Excellent host, the house is very good.

The house was really beautiful, it had everything we needed for the weekend. Staying in a house with a pool was really nice, especially with the heat. Doña María was very attentive, she would respond quickly if we had any questions. I highly recommend this house.

The house is in a great location, very close to everything. Even if you decide not to go out, the house has many things to do, so you never get bored. Mrs. Ángeles was an incredible host and was always attentive to everything at any time. An excellent experience, we would definitely come back.

I loved the house, it is spacious, it was in very good condition, clean and cozy place, the location is perfect, it is close to everything, it is very central. I highly recommend it and the host was very attentive and helpful to us, she was always available to answer our questions and ready to help with anything that was offered.

Maria is a very welcoming host. We rented the whole house for the weekend. The house is beautiful and secluded. Walking distance to the beach and golf course. Communication was excellent. Overall a very pleasant stay.

it is a very nice house 4 blocks from the sea, it is safe and super quiet, its dog is super quiet and charming. the rooms as described by Maria was always available for us but she also gave us a lot of privacy, I was satisfied with her place. The pool is something very good and was in perfect operation and clean.

Anyone who travels to Mazatlán and wants to have a privileged location to move close to the beach, or head to the truck stops that will take you to know the most touristy, they should definitely consider the option to stay with María de los Ángeles. Her house is located right in the middle of Avenida Camarón Sábalo, the most important in Mazatlan that crosses the entire port to take you anywhere taking the truck a few blocks from this host. From his house you drop a few blocks in a very friendly colony until you reach Avenida Camarón Sábalo, where you can already walk, ask for an Uber or get on the truck that, for 11 pesos or so, takes you to the Historic Center, to the Aquarium, to the Marina, in the end.... The house of María de los Ángeles meets what is necessary to spend a few quiet days, in a very quiet private, without hassle. There is a table in the garden where you can find inspiration to read a book, work, have breakfast, eat, etc., while looking at the pool and the flowers. Of course, when you come to stay, the best thing you can have in this house is the pool, because you can take a quick shower and then get in the water to enjoy it at night, which helps you sleep very well. For sleeping, you are well equipped with air conditioning in case you get hot, as Mazatlán is very humid. As a person, María de los Ángeles is extraordinary. They take care of everything to make you feel good and respond to all your concerns. The port is known right and the other way around, so you have an idea of where to move. She is always attentive and available by cell phone or Whatsapp. Finally, what better way than to leave the colony, cross the avenue, walk a corridor and before your eyes the beach, to enjoy the sea. It doesn't take more than 10 minutes to walk from the house to the beach. Don't miss your chance to meet María de los Ángeles. I will return with her on another trip to Mazatlán.

Excellent and very comfortable service! The location is good because you are four blocks from the street of the hotels in the Golden Zone. We would gladly stay again on our next visit to Mazatlan, Maria treated us with unbeatable hospitality!

We had a very relaxing restorative week at Maria’s, best home we’ve stayed in in our 4th visit to Mazatlan. Maria was very easy to communicate with, her house very clean and her generosity with her place and information amazing. Maria also managed to get our shower repaired the first day which we really appreciated. Her little dog was very polite - barked only when Maria would come home! The location was an easy walk to the beach as were quite a few restaurants (el Fish had the best tacos!) We definitely hope to stay with Maria again on a return trip!

The place is very well located, in a safe area with everything you need nearby. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen has absolutely everything to prepare your food. Angeles was always attentive to us and can also give you very good recommendations about the city.

Our host Maria made us feel like we were familia, not guests. She is very personable and her home is quite elegant. We had a bit of trouble with the map to her home so make sure you correspond with her and not go by the map alone. Her home is very close to beaches and restaurants. Maria is helpful with recommendations. If you desire privacy or discussion, she will accommodate your needs .
