Fernando

Fernando's place is in a great location in Roma Norte, with numerous restaurants, shops and sights nearby. It is a bustling area (and noisy) so we appreciated the earplugs the host left for guests. The space itself is just as it appears in the photos - it is spacious and well kept. We found it very comfortable for the three of us. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishware, as well as bottled water and snacks (payment on the honor system). We really appreciated having the snacks and water already on site. There weren't many condiments (other than salt & pepper) so plan to stock up on your own. It was also great to have a washer and dryer, an elevator (that comes right to the door) and outside space with great views. The communication from Fernando and his co-hosts was also helpful and friendly.

Great condo. As others have mentioned, the location is unbeatable - easy to access both Roma Norte and Condesa. Responsive friendly hosts, and the stocked fridge was super convenient. Firm comfy beds. Looks very much like the pictures and having 24hr door service makes it very safe and secure. We did not use the rooftop patio altho it was nice to have that option. Full sized, modern washer and dryer an added plus. We are a family of five (adult kids) and truly enjoyed our five nights in CDMX in July. Yes it’s the rainy season but the mornings and early afternoons were sun filled with perfect temps. Just need to carry an umbrella in the afternoon. Would stay here again.

Fernando's apartment was great--excellent location and as described. The unit is on the 6th floor, so we heard minimal street noise at night.

Fernando's home is centrally located in a great neighborhood. Parks, restaurants, and shops are all walkable and within a short distance. The unit was just as advertised and Fernando was very responsive. The rooftop deck is a great feature. The building security/staff are also very helpful and friendly. It is a little noisy in the area, but nothing too excessive (it is a major city). The honor bar system was also a nice feature of the property. Overall A+ and I would recommend and stay here again.

The unit was just as advertised and in a great location in Roma Norte. As the host, Fernando was very responsive and proactive. The honor bar amenities in the unit were very convenient and enabled us to settle in right away. The roof deck is also fabulous for lounging, especially during late afternoon, early evening sunset times. Easy to access the unit and 24 hour security is a plus too. Would definitely stay at this place again in the future.

Fernando was the consummate host who responded quickly to our questions and who went above and beyond what is usually expected of a host. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable and in a very desirable, walkable part of Mexico City.

SPECTACULAR AIRBNB! We spent three weeks at Fernando’s place and it truly felt more like a home than a rental. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable throughout. The modern, well-equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy many breakfasts and dinners at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well appointed, and we especially loved relaxing on the balcony in the evenings with gorgeous treetop views of the plaza and fountain. The private rooftop terrace offers fantastic open city views — especially stunning at night. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, parks, and shops, and we walked almost everywhere, including Centro, Polanco, and Chapultepec Park. Beyond the wonderful apartment itself, Fernando is an outstanding host: warm, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was perfect. He even helped arrange a doctor’s appointment when we had a minor medical issue. Book this place — you won’t be disappointed.

Fernando was incredibly communicative. The space was as pictured in a great location. Spent two nights with friends which was perfect amount of time since the walls were a bit thin, but nothing can be done about that. LOVED the stocked honor bar. Made it so easy. Full of waters, sodas, wine & mezcal :)

This was a great apartment in a great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I appreciated the doorman for security in a foreign city. The beds and living room couch were comfortable. The rooftop deck was great and we were able to see some NYE fireworks. The blinds in the bedrooms are not very room darkening so if you sensitive to light bring a sleep mask- I am sensitive to light so I always travel with one. I would overall highly recommend this apartment.

Great spacious Airbnb perfect for our family of four. Location was super convenient and many of the best bars and restaurants in the city are within walking distance. Large rooftop as well which was great to relax on / exercise on. 24 hour doorman made the place feel safe. Fernando is also very responsive and attended to our needs quickly and efficiently. The only consideration is that it can get loud on the weekends due to proximity to great nightlife; Fernando provided ear plugs. Additionally, the window shades let light in so was tough to sleep in (not an issue if you’re an early riser)

Fernando's place was clean, comfortable, had wonderful amenities like big screen smart TVs and a private rooftop, and the location could not be beat -- it is centrally walkable to Condesa, Roma, and Juarez neighborhoods, with countless restaurants, bars, boutiques, street food vendors, and cafes all within 10 minutes of walking. The bed was comfortable, the shower spacious, and we always felt very safe with 24-hour front-desk security. The honor bar system with a LOT of large water bottles (as well as beer, wine, sodas, juice, and liquor) was an incredible feature; we never had to go out and restock the fridge. A sign of a thoughtful and great host!

Very comfortable property located within close proximity to restaurants, commerce and transportation. Excellent supply of hot water in both bathrooms for four people. Fully equipped kitchen available as well. Charming balcony in the front of the apartment provides additional breeze and ventilation; air conditioning units in bedrooms work well. Private rooftop is available for entertainment and relaxation. Our host, Fernando, is a great communicator, always available for advice and suggestions. Overall, a great stay. We highly recommend it.

