Coco–Hermosa 3BR/3BA/Private Pool & Fenced Yard

Excelente lugar, muy privado, la piscina privada lo hace mejor aún. Bien equipada tanto la cocina como extras (toallas, jabón, shampoo, etc).

Franck was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We booked his home last-minute since the original Airbnb we had booked did not work out and Frack accepted our booking request within minutes and we were able to relocate in within 20 minutes.

Excelente alojamiento, cumplió todas las expectativas. Todo muy ordenado y limpio. La zona muy segura. Para tomar en cuenta con el parqueo el garaje tiene una subida bastante empinada que puede dificultar la subida de vehículos bajos, sin embargo al lado afuera hay un espacio donde se puede dejar el carro sin ningún problema porque la zona es muy segura.

¡Hermosa casa! Nuestra estancia fue impecable, desde el momento de la llegada, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida y amable. El lugar es exactamente como se ve en las fotos: limpio, acogedor y con una ubicación excelente. Se nota el esmero en cada detalle para que uno se sienta como en casa. Sin duda, lo recomiendo al 100% y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

We had a great stay overall! The beds were comfortable and house was clean. However there are a few things that would be good to note in the listing. The parking is on a hill that is an extremely steep angle, we had a rental van and only the driver could be in while pulling in or out otherwise we would bottom out. If you have trouble with hills or stairs this place is not for you. The bathroom and bedroom doors on the main level do not latch closed at all. There is an ant problem in the house that gets much worse at night, they had spray set out everywhere but it just killed the current ones and did not stop more from coming. We were told that they had an earthquake that caused the ant and door problems but the doors would be a very easy fix. The pictures show an umbrella (which we were counting on) by the lounge chairs but apparently the wind broke it so the only shade is the covered patio that isn't that large when the entire group is outside.

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. El alojamiento es exactamente como se muestra en las fotografías: limpio, ordenado, cómodo y muy bien equipado. La ubicación es muy conveniente y el entorno es tranquilo, ideal para descansar. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue siempre clara, oportuna y cordial, lo cual facilitó todo el proceso desde la reserva hasta la salida. El ingreso y la entrega del alojamiento fueron sencillos y bien organizados. Sin duda, es un lugar totalmente recomendable. Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí sin ninguna duda.

Great place.

We loved our time here! The house was a beautiful space for our family of 5. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, beach towels and a bag were provided for our use and we even found a cooler for our long days at the beach. Our hosts were responsive when we reached out. The location was close to both Coco Beach and Hermosa Beach.
