Our group of 17 had a reunion here, and we have nothing but great things to say about the property and our host Niki. From checking to see if we needed anything prior to arrival to helping us book airport transfers, a boat day, and even a home-cooked dinner for the group on the compound, we can't say enough good things about our experience at El Oasis! Niki was super sweet, gave us a tour of the entire property when we dropped off our luggage prior to check-in, and made our entire group feel welcome and right at home. We had 4 families, and everyone used the property seamlessly. We came home every day after our activities ready to chill by the pool and the many communal lounging areas. The house was very private, with amazing views. Unique property and amazing hosts--core memories were made! Thanks so much!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had, and Niki is the best host I’ve ever had. I planned my sister’s bachelorette weekend here for a group of 14, and she went above and beyond to help coordinate everything—from transportation and private chefs to boat charters and recommendations. She made planning so much easier. The house is incredible, with breathtaking ocean views, a gorgeous pool, and so many beautiful spaces to relax and spend time together. Every single person in our group said it was one of the coolest homes they’d ever stayed in. Everything exceeded our expectations. I would honestly come back to Sayulita just to stay here again and know Niki would be there to help make the trip just as amazing. 10/10—absolutely no notes!

Absolutely stunning place, so much space but walkable into town and the beach. But the houses are just perfect, as is the pool. Probably the nicest place I’ve ever stayed, and everything was thoughtfully handled

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this place exceeded all of my exceptions. Kirsten and Niki were the most amazing communicative helpful hosts. The photos of the house doesn’t do its justice, my friends and I will be talking about this trip forever. We were there celebrating my 30th birthday and it was truly an unforgettable house and experience. Will definitely recommend to everyone and be back!!!

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. The house was even better than the photos and everyone in our party had a great time. The recommendation for a tour of the islands and helping us hire Luz to cook meals made trip planning easy. Definitely recommend this spot and would love to visit again!

Such an incredible place! We stayed for 3 nights for my bachelor party with 11 of us. Every room and section of the compound was incredible.

I stayed here for my bachelorette party and I will be processing the beauty and the perfection of this for weeks. It was absolutely perfect for my mid-30's best friends. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, and the pool was a perfect congregating area. There was ample water, refrigerators, and views everywhere you looked. The decor was perfect, the location was phenomenal, and we felt safe and private. We danced every night in the pool totally undisturbed. The real hero of my trip, who was worth every penny, was Niki. I would have paid extra just to have her hold my hand through the somewhat overwhelming task of navigating a driving service roundtrip from the airport, suggesting boat cruises and things to do, and coordinating a bartender, massage therapists, and an amazing lunch. Only one of the spaces' common areas had Air Conditioning, which was not a big deal at all - but we did end up relocating some of our pictures and activities into there to accommodate for that.

Absolutely gorgeous compound, a dream come true!! We had the most amazing time and Kristen and Nikki were helpful, proactive, and had wonderful recommendations from start to finish. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you so much!!!!!

My partner and I stayed in one room for a few days and then we rented out the entire space for our friends for our wedding weekend. This house made the weekend! We are so lucky that we got to stay here. The views were incredible. The rooms are all beautiful and spacious and Niki was SO helpful throughout the stay. It really couldn’t have been better. We hosted a bachelorette night by the pool one night and it was the perfect space for it. Everyone that stayed here had an amazing time!

Unbelievable stay in Sayulita. The listing looked great when we booked - it's even better in person! Such a cool villa, beautiful views, convenient enough walk into town while still having privacy at home. Right from booking we were given clear instructions, airport help, local restaurants/catering - literally anything we could have needed. Niki, Luz, and the team were there for us every step and we had one of the best trips of our lives. Thank you for having us! We are very grateful.

Wow-- there are no words! I celebrated my bachelorette party by taking 18 of my closest friends to Sayulita and staying in this villa. Pictures honestly do not do it justice. The Casitas are GORGEOUS and each have their own special touches and design. The pool is ABSOLUTE PERFECTION and the views genuinely just do not get better. We utilized the house chefs and they were wonderful and kind! Niki is the best AirBnB host/communicator I've ever met. She helped us figure out things in town, was so so friendly and accessible, and is genuinely just up to help you whenever you need. The layout means that there are plenty of common areas to hang out with your friends, but it's also incredibly easy to get some peace and quiet. It's like a six minute walk to anything you could want to do in Sayulita. It's definitely up a hill, so you get your exercise. We will be back. I cannot wait to stay there again!

The location is great and right up the hill from downtown Sayulita. The hosts were also amazing and helped us with any planning we needed during our visit. Couldn't recommend more. The place is even nicer than it looks in the pictures.

