Wonderful place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. The view was spectacular and the amenities were more than expected. Overall, my stay here was great and plan to return!

The condo was beautiful, the view was amazing, and the owners were very responsive. We picked a great time to visit as the pool area and the beach were not crowded, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this home.

We have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one was the best! Absolutely gorgeous unit, the views are even better than the pictures! Super comfortable beds for everyone and the unit had everything you needed. The beach was spectacular, our kids were boogie boarding all day, and the pool overlooking the ocean was gorgeous and felt private. Super secure complex and the hosts were beyond responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a relaxing, gorgeous beach vacation, this is the spot! The bikes were also helpful, as the only downside was there are not a lot of quick bites near by, but we used uber eats to get groceries and that was easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We loved our stay at Nina’s place. Everything was lovely and well organized! She also provided lots of snacks and drinks for us to enjoy! The condo had amazing views and was in a great location. Beautiful beaches and close to good restaurants. We also loved the bikes that were provided. Great Condo with a stunning roof top patio. We would definitely recommend staying. Nina and Mia were amazing hosts!

This place was just like the pictures but with an even greater expansive view of the ocean. Truly stunning. Our family enjoyed the spacious layout with plenty of beds and restrooms. One of the cleanest Air BNB’s we’ve stayed at! The hosts were very proactive about communicating and ensuring we had all the needed info and offered recommendations for anything we needed. They were quick to address an a/c issue on the first day which made for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the condo and had an amazing time on our family trip to Nuevo Vallarta. This was a relaxing vacation, and we were so grateful to have everything we needed right nearby, - beautiful beach access, a great pool, and stunning panoramic sunset views from the deck. It made it easy to unwind and enjoy time together without having to go far. We’ll absolutely look forward to visiting this condo again in the future!

My family and I had an outstanding time at this spacious and well equipped condo. The moment we stepped through the door, we knew we were in paradise! The views are breathtaking! The rooftop with bar was to die for and we spent a lot of time hanging there. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the waves put us to sleep. Nina was a great host. Her instructions were clear and she kept checking in to make sure we were having a good time with no issues. There was beer in the fridge and snacks on the counter when we arrived. What more could anyone ask for? We were able to walk to great restaurants and we used the boogie boards everyday. Believe me this place is worth every penny! One of the best places we have stayed!!

Nina's condo is spacious and very well equipped. The terrace is a major asset because it allows you to enjoy the sun early in the morning. We also used it for our dinner and dinner aperitif. The glass doors give us a splendid view of the beach. These doors feel like you're living outdoors. The beds were very comfortable and we could hear the waves in our bedroom. Depending on the time of day, in addition to the terrace, there were enough sun loungers to sunbathe at the beach and pool. When we had requests, Nina and Moi followed up very quickly to the satisfaction. Kite staff are very cooperative. We particularly appreciated the possibility of having 20 liters of water bottles and the speed of delivery. We regularly used the bicycles available for walks and going to the grocery store. Thank you Nina and Me for our lovely holiday at your place.

The place is even better than the photos. We were awe-struck when we walked in for the first time (and every time, really). It is spacious, well furnished and has fantastic views. Nina was a great host. She is very responsive and her instructions and advice were spot-on.

Outstanding spacious apartment on the penthouse floor with multiple private balconies and separate rooftop deck. Ocean views. Beer and wine and snacks provided on arrival. You can hear the waves from apartment. Perfect location in Nueva Vallarta, very peaceful northern suburb of Puerta Vallarta. About 30min car ride from old town, and about 20min from airport. Came with beach toys, bougie boards, towels, everything needed to feel like in a beach home. One of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Would definitely come again.

The moment we walked in we were taken aback by the breathtaking views; ocean, palm trees and white beaches for days. The private rooftop deck was added value to this penthouse - we did yoga every morning up there & in the evening enjoyed music on the sound system & beautiful lighting. Pictures are good, but being there was SPECTACULAR. We’ll be back, soon!

Once you get to this beachfront penthouse you won't want to leave ! There was no need to run the air conditioners. We opened everything up and enjoyed the ocean, the birds, the views and the fresh air. The pool is great the ocean is wonderful to swim in both set up very nicely. We walked to 2 restaurants that were both top of the line service and food. It was a wonderful stay and would certainly do it again. Highly recommend !

Amazing! This is the best host ever! They should give hosts courses, They are proactive and answer any request rapidly. I was comfortable with the place even before our arrival. The place is spacious and truly beautiful! From the dining room you only view the sea, it’s like you are on a huge cruise ship lol. I slept in the master bedroom with the patio door open to the sound of the waves! No AC needed (but it is there if you prefer window closed). Sunset from the rooftop or condo patio are beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked, way better than most airbnb. I love that you can easily walk to many restaurants, and of course you can also walk on the beach for miles. Thank you Nina and Moi!

One word describes this unique piece of special paradise: WOW! This was an exceptional experience well worth the price. The view, the amenities and the whole rooftop with a bar and amazing sound system were outstanding. We also cannot say enough about our hosts who were responsive and engaged to our every need. We will be back!

