A nice, spacious, cozy, well-lit house with a good layout.

I loved the house. It's very spacious and comfortable.

We were very comfortable in the house. It is very well equipped. The kitchen has many pans, cutlery and dishes for everyone. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is a good size and heated at all times. It was definitely the best lodging option. The only thing I can recommend is that if you are going with older adults, consider that it is not close to the beach and you would have to walk about 5 or 6 blocks to get there, but it is very close to the dining area.

Thanks for the amazing stay! Ideal location, everything is within walking distance, but the noise from the town does not reach the property. The pool is great, comfortable beds. Quick response from the host to our questions!

Our group of 10 loved staying at Marcela’s place! We spent most of the time out and about, but it was nice to have a good spot to rest up at when needed. It’s a short walk to town, yet far enough away to be quiet at night (i.e., restful sleep). Great outdoor pool + shower + lounge area setup too. Overall a great value! Marcela was very responsive and always helpful (he lives nearby so it’s easy to request things). It was a bit tricky to find the place at first, the street’s a bit confusing but Marcela was very quick to respond and we got it sorted out right away. If you’re not used to dirt roads it might feel weird when you pull up at first, but the area felt very safe and Marcela’s property was secure. Would stay again!

The house is beautiful and well-designed, with a very nice pool and spacious bedrooms: 2 bedrooms downstairs, along with 2 bathrooms; 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of which share an adjoining bathroom. There is also a toilet and an outside cold shower near the pool. This worked very well for our 3 generational family group of 9 including 3 children aged 4 to 7. We were there for 2 weeks and, since most of us got sick for at least a day or two during our stay, the cleaners coming in twice was much needed and appreciated. Eduardo was very helpful and quite responsive to our frequent needs, e.g. for more drinking water and toilet paper. There is a lovely upstairs balcony for watching the sunrise and the many birds!

Great location, close walk into town while being far away enough from the noise. House was spacious and the outside area/pool were a great plus. Host was responsive to any needs we had during our stay.

The place can be a bit hard to find. But the Apple Maps led us right there. Marcella was responsive whenever I had questions. Extra toilet paper and towels were made available when needed. Very walkable to town center. Felt safe walking at night. Would recommend for group trips.

Many thanks to Eduardo, the house manager, for his hospitality! My family and I felt very comfortable in the house. Very clean and spacious enough. The pool is clean and a good size too. The only thing I would recommend would be to add a couple of better pans and a couple of spatulas/ladles for cooking. But apart from that, the kitchen was very complete. I hope your next guests enjoy a small gift that we leave in the bathroom (organic hand soap) and another in the kitchen (organic multipurpose cleaner). We are very grateful. Thanks again for sharing your home with us. :)

Great spot, close to downtown. Cozy home

We had a great month long stay at Marcela’s. Eduardo was extremely kind and helpful and the house was very spacious. Anytime we had an issue, it was quickly addressed. We loved taking the short walk down to the city - so many great restaurants and shops! We also loved having the option of staying in and swimming in the pool. We drove to Puerta Vallarta a few times as well (about 45 minutes to an hour). Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay!

we stayed a month at the casa. it was absolutely wonderful! the pool was perfect for the kids. we were near the village for restaurants and the beach. eduardo helped us throughout our stay, I highly recommend casa los olivos! No brainer! Hope to get here again next year!! Totally worth it!

The property is just as it seems in the pictures. Marcela and Eduardo are very responsive and accommodating. The location is relatively quiet but a short walk into the main part of town, perfect for a group looking to get away. Try the chicken on the way into town, you won’t be disappointed.

Casa Olivos is an excellent option to stay in Sayulita, accessible to the beach, downtown to everything, excellent location. The house is super comfortable, clean, spacious, cozy and with everything you need. We'll be back! Marcela and her son Eduardo are always attentive to what we need, excellent hosts.

The house is beautiful and exactly as described. I think we were all surprised at how spacious all the rooms are. Our group had more than enough space. The entire house was spotless. There’s a groundskeeper on the premises, he was very kind and helpful. Don’t hesitate to request more towels or an umbrella for the beach. We had a lot of friends who stayed closer to the square and they all complained of constant noise. We, on the other hand, slept peacefully each night. It’s a little bit of a walk, but it’s a pleasant one. You’ll hear dogs and roosters, but that’s about it. There’s a little Mercado around the corner and up the little hill. And as the other reviews noted, the grilled chicken across the street is amazing! I had to work several of the days and the WiFi was steady and reliable. The pool is clean and gorgeous and perfectly warm in the evening as the sun is going down. I recall one reviewer said something about “bugs” which is ridiculous. Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and put food away, like you should in any warm environment. You won’t have an issue. We would definitely stay in this Casa in the future and highly recommend it. Thank you for a lovely visit to Sayulita!

