This house is simply spectacular. It's the perfect size for our entire family and is equipped with everything you might need to enjoy yourself to the fullest without having to leave. Each space is thoughtfully designed with comfort, and the garden is a real gem: spacious, green and full of beautiful details that make you feel at peace from the moment you arrive. You can tell that Ana and her family have put a lot of love into every corner of the house. Everything is impeccable, well cared for and with personal touches that make the stay even more special. In addition, Ana is an exceptional host: attentive, friendly and always available for any questions or recommendations. It made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. All in all it was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back. The house is highly recommended and, above all, Ana's hospitality!

The house is beautiful, and the pool heater is a great touch. The only thing I think could be improved is permission to have better sound or music. Otherwise, the host was incredibly friendly and always attentive. Thank you very much; we had a great time.

We are definitely returning to this beautiful home! The gorgeous garden/pool, beautifully decorated rooms and special/cute details (embroidered towels, themed decorations, and game-room) are the perfect recipe for a relaxing vacation in Colima. The hostess, Ana, is honest, responsive, flexible, and wants you to enjoy your time in the home and in Colima! We loved it...Gracias!

The titanic house is amazing beautiful, landscaping, beautiful layout of every little corner, very clean and Anna is a great host. We enjoyed the beautiful garden, pool, play room and just so much lounging around the house you felt like you were in a resort. I will definitely be returning and recommend for anybody who wants to feel like they truly are in vacation resort in Colima. We even had a masseuse come and give us massages in the house it was amazing.

What an amazing place! It was our own paradise in Colima. Am excellent layout with lots of areas to relax both inside and out. I highly recommend the Titanic!

OMG!!!! Where do I begin. Upon arrival you're greeted by the host. You walk in and all you say is wow. House is big, clean,and has everything you need for you and your family and guest. Enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Outside is like an oasis. Beautiful. Awesome patio with a huge tv and relaxing patio furniture, bbq grill, sink and oven outside for the men who love to BBQ. Bar and pool table was also a plus to everyone. Ana, the host was very helpful with showing us how everything works and was available whenever we had questions or needed anything. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended. Worth every penny.....

The house was very beautiful and the photos provided dont do it justice. The house was very clean and the service was great.They provided WiFi which worked very well. Anna was also nice and made us feel at home. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting colima.

this list was much larger than I imagined. Also, Ana was very attentive and did everything to help us. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the backyard was very appealing to the entertaining. Hopefully we would have stayed longer, that's the only thing we regretted. We will not hesitate to rent again in the future.

This home is amazing! Surprisingly bigger than expected and accommodating. Ana the host is very attentive and Luisa the cleaning lady was so sweet to us. We definitely recommend this place.

Everything was fine

The photos don't do the house justice, it has quite a few nice details, the rooms are comfortable and spacious if they go with a large group, the pool has very good maintenance and the living room area has quite a few entertainment activities. Ana was in touch with us the whole time responding to the messages very quickly, in my case the lady who supports the house (Luisa) was our direct contact and took care of us with great kindness, always attentive to both of us. Without hesitation, we would stay in this beautiful house again.

This is a great home, we would definitely like to come back. We had fun and enjoyed the whole family and that was thanks to the amenities the house offers; pool, foosball, barbecue, the pool, all its facilities make a beautiful experience. A beautiful house, very clean, comfortable and with large spaces. The Host Ana, very friendly, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed privacy, calm and a beautiful garden with beautiful and well-kept plants as a family. We will definitely return to Casa Titanic

I am in love with this house! Much better than what is pictured and super clean! The cleaning fee is 350 pesos per day not just the last day as listed on the description. Ana did message me when I reserved and let me know the total amount I would be paying. When you check in, Ana has you sign a contract relieving her of any responsibility of any mishaps that may occur. Ana is great with communication, we had a few unexpected things come up like the fridge wasn’t working, the electricity went out, WiFi didn’t work in certain areas, and Ana was extremely fast at resolving everything. Our family was extremely comfortable with the space and amenities. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations!

The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Ana really makes you feel at home and responds quickly to any questions you may have. The cleaning lady is super nice my mom and mother in law quickly made friends with her. Ana definitely has a great taste since the house has very nice furniture and decorations. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I came to Colima to play some golf at Altozano Colima (which was a really impressive place) and we stayed at Ana’s House. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s truly an incredible home. Ana is great and Luisa the helper is also very sweet and nice. The place is immaculately clean. Five stars. Will stay again next time in Colima.

We were super comfortable. The pool was excellent. The rooms were always clean thanks to the cleaning staff. I also want to say that it is ideal for a private event without having to go anywhere else, given the quality of the rooms and the number of guests. The play area is ideal for young people.
