Thank you for the comment Laura.  For anyone reading, Laura notified my property manager that there was a cigarette butt in the pool and and a heater issue with the pool.  As it is summer, the pool was already in the mid 80's without a heater but the jacuzzi wasn't heating for about 12 hours and the minute we found out about it we fixed it.  Those issues were resolved right away and were anomaly's.  I have owned the home for 10 years and this was the first complain I have ever had of this kind about the pool.