The location is excellent; the neighborhood is very safe. The beach and downtown are less than a 10-minute walk away, which is great because there is no parking in downtown. The house is very comfortable and clean; it was perfect for our large group.

Huge place. Very comfortable. Quite location and a quick few minutes walk to the center of all the fun. Pool was fine to be in at any time of the day/night. Showers are huge, beds are comfortable, AC works, this is the place for a good stay at Sayulita.

It was a wonderful home perfect for families. Very clean, heated pool was excellent for relaxing. 5 minutes from the beach an easy walk for two old farts like us. Lalo was wonderful host who made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return.

✨✨10 Stars! ✨✨ This place is amazing. The perfect place to call home while you’re visiting Sayulita. The location is great. An easy walk into town. Many places in Sayulita are located on steep hills, this one is only a slight grade. Town can be quite loud, so it was really nice to rest our heads in a peaceful & quiet neighborhood. All the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. There is a laundry service right next door & The man across the street sells the most delicious roasted chicken. The house is super secure and private, with a large gated entrance. The pool and courtyard area are a wonderful place to spend your afternoons when it is too hot to walk around. There’s a bonus bathroom outside next to the pool as well! We loved the kitchen, being able to stay in and eat meals together or make snacks for pool days was invaluable. There are small markets on the next street over and it’s very easy to run out and get that last ingredient that you need. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix for those down days. 5 bedrooms is so great! 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with an en suite bathroom and one more bathroom in the hallway. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. 2 of which share a jack and jill style full bathroom. The other bedroom has access to the bathroom downstairs. Every room has adjustable air conditioning, so everyone can have their perfect temperature. My whole group had so much space and comfort. Lalo was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. The Incredible hospitality made our trip. I Can’t thank you guys enough! I’ll definitely be back again to stay here at this gem 💎

Marcela's place was great!

Casa Olivos was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hosts were very responsive to anything we needed. The pool was perfect for sitting around and cooling off (not quite large enough for lap swimming). The neighborhood is about a 10 min walk from the main square: quiet with uneven dirt roads, bit of an adventure to drive through when it’s raining. If I were to go back, I would prefer to stay somewhere a little closer to the town center, but the house itself, and the hosts, met and exceeded our expectations.

Great place for a large family. my kids and i really enjoyed the pool and the beach and downtown is with in walking distance. host is easy to get a hold of wants you to enjoy your stay.

Excellent location!!! It's a large house that has very nice paintings in the living room, but the most incredible thing is that Sayulita beach is just a 5-minute walk away. It's a great option to stay.

Super clean. I loved the space, the spacious bedrooms and the distance to the center and the beach. Mr. Eduardo always responds on time and Sabrina is super nice... I definitely recommend Casa Los Olivos.

Great Airbnb! Even with 7 of us it was super spacious! Still had an extra bedroom even. Eduardo was great! Got to do laundry there which is convenient on vacation with wet swimsuits and what not. 10 min walk to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better Host and Spot. Thanks again Eduardo!!

Casa Olivos is wonderful, it is beautiful and super clean, with lots of space. The service they gave us was the best, always very attentive to what we could be offered and the location could not be better

It is a great option for groups, the house is as shown in the pictures, spacious, large rooms and very comfortable. It has everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and other spaces. You can walk perfectly to the center. Highly recommended. The only detail to consider is the street where it is located, which is unpaved, and if it rains then it gets a little muddy.

Our stay was super pleasant despite a power outage, but it was due to problems in the same neighborhood. Eduardo was always super attentive.

Excellent house, very clean, and Eduardo's service was perfect. He always responded. It has all the amenities and more. It's perfect that each room has its own AC, so you don't suffer from the heat at all. It also has chairs and tables that are helpful if you want to organize something there. The house is quite spacious and the layout is perfect. Great for large groups. We made a perfect choice. The whole group was happy and comfortable during the three-day stay.