We booked El Oasis for my wife’s surprise 40th celebration and we couldn’t have had a better location for all 10 of our guests. Niki was responsive to all of our needs from catering food for dinners, recommending golf cart rentals and private yacht charter companies. She helped coordinate everything we needed to surprise my wife. I can’t speak enough about the property, its is as advertised. We will be going back to visit again soon. 10 stars out of 5. Definitely would recommend. The house is beautiful. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I can’t accurately describe how amazing Kristin’s place is because you have to experience it yourself. 100% recommend staying here, especially if you have a large group. Nikki was so incredibly helpful with recs and very communicative throughout our stay. Thank you Nikki!! I will definitely be back.

This place was great! It exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and town center, yet private and peaceful. The space was beautifully decorated with a mix of traditional Mexican and modern styles. The host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Sayulita.

Amazing property. Just wrapped up a 3 day trip with a big group and can’t say enough how positive the experience was. Nikki was extremely helpful and attentive if needed. Place itself was stunning and location was excellent for proximity to downtown.

10/10 would recommend. The photos absolutely do not do this spot justice. Feels like a little slice of luxury. Ample space to convene as a group in several areas in the property or spread out for privacy and solitude. *incredibly* responsive host who was extremely helpful setting up activities in Sayulita for the months leading up to our stay. Few things I wondered about before I saw -location: perfectly located in that you can walk to everything 5-15 minutes but are a bit tucked away to feel more private/safe -communal dining: I was worried there wouldn’t be a spot for our large group to sit down and eat, but several tables were pushed together to eat outside by pool together and it was perfect. Highly recommend for a large group. We were 19 and everyone had a comfortable bed. We will be back!

Perfect home for larger groups! We recently had the most incredible stay in Sayulita with a group of 14 people. Situated on a picturesque hillside with a stunning pool and breathtaking views, this property was absolutely amazing. One of the best features of this property was the abundance of space, ensuring that even with a large group, we never felt crowded or on top of each other. With numerous rooms and casitas (and kitchens!) scattered throughout the grounds, it was almost like a little village. I genuinely lost count of all the places where our friends found a comfortable night's sleep. The location of this Airbnb was perfect for us. It offered a secluded atmosphere that made us feel like we were in our private oasis, while still being conveniently close to the vibrant heart of Sayulita. Shout-out to Niki, the property manager. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort truly elevated our experience. We definitely return!

El Oasis was THE perfect spot for a group birthday trip. The view, the pool, the decor, and the kind service were top notch! Niki was my main POC who was a delight and so helpful in ensuring that everything went smoothly - from setting us up with golf carts to coordinating with the house cooks, Mari & Luz, who dazzled everyone's taste buds with breakfast and fresh squeezed juice (their menu is fairly extensive if you prefer something else). They even gave us 50th birthday hats and decorations to wear! Everyone was impressed, but especially me. I couldn't recommend this place any more. Best if you rent the whole estate, but still great if you only take one of the casitas.

Pictures don’t give Kristen’s Airbnb justice. It’s an absolutely magical oasis with the pool overlooking the beautiful greenery of Sayulita and the front of the house overlooking the ocean. We came here for my fiancés 30th birthday and rented out the whole property! I also planned our itinerary exclusively using Niki’s (property manager) recommendations.

El Oasis is truly a little piece of heaven. We vacationed with a large group of friends and family to celebrate my 50th birthday and I honestly could not of imagined a better place to be. The casitas are all so beautifully decorated and accommodating. The entire Villa made it hard to leave to even explore Sayulita. Niki and the rest of the Villa supports are absolutely lovely and really ensure that all your needs are met. I honestly can not wait to visit again!

This place is absolutely amazing!! We had the best time! The host was so welcoming and so communicative and helpful! Highly recommend this place! The views were to die for and the whole property was just the cutest! Very clean and updated!

El oasis was an amazing stay! The property was huge and private. We reserved the entire property with 13 people and found it was the perfect mix of common space with the pool area and main house living room, and privacy with the lower casitas and separate sleeping areas. El oasis was the perfect walking distance to town, so we did not need to reserve transportation to restaurants or the beach. The host was accommodating, responsive, and very helpful with recommendations for transportation, restaurants, and activities. I highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the stay, host, staff, location, helpfulness, safety, etc! The Casitas were amazing with enough space for our entire group to feel comfortable, great AC, amazing pool with awesome views. We were able to walk to Sayulita plaza and beach within a couple of minutes. Highly recommend this place! If I could give 10 starts I would but 5/5 will have to work! Thanks so much for hosting and we loved the stay and Sayulita!

I rented the villa for a group of 15 friends. Niki and the crew were so lovely and communication was great. everyone had a relaxing time in the common spaces and it was so easy to walk into town. Niki also organized for a doctor to come to the villa and administer our pre travel Covid tests which was so convenient. Would recommend this place to family and friends.
