Beautiful apartment with pool where the living is good. We spent a week there at the end of our vacation in Costa Rica. Everything was perfect; it was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool. Several attractions nearby by car: Diamante Adventure Park, several beautiful beaches for all tastes (Hermosa, Del Coco, Ocotal, Tamarindo, Brasilito, Conchal). The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The host and manager are responsive and accommodating. Best accommodation of our 3-week stay. We highly recommend it!

Great place to stay, minor inconvenience with the water, but fortunately Rob was quick and assisted immediately. Close distances to 3 beautiful beaches! Would come to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. Frank was so responsive and helpful. The place is very comfortable and private. Driveway is very steep so helpful to unload luggage and passengers before parking in the garage.

Excellent place, very private, and the private pool makes it even better. Well equipped, both the kitchen and the extras (towels, soap, shampoo, etc.).

Franck was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We booked his home last-minute since the original Airbnb we had booked did not work out and Frack accepted our booking request within minutes and we were able to relocate in within 20 minutes.

Excellent accommodation, met all expectations. Everything is very tidy and clean. The area is very secure. Regarding parking, the garage has a fairly steep incline that can make it difficult for low vehicles to enter. However, there is a space next door outside where you can leave your car without any problem because the area is very safe.

Beautiful house! Our stay was flawless from the moment we arrived; communication with the host was smooth and friendly. The place is exactly as seen in the photos: clean, cozy, and in an excellent location. You can tell they've thought of every detail to make you feel at home. I definitely recommend it 100% and would stay here again.

We had a great stay overall! The beds were comfortable and house was clean. However there are a few things that would be good to note in the listing. The parking is on a hill that is an extremely steep angle, we had a rental van and only the driver could be in while pulling in or out otherwise we would bottom out. If you have trouble with hills or stairs this place is not for you. The bathroom and bedroom doors on the main level do not latch closed at all. There is an ant problem in the house that gets much worse at night, they had spray set out everywhere but it just killed the current ones and did not stop more from coming. We were told that they had an earthquake that caused the ant and door problems but the doors would be a very easy fix. The pictures show an umbrella (which we were counting on) by the lounge chairs but apparently the wind broke it so the only shade is the covered patio that isn't that large when the entire group is outside.

The accommodation met all expectations. Simply perfect.

Our experience was excellent. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures: clean, tidy, comfortable and very well equipped. The location is very convenient and the surroundings are quiet, ideal for resting. Communication with the hosts was always clear, timely and cordial, which made the entire process from booking to checkout easy. Check-in and check-out were simple and well organized. Definitely a totally recommended place. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place.

We loved our time here! The house was a beautiful space for our family of 5. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, beach towels and a bag were provided for our use and we even found a cooler for our long days at the beach. Our hosts were responsive when we reached out. The location was close to both Coco Beach and Hermosa Beach.

Large and very comfortable villa, outside space was wonderful and we really enjoyed the pool. Very private with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Master bedroom had the most comfiest bed and we slept the best that we have in Costa Rica in over six weeks! Perfectly located between two areas with lots of restaurants and bars. We particularly enjoyed Hermosa Beach, watching the sunset and enjoying a couple of cocktails.
