Sylvia’s place was perfect for our family of five’s vacation in Playa del Carmen! It was exactly as depicted in the photos. We had a view of the ocean from all three balconies. And then, the roof rooftop! We spent so much time up there lounging in the pool during the day and enjoying evenings on the comfortable furniture. Our cooler of provided water ran out about halfway through, but Sylvia had already told us we could get a refill. Within 20 minutes she was there with another cooler. She was always super responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed, and it was the perfect place to come back to after our daily excursions. We would definitely stay here again, and again!

Excellent stay, impeccable apartment with an excellent location

The private rooftop pool overlooking the ocean was one of the highlights of our trip to Playa and it's is even better at night ~ light breeze, quiet, reflective and just the right amount of noise coming from 5th Ave. A perfect place to relax, unwind and stay away from crowds. The condos were clean, cool, and well-designed with all the amenities you could ask for.

We had a wonderful recent stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. The room was quiet, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also perfect — convenient to nearby beach access, restaurants, and shopping in 5ta Avenida. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and excellent customer service throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free experience.

Great location, close to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—convenient, and close to everything we needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Took a girls and we all loved this place! The private rooftop+pool is incredible and worth the stay. The beds are comfortable and everything was so clean. Something to note: the apartment is above a fun street with bars and restaurants and we could clearly hear loud singing and music late into the night even with the windows shut. The host is so welcoming and wonderful.

We had a great visit to Playa del Carmen which was enhanced by our stay at Aldea Thai. The location and amenities - especially the rooftop pool and sitting area - were wonderful. Sylvia and her team were available and worked hard to make our trip as perfect as possible. If/when we return to Playa, Sylvia & Aldea Thai will be first on our list! On a side note, be sure to stop by Ceviche Corazon for a great seafood taco. It's not on Apple maps or google maps - but easy to find on the beach side of 52 and 5th. Tuna carnitas and doritos shrimp (yes, I said doritos) were our favorites! Finally, the group salsa/bachata classes at Perle 28 (on the same block as Aldea Thai) were tons of fun (and a bit humbling). Find the schedule at Let's Dance Mexico on social media

Stunning, spacious condo with an absolutely incredible roof deck with pool, loungers, table and chairs, sectional sofa, and two huge sun beds with ocean views. Perfect for our group. Hosts were uber-responsive and helpful. Walking distance to multiple beaches, great restaurants on Calle 38, and shops. We had a fantastic stay.

We had an amazing stay at Sylvia’s place. The private rooftop overlooking Mamitas beach was the perfect place for sunrise coffee and relaxing by the private pool before body surfing and walking on the beach. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Sylvia’s place was exactly as described and honestly even better. The private rooftop pool and lounging area were phenomenal and became our favorite spot to unwind. Francesca was outstanding from start to finish. She assisted us during check-in, arranged a mid-week clean, helped with check-out, and was phenomenal in facilitating multiple requests throughout our stay. Her communication was clear, quick, and incredibly helpful. The location is perfect, close to 5th Ave, Mamita’s Beach Club, and great restaurants like Cachito. The full-size kitchen and spacious living room made it ideal for our family. We would highly recommend this place for families. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.