My family and I had an amazing time at Nina's luxury penthouse. Nina initiated contact before and during our stay with clear instructions. The condo has everything and anything you might need to spend a quiet, relaxing and private time with family and /or friends. It is a really beautiful place where you can witness incredible sunsets!! Looking forward to going back soon!

We loved our stay at Nina and Moi's condo. They were excellent hosts, always responsive, initiated contact prior to and during our stay. We had clear instructions and great recommendations for everything we needed. The condo was gorgeous, spacious, private, and accurately fit the description. Amazing views of the Banderas Bay and the mountains. We enjoyed the private rooftop every night, and the rooftop was the cherry on top for our stay. When I visit Puerto Vallarta in the future, this condo will be my first choice. Don't hesitate to book, you wont regret it.

The pictures match the condo perfectly. We are familiar with area, so we had a different perspective of the building & area. We loved that it was on the ocean! We opened all the doors at nighttime and could hear the crashing waves all night long. Having direct access to a beach that can sometimes be difficult to get into, was great. Just down the elevator and your feet were in the sand. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. The owner contacted us with all the detailed information needed to get to the building. Everything that is needed is available in the condo. Proximity to restaurants, groceries, and beach are excellent. Couldn't really want for anything more in this condo!

Photos do not do this place justice! It was beyond all of our expectations. Nina and Moi are super hosts! They were extremely responsive to all of our requests. They suggested fantastic restaurants, shopping, markets, and excursions. We will definitely be back!

Agree with others, the pictures definitely do not do this place justice! The condo is immaculate and decorated beautifully. The outdoor patio is amazing. Beach access is easy. The rooftop is definitely one of the biggest selling points - with an awesome bluetooth enabled sound system to add! The decorations inside the condo really caught my eye. Nina and Moi clearly pay a lot of attention to those types of details. I did think the place would benefit with more bath and beach towels. There is also a hot tub on the rooftop that wasn't working, would've been cool to have that available. The other amenities are all there - shampoos, soaps, basics in the kitchen, etc. I appreciated the bottom loading water cooler - which you can get 5G jugs of water from the staff at the gate. The place was incredibly safe - security staff is at the gate 24/7. There are not a ton of restaurants that are walking distance - but easy to uberEats a meal. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful!

The location of this condo is ideal for a beautiful vacation at a beach front condo. I was expecting a nice place from previous reviews, and it definitely surpassed my expectations. The roof top patio is great and added to an amazing 11th floor condo.

So happy with this rental. The photos do not do it justice. Location is perfect. Beds are so comfortable. Felt safe and staff at condo was very friendly and accommodating. Any concerns or questions we had were handled promptly by Nina and Moi. Will definitely be back!

This condo was absolutely stunning! Gorgeous place, gorgeous views! We loved how spacious the living areas were, plenty of seating for a group to spend time together without sitting on top of each other. The mattresses are a bit firm for us but that is a personal preference. The rooftop was a wonderful addition to the experience, it was roomy and a great place to watch the sunrise and the sunsets were AMAZING!!! Nina and Moi really thought of everything from beach towels to laundry soap to kitchen necessities. Nina provided all details that was needed to get set up and very responsive when we had questions. The pool and walking distance to the beach couldn’t be beat. Shopping and restaurants were close by. This was by far one of the most relaxing experiences we’ve had and throughout the entire stay, we felt very safe and comfortable. The location of the property in Nuevo Vallarta was quiet and very peaceful. There is no doubt our hosts and this condo deserves 5+ stars.

I can’t say enough about this place but, also Nina and Moi as hosts. First, the place - this penthouse is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen is beautiful and makes you want to stay in and cook a meal or two ( which we did). The appliances are pretty new and easy to use. The rooftop patio is amazing !!! We worked out and did yoga in the morning and sat up and had lunch when we needed some reprieve from the sun. Grocery store is a quick taxi away. The bedrooms were all very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of storage space. Each room has its own AC unit. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The beach is clean and not very busy - it’s great to not have to fight for a chair. The pool is also great! Lots of lounge chairs and again , quiet. Now for the hosts - I can’t tell you how fantastic , thoughtful, responsive, helpful they are. I would stay anywhere they are the hosts! Thank you! We will be back!!! Thank you again!!!

Beautiful penthouse! Great location that’s quiet and secluded. Amazing views of the ocean and mountains. The pool is perfect and the beach was never crowded. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

Apartment with a great location, perfectly clean, equipped, in optimal operation and clearly newly remodeled with very good taste. The attention and follow-up Nina gave us was excellent, always aware that everything was fine. We will definitely rent it again when we return to Puerto Vallarta. We recommend this apartment to anyone who requires something of excellent quality.

The pictures and descriptions don’t do justice to this fabulous 11th story penthouse. Spectacular views of the ocean and city! The hosts Moi and Nina were outstanding in communicating with us. We were greeted by Moi, Nina’s husband at the penthouse and went over everything, from how to access the rooftop, which was incredible to where to find the best restaurants. Everything was in order and clean! Without a doubt, we highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to relatives and friends. As teachers we would give this place and the hosts an A+! Thank you Moi and Nina.😎
