We were incredibly happy!! We rested, read, and walked. We really enjoyed a beautiful, magical garden and the fantastic pool. It's a UNIQUE place for families. The house is beautiful, with a lot of attention to detail, in incredible condition and with spaces that allow for reading and reflection as well as spending time with family and friends. We feel very fortunate to have found a place like this.

The most beautiful house I have ever stayed! Had a few run in’s with scorpion’s but it’s all part of the experience! Comfiest beds! Soooooo much space! The pool and yard was so lush! Tepoztlan is the most gorgeous little magical town! Would love to go back and stay longer!

The property is huge, we really enjoyed the gardens and pool area. If you like rustic style, classic Mexican homes you will absolutely love this one. It already looks beautiful in photos but it is way better in person. Four out of the five rooms are really spacious with terraces, great decoration and comfortable spaces. The fifth room (the one by the pool) is perfect but the other four make it seem like less privileged because they are just so amazing. The included bathroom amenities (towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are a really nice extra. The host and her team are super nice, useful and always willing to help. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance and Tepoztlan city center is just a 30 minute walk or 10 minute drive. Being the last house in the street makes you feel really safe while also having ample space for parking as many cars as needed. Would definitely recommend.

The place is amazing for a comfortable, quiet and private weekend, it is very large so you have no problem accommodating 14 people and it has an amazing and super well-kept garden. I highly recommend it for large groups, far enough from the center to spend a weekend away from it all, but a short drive to have everything accessible. I also recommend the cook and maid service, they are super friendly, helpful and attentive.

Our stay at the house was simply sensational. I went with friends and from the first moment we felt very comfortable: the house is great, with spacious areas, well-equipped and very tastefully decorated. Everything is designed to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying. We especially want to highlight the attention of America, who is in charge of the service in the house. She was always kind, attentive and very willing to help us with anything we needed. His treatment made the experience even more enjoyable. During our stay there was a small problem with the electricity due to torrential storms, but it was something completely unrelated to the accommodation and, other than that, everything worked out great. I would definitely recommend this house and we would be happy to return. Thank you for everything!

Excellent accommodation. It is a very spacious place and you can see that in recent years they have invested in renovating it. Even if you are a large group, there are many areas to live together or separately.

A wonderful stay

A charming place!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Tepotzlan. The main house has 3 large bedrooms upstairs and the 4th that doubles as a library is just outside off the patio. The 5th bedroom is in the pool house and is the only one with double beds. We loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite making it convenient for our large group. A staff member met us at checkin to show us how to use the key and lock which was very helpful! We would highly recommend staying here!

Valeria is a super host. She was always on the lookout and reached out quickly to respond to all of our requests. His house was spotless and had very good details on the high level of hospitality, such as soaps, shampoos, clean towels, and cleaning and cooking service. Even though there were inconveniences related to arrival because the municipality was repairing the main street for access to the house, Valeria helped us find temporary free parking at the hotel next door. Her house is highly recommended for large group stays.

The attention of the cook and cleaning clerk was excellent. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The wi-fi worked very well on the ground floor, however the signal was very weak in the rooms. With a lot of privacy and tranquility, but close to the center of the village and various options of restaurants. Widely recommended!

It is a highly recommended accommodation, has beautiful gardens. Valeria gives very clear directions and does not need to ask much.

Everything was great. My family and I had a great time. The house is very nice and a very large garden. My pet had a lot of space to run and young people to play. I could just say that the WiFi in the house does not have a good reach in the rooms, or in the pool area, but it was not an inconvenience. I would book again!

This is the best AirBnB where me and my family have stayed. It is a gorgeous house. The architecture is one of a kind. Plenty of space, all amenities to feel at home. Beds were extremely comfortable. The terraces, the view, the garden, the whole atmosphere was just amazing.

As some other reviews mention, two of the bedrooms are outside the house which can be a bit odd but can also add additional privacy. Overall a great value. We loved the place! Very cozy the hacienda, the rooms well although only one has air conditioning. Communication with Valeria was very good! They supported us very quickly and resolved the doubts and issues we had very efficiently. Highly recommended stay, we would definitely come back. The spaces are very large and very good garden!

Simply PERFECT. One of my best Airbnb experiences ever. The house is amazing. The photos don't give the place any justice. The house is beautiful, the gardens are huge, and the pool is wonderful. Flawless and huge rooms. Thousands of thoughtful touches throughout the house. Dining areas inside, outside, near the kitchen, far away—whatever we wanted. Close enough to downtown Tepoztlán to walk/jog (about 2 km) but also far enough away to enjoy privacy and peace. Valeria is one of the best hosts I have ever had. Excellent communication, always ready to help. Finally, América, the person who works at the house, was exceptionally helpful. From cooking delicious meals to helping with groceries and doing the cleaning. It was a weekend that exceeded my expectations and those of my guests. Thank you very much for everything!