Great apartment located in good proximity to Roma Norte shopping and restaurants. The apartment had all the amenities which were great. Nicely stocked fridge with drinks and snacks that you could add to your Airbnb account or pay cash directly. was great as we didn't need to go to any store. Overall, the apartment was nicely furnished, very comfortable for 6 people and very clean. And Fernando was a great host. Very helpful, responsive and friendly. highly recommend staying here.

It was the best place I've ever stayed in the Zona Rosa area of Mexico City. Everything was very well organized and clean, and especially the terrace on the upper floor was spacious and very useful. In addition, the drinks, food and wine already prepared in the refrigerator were very convenient. I would definitely love to stay at this place again in the future.

One of the best Air Bnb I have ever stayed. Amazing apartment in the heart of Roma Norte. Great restaurants within walking distance. The building is safe with a 24 hour security guard. Apartment comes fully stocked with an honor bar (beer, water, coffee etc). The prices are listed on the fridge. This is super convenient..we didn't have to go to a super market during our visit. But there are tons of markets close by if you need anything else. The best part is the huge private terrace on the second floor with a spectacular view of the city. The stairs leading up to the terrace are steep so be careful! There are portable A/C units in the bedrooms and a fan in the living room. There is street noise during the day but area is quiet at night. Beds are soft and comfortable. Responsive host that sent great recommendations. This was my first time in Mexico City and I will stay here again when I return!! 5 stars!

Loved our stay at Fernando's. He is a great host with a great place. Fernando communicates very well and he makes sure that your stay goes as planned with no hiccups. The apartment is very well appointed, clean and it has all you need for a great stay in Mexico City. The area can be noisy sometime [week ends] but Fernando provides hear plugs [we did not use them]. It is very nice that the fridge is stocked up with any sorts of drinks, but there is a 24/7 market just around the corner if you want/need anything different. Will definitely use him again next time in Mexico City

Wonderful stay - wish it could have been longer!

As first time visitors to Mexico City, we had a hard time deciding on which neighborhood to stay in. We are really happy we chose Roma Norte/Condessa. It was very safe but still had an authentic feel. Fernando's apartment is in a great location. It looks just like it does in the pictures. Fernando is also a thoughtful host. He keeps drinks in the refrigerator which functions like an honor bar. He is also extremely responsive, not only to questions about the apartment itself, but also when we wanted advice on restaurants or sightseeing. It's just like having access to a concierge at a high end hotel. We were very happy with all of his recommendations and that helped to make our trip memorable.

Exceptional host who was always responsive and made our stay terrific. Building security was on duty 24 hours and was always pleasant - made the building feel very safe. The apartment is fun and tastefully decorated but not overcrowded. The location is ideal as a jumping off point for exploring all that Mexico City has to offer. Walkable parks, restaurants, bars and shopping. The apartment comes stocked with essential drinks and snacks when you need/want it through an Honor Bar system. Great host and apartment - will book with Fernando again.

Had a wonderful stay at Fernando's place right in the heart of Roma - lots of space for the 3 of us and a nice roof to boot. No issues at all and 24/7 doorman was awesome.

You will enjoy this spacious and comfortable 3BR/2 BA apartment on the top floor of a conveniently-located, safe building in the Roma District with a 24/7 doorman. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby, and Fernando provides a list of favorites to get you started. You should make the trip to Casa 1900 on Calle Durango, if only to inhale the aroma of the delicious pastries. This is a busy neighborhood and very noisy so bring some earplugs.

Great location! super safe and there is a security guy 24/7. great food and small market just a few minutes away. the airbnb was clean and his staff, Omar were great to work with. We had a few issues that came up but Omar was able to come and fix as much as he can. also, the rooftop was a plus. def enough space for a group of people. A fridge full of drinks came in handy so we did not have to go to grocery to grab them and carry heavy loads. honor system. super helpful!

Wonderful stay at this great apartment: nicely located, safe, immaculate and comfortable. Fernando is the epitome of what a super host should be. Roma Norte is vibrant and full of great food and bars. Due to its location, it has the usual city noise, host provided ear plugs that weren't needed. Stocked fridge using an honor system is a plus. Fernando’s Airbnb is central to great restaurants, bars and convenience stores. The interior is just as good as the location. There’s three nice bedrooms, a fully stocked fridge , a nice balcony, and direct access to the roof. I highly recommend it.

