Elsa is an excellent host. She was always attentive to meeting all our needs. The heated pool with a panoramic view was the best place to spend most of the day. I recommend staying with her.

Casa Cuba looks like a city house. The architecture is modern and distributed in a functional way. The areas of the house are very spacious, and from the main floor to the upper terrace you have a great view of the lake. Elsa and Kevin were attentive to what I needed and responded quickly to my messages. My favorite part of the house was the pool area and its upper terrace. I had a very pleasant experience, although I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest (like using the grill) because it was raining, but whoever goes on sunny days will have an incredible time.

Our stay at Casa Cuba was excellent. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool had a very pleasant temperature, ideal for relaxing with the family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, in general the house is very spacious, private and quiet. Perfect for resting. From the first moment, Elsa was an attentive and kind host, recommended excellent places to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, and was always available for any need. As a welcome gift, they gave us a bottle of rum, which was a special gesture. Casa Cuba is definitely a recommended place to rest.

Casa Cuba was beautiful. The view is incredible and pool is so refreshing. The house is huge, had a great grill and kitchen. The upstairs refrigerator made hanging out all day in the pool so easy. Elsa and her team recommended so many good things and were so friendly. Our whole group had the best time.

The house is as in the images, if you are looking to spend a few days relaxing it is the ideal house. The house is beautiful, it has too much space, the pool is ideal for the heated, the views, zero noise. The host is always attentive along with her very friendly team, totally recommended.

Elsa was always attentive and helped us with very clear directions! The house is very tidy and relatively new, so there are no bad details to point out. It was very clean when we received it and the heated pool is a plus. The view from the top floor was also very nice. If you are going to take photos or do anything in the place, I recommend bringing special tape to stick on the walls, since they made that comment to us to be able to take care of the house's paint. They gave us a complimentary bottle and the refrigerator also has plenty of space (there is one upstairs too so you can put your drinks). I definitely recommend it and we didn't hear any noise from neighbors or anything else.

Incredible house in an incredible location with an incredible view. The heated pool was amazing with the view and the canopy for the sun. House had every amenity. Check-in and check out was breeze and personalized with help. There were only two of us but would be an amazing property to host large groups as well. Will probably rebook here in a couple months. The house is incredible to spend a few days relaxing, Elsa and her team were always very vigilant in case something could be missing, with excellent recommendations to eat in the area. Pfff the pool is amazing with the heated water and amazing kitchen, as if you were at home (if you forgot some cooking there you found it) Casa Cuba is highly recommended!!

The house is simply perfect. From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth of home, and the place is amazing—the lake view, the pool, and the super spacious and comfortable spaces. You are greeted with a small welcome kit, which not all hosts do, and my family and I had an incredible time. The pool is heated. Don't think twice and go to this place, close to Guadalajara and highly recommended. Elsa is a fantastic host.

An excellent residence for resting, everything ready to make the most of family time. Elsa was always making sure that everything was in order. She left me ice, beers, Clamatos and soft drinks upon my arrival. The house is impeccably clean and comfortable. It was just my children and I, 3 people, so we didn't have any problems with space. The social area with the pool, terrace and excellent barbecue grill, as well as the family room on the main floor. The bathrooms are spacious and functional. I certainly hope to return soon to spend even more time at Casa Cuba... Thank you!

Casa Cuba is a wonderful place! Kevin, the house manager, welcomed us for check-in, and we were immediately pleased with the details that Elsa had prepared to welcome us. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle to celebrate the birthday of one of the people in our group, as well as mineral water and cold beers in the fridge. The house has a beautiful view, the rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the terrace area where the pool is located is truly charming! The pictures don't do it justice! Every corner of the house is spotless! There were 8 women in our group, and we felt very comfortable and very safe in the house. The House is located in a private area with security. The entrance door to the property is kept closed at night, and there is a very friendly and attentive night watchman at the entrance. Kevin is a very respectful and helpful young man. Elsa surprised us with cleaning service. 100% recommended!

It is a very nice house. Everything is impeccable. The rooms and facilities are wonderful. It is a house full of luxury and privacy that make for an excellent stay.

The place is like new and super clean. It also has beautiful lake views that you can enjoy from every floor of the house. They provide you with towels, soap, and shampoo there, which is a great touch because it saves you space in your suitcase. The pool area is undoubtedly the best part of the house. It's spacious and has a terrace large enough for the whole family. The host, Elsa, is a lovely person. She is always available for anything that is needed and with the best attitude. Highly recommended for going on vacation.

Wow, the view is unreal. It's amazing that you can see the mountains and the lake so close. The house is much larger than it looks in the photos. Everything is new, it is very well equipped, and the beds and sheets are super comfortable. The pool water is wonderfully heated. We didn't want to get out. We loved the paintings. It makes it very special that they are painted by a Cuban artist and depict places or characters from there. Incredible attention to detail, highly recommended.

The house is divine, the view is spectacular, and Elsa is very helpful and attentive. Everything went as expected and even exceeded our expectations. Just keep in mind that the house has three floors and the stairs can be a bit difficult for children and older adults. Other than that, everything was excellent!
