My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Javier's place. He was always very attentive to us and was always responsive. The house is very nice, very comfortable, and the view is amazing. The only issue we had was with the refrigerator, which wasn't working properly, which was complicated because we had to use ice to prevent things from spoiling. Other than that, all good.

Hi! Honestly, we loved the house. There was hot water, which was something I was concerned about, because at night it can get cold in Teques, and if there's no hot water in the pool, we would hardly have been able to use it and enjoy it. The garden was impeccable, no bugs, everything was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we had everything we needed. The very kind gentleman who takes care of the house took out the trash every morning, and both the host and the owner responded very quickly to all my questions. We really loved the house and the host's friendliness. Just a note: there are stairs, which can be a bit challenging for senior citizens. Otherwise, everything was amazing and wonderful. We will definitely look to stay at this lovely house again ❤️🙏🏻 We will definitely return to the house.

The house and the view are BEAUTIFUL!! The photos don't do justice to how beautiful it is, the beds are super comfortable and you rest incredibly, it has a beautiful view, the pool is definitely great, it's not very hot but it's warm, we came in December and I think for the time of year, the pool was amazing, my parents are elderly and although the stairs at the entrance were a bit of a struggle, Javier was always asking us if we needed support to help them up, they were really happy, they were in the pool at night and they were happy, the bedroom on the ground floor helped them a lot so they didn't have to go up and down stairs, the lighting of the property is amazing, Javier is a very nice and great person, we will definitely return

The location is excellent, it has a good view of the lake, no noise in the surroundings. The pool is very clean and easily accessible. Javier was always on the lookout from the beginning of the day. The grill is excellent. We went for a new year and had a touch of a bottle of wine with grapes. From 10!

Javier's property is just as it appears in the listing. The house has all the comforts for a median family to spend an incredible stay. Javier was in touch with me to make sure that our stay, in the house as in Teques was incredible, I recommend places and I advise us to enjoy our days at the maximum. Mr. David was visiting us every day at least a couple of times to make sure we were always comfortable, he is a great person. We would not hesitate to return, the house is beautiful, the view is incredible and the area is very quiet.

The view is spectacular!! The house is just as described. Everything is very clean and despite the proximity to the lake there are not many insects. It would be desirable to have a table and chairs /bedroom on the terrace. Highly recommended and I would definitely come back!

The pool was clean the home was perfect the open concept was perfect to watch my little kids swim while I was in the kitchen. The home was free of bugs and it was very well taken care of and clean! I can’t wait to come back in the near future we will surely miss this home.

I would like to say that this house and the service exceeded our expectations of coming to enjoy a place with a pleasant climate and a beautiful view of Lake Tequesquitengo, but the “Puerta del Sol” house has many advantages compared to other rental properties in Teques, which I would like to mention: 1. The architecture of the house is magnificent, optimal design of spaces, the materials used are very good, as aesthetic as it is functionally, good distribution of spaces and everything is functional, with clean design. 2. Javier's attention was very, but very good, the communication was fluid and very well treated, as well as the pertinent, respectful and great quality of Octavio's attention that every morning went to turn on the boiler and to ask if we were having a pleasant stay, thank you very much for your hospitality. 3. Everything in the house works how it should work, sufficient and comfortable furniture throughout the house, super equipped kitchen, we had not been in a space with everything you need and in good condition; fret, stove, sound equipment, towels, white, mattresses, pool, grass, lighting, finishes. 4. The view is one of the best in Teques, unparalleled sunrises, sunsets and the delicious weather. 5.