Perfect stay

We loved being able to gather with our friends in a home versus a hotel. This apartment was perfectly located to Roma Norte and the tourist bus route that takes you to the centro. Beds were memory foam and pretty comfortable. We went up to the rooftop to do yoga one day which was a nice treat. A couple things to be aware of: - it’s an old building. That means there’s no central ac or heat. The Airbnb has one portable ac unit you can put in a window and roller electric heaters for bedrooms. - it’s located in a busy area and you will hear street traffic. One of the bedrooms faces courtyard and is quieter. I wear ear plugs and have a fan on so I wasn’t bothered. - again because building is old, the main shower wasn’t sloped correctly and held a lot of water. Nothing to be concerned about - but just one of those things. Overall the host was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. He even has a fridge full of beverages to make things convenient for you - and settled the tab after.

We loved staying at Fernando's place! It was in a wonderful location that was very safe, fun, and so close to many great restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and delicious street food. We were traveling with 3 kids and had enough space for all of us and we found the neighborhood to be very family friendly. The place was very clean and had plenty of space. It had a lovely roof top deck that had nice views of the city. The fridge was stocked with drinks which were reasonably priced and saved us a trip to the grocery store. The street was busy during the day, but quieted down enough at night that none of us had trouble sleeping due to street noise. The place had great amenities, including AC although it was cool enough that we didn't need to use it. Fernando was very responsive and helpful as a host. We enjoyed his recommendations and flexibility with our check in time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Loved our stay! Fernando was so responsive, gave great recommendations, and helped with anything we needed. The apartment was just like the photos. Three very nice bedrooms and really appreciated the laundry room and the wonderful rooftop patio. There was some street noise on the weekend and the curtains let in the morning light, but I used a white noise maker and eye mask and slept great. Bed was very comfortable. The location was walking distance to so many things. We enjoyed exploring the area and visiting the street vendors, cafes, shops, and watching futbol with the locals. Highly recommend!

Fernando's place was great and I would highly recommend. The place was exactly as advertised and as it appears in the photos. It was a very stylish and clean apartment. We did not have time to use the roof deck but we did check it out and it was nice. Fernando provides an honor bar with drinks and snacks so you don't have to run to a store first thing (or at all in our case) for provisions. His communication was impeccable and he made the check-in, check-out and everything in between as easy as possible. Staying in Roma Norte or the nearby Condesa neighborhood are great areas to be and walkable between the two. Plenty of great restaurants and things to do that are walkable or short Uber away.

Our family, including 2 young teenagers, really enjoyed the apartment for our 4 nights. Excellent location in Roma Norte. Very walkable to everywhere in the neighborhood. Great doorman and security set up. The apartment is somewhat noisey, but that's Roma Norte in general and it's actually in a pretty quiet area, while being right in the mix of tons of great restaurants, shops, etc. Host was very responsive. We'd stay here again.

The 3 bedroom condo and two bathrooms were perfect for our needs. Close walk to many great restaurants and bakeries as well as historical buildings and landmarks. The fridge was stocked with self serve waters, a selection of beer and wine, liquors and coffee. Take and pay the reasonable prices as you go. Fernando was great in recommending restaurants and other locations for us. Excellent stay. Thanks Fernando!

Everything was great!!

Fernando is a great host, very quick to respond and provided lots of helpful information about local restaurants and things to do. The apartment is in a great location with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and we walked to both the centro historic area and the museum of anthropology (30 to 40 minute walk).

A true jewel on Mexico City. Fernando’s place is at the best location of Roma Norte, and offers top notch accommodations. The apartment is meticulously decorated, has a great balcony to enjoy your morning coffee looking at the city and Fuente Cibeles, and has an amazing private rooftop to enjoy CDMX sunsets. The apartment has everything you’ll need for short and long term stays. We had to extend our stay due to a flight cancellation, and Fernando’s place and his attention to our wellbeing was heaven’s sent. The honor bar system at the apartment is a plus. No need to rush out to get some supplies in the middle of the night. Just open the fridge, get what you need and honor the system.

Each of the three bedrooms were great so no one got a raw deal. Water pressure in the showers was great. The view from the unit was gorgeous and the private rooftop deck was a nice bonus. It's a great location just a couple blocks from a Hop-On Hop-Off stop and tons of restaurants and shops. The building is secure with a doorman and felt very safe, as did the neighborhood. I would stay here again - that says a lot in and of itself. The space was exactly as described. It is very comfortable and convenient. There is a cool terrace, which I had not realized when I made the booking, so that was a pleasant surprise. No hesitation in recommending this apartment and Fernando was very easy to communicate which made the whole thing seamless.

This is a beautiful penthouse apartment, with a balcony and rooftop. The apartment is tastefully appointed and has a modern feel. The rooms are spacious, clean and well lighted. Fernando thoughtfully provided snacks and kept the refrigerator stocked with water, milk, drinks sparing us the necessity of going to a convenience store right away. The location is great, the neighborhood is beautiful and safe. Excellent host and great property.
