The house is beautiful. For me, it's essential that the vacation also be an architectural experience. Minutes from the beach behind the house. The pool on the third floor is a structural challenge that I was able to appreciate. Everything is impeccable and well designed. The furnishings and interior décor are in very good taste. The kitchen is very complete, and the rooms and living areas are super comfortable. A 5-star rating doesn't do it justice. I definitely recommend it and would come back!!

It is a great place, clean and peaceful.

Alexandra's house is very nice and has a high standard. The rooftop pool is a good place to retreat. The house is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but it's still close to restaurants, shops and the well-known beaches. You should know that one of the bedrooms is a transit room, but that did not bother us with our travel arrangements. Therefore: I absolutely recommend booking if you want to experience Santa Teresa but also have your peace and quiet!

Excellent place to visit. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Close to the beach, restaurants, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms are impeccable, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, and the pool is fantastic. Alexandra is super friendly and very communicative. I certainly hope to return soon. Highly recommended!

Excellent place; it has everything you need and more to spend a great few days at the beach. A 5-minute walk to Malpais Beach and a 15-minute walk to Santa Tere. I would stay here again.

This house was incredible, beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean and organized. The pool was a highlight, and we loved being able to cook breakfast and dinner, then relax with a movie at night. During the day, we spent time at the beach and explored some amazing local restaurants. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!

The house is super nice; we really enjoyed our stay. The beach is super close, and they were incredible hosts.

Had a great stay with my family at this beautiful villa in Malpais. Nice to stay out of the bustle and dirt of Santa Teresa but still have access in a short 10 minute drive. Rooftop pool was awesome, my kid loved it. All the amenities and laundry machines were great. Only downside is road noise with house being right on the road and that the walkable beach is rocky and not swimmable, albeit beautiful. Overall great stay, would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location and great hosts! You will definitely need to rent an atv or car to get around from here though.
