Great location. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of space and seating for a big group. Great beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc). Walkable to lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. Pool is as shown, but is a bit small and shaded. But the lights are a nice touch!

I have to give 5/5 stars for a trip I sadly didn’t make due to snowstorms. That’s because Patricio was extremely kind, compassionate and accommodating from the very beginning. It’s clear from all the other reviews that the place is amazing - but this host is one of the best I’ve dealt with ever, and if I get the chance to visit Playa del Carmen, there is no doubt I will be booking this place again… and hopefully no storms next time. 🥶🥰🙏
