmas there, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the house decorated, even with a Christmas tree in the living room 😍😍. An excellent house and an excellent host.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Cecelia’s place in San Carlos. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to go there especially with a big group. She has a very nice home and keeps it extremely clean. If you have any issues she is also very attentive. Will definitely stay here again!

Over the last 30 years we have traveled to many places in the world and stayed at a wide range of accomodations. Some were fancier than Casa Madalena but most were inferior. Undoubtedly, Cecilia's place deserves an extremely high rating not only for physical aspects of the property, but for her personal interaction with us as well. She often made us feel as a part of the family. In additionl, we had exceptional interaction with the people that prepared meals for us. The meals were authenic Mexican and all meals were delicious. However, this is the one area that we will change on future visits. There are many good places to dine out and we were able to visit only a few of the local facilities. Overall, we have to state, without doubt, that Casa Magdalena is the best of accomodations we have used in our travels over the past decades. Part of this is due to personality of Cecilia and her crew. THANK YOU.

One of the best locations a to restaurants, yacht rentals and the beach. If we ever return to San Carlos it would be at Casa Magdalena. Cecilia and her administrator Tony were great!

Casa Magdalena is something very different from anywhere we've stayed. It's a house with a great vibe that fills you with energy. Its garden, its cozy spaces—everything was very clean and in its place. It's a house with lots of nice details, and its spaces are very spacious and comfortable. Cecilia, the host, didn't miss a single detail in every corner of the house. She was always attentive when I called her, and she was very kind. The pool and the gardens are spectacular. Everything is very well maintained so that you can have a wonderful time. Thank you, Cecilia, for having us!

This was a great place to stay! It was clean, spacious and the outside is very well maintained from the pools to the barbecue area to the rooftop deck! Cecilia was very responsive to any questions or needs, we can't wait to stay again!

Cecilia, your house and your hospitality never disappoint. This was my second visit and was just as remarkable as the first. My family loved it. It was great to get out of our home and spend time together as a family without compromising precautions. We all made sure we were healthy before traveling and even tested right before the trip. With everyone being healthy, we made the trip. Your home was perfect to gather yet still allowed us to follow proper precautions. It is very well laid out with lots of room to separate and congregate. We loved the grass hut covered rooftop deck. The table and two hammocks were great for casual conversations and getting reacquainted in an outdoor setting. We enjoyed the pool day and night in our private oasis. Your home gave us time to forget the pandemic and let go of the stresses we’ve all been dealing with. Honestly, I don’t even look elsewhere anymore. For the price, it's very difficult to recommend this place, as Airbnb's fees are high and significant. I prefer to rent “Casa Magadalena” rather than “beautiful house with pool” because Airbnb is very unfair, or at least the price I paid through Airbnb did not meet my expectations, which might have been different if I had dealt directly with the host. As a local, I recommend renting the house for at least a week; a weekend is not reasonable, especially given the price and the location.

Cecilia and Michael are the best hosts! They were always attentive to our needs, contacting us from the very start to follow up on our reservation. Immediate response, very friendly, excellent service, good recommendations. We were even lucky enough to be welcomed personally! The place is luxurious. We will definitely be visiting them again and will recommend the stay to family and friends. The pool is spectacular! The cleanliness is also excellent. The details of the building, the rooms, the kitchen, the living room—everything is designed with excellent, very Mexican taste! The beautiful gardens attracted the birds in the mornings, and waking up to the sound of them was amazing! Thank you, Cecilia and Michael, for being such great hosts!

Great place

The house is perfect for spending time with family or friends. There are too many options of spaces to choose from to spend time. The house has everything, a large kitchen, a large barbecue space, a very comfortable stay to watch movies, hammocks to rest and a large pool.

Casa Magdalena is amazing. Our group of six had the best time enjoying everything the house has to offer. We enjoyed swimming and grilling and hanging out on the rooftop patio overlooking the golf course, mountain and ocean view sunsets. Even took a nap on the hammock. Very nice to chillax. Cecilia our host is very responsive. Just let her know in advance of anything you need and it will be done. Top notch! Definitely my go to place from now on.
