Overall best vacation we have had as a family.

We had the most wonderful vacation to Punta Mita! Javier’s place is absolutely beautiful with a great location and amenities. Alicia spoiled our family each morning with a delicious breakfast and we loved each of the beach clubs we had access to. We will definitely return and highly recommend this beautiful space!

Had a fabulous stay for our family of 5. The property was beautiful and spotless. We never got tired of the view from the patio and enjoyed whale watching. The amenities were just as described and the concierge was very helpful in helping with the details of our trip. Would definitely stay again!

We had a magical stay at Condo Naya. Our family of 5 felt spoiled and relaxed in this wonderful condo equipped with everything we could need, including incredibly attentive concierge service, wonderful breakfasts each morning, and daily cleaning service. We loved having access to all the beach clubs and coming back to this amazing home base, able to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over the ocean and a swim at the end of each day. Our family of 6 had a great stay at Punta Mita. This property was wonderful. It was well cleaned and maintained. The grounds and pool were beautiful and it was centrally located to lots of amenities. We enjoyed going to many of the beach clubs, which were complementary with this property. We also enjoyed the golf cart that was included with the property. Finally having someone cook breakfast for us each morning was a wonderful treat. A great property and we will definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at Javiar's beautiful property. It was gorgeous. The pictures were incredible and it was even better in person. It was spacious, well decorated and felt like an escape. The plunge pool and beautiful sunsets were an extra bonus. Javier was an excellent communicator, responding to my questions quickly and patiently (we had never rented a place like this before). Punta Mita was a wonderful vacation spot.

Our stay at Las Marietas was amazing! The access to multiple beach clubs, restaurants, and activities was unbeatable. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and comfortably fit our group of seven. Getting around the huge property was easy with the complimentary golf cart, and the area felt very safe with checkpoints everywhere, even at night. Lupita and Elisa made incredible breakfasts every morning and kept the condo spotless. They were kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Idaly was extremely helpful, responding quickly to all our requests and providing great information. When my wife got sick at 5 AM, she helped us get to a nearby hospital and coordinated our arrival. She went above and beyond, making us feel truly cared for. The beach clubs were unique, each with its own style, views, and pools, and everything was close by. We had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place to stay in the gates of Punta Mita! House was immaculate with the best sunsets you can imagine! Very clean, luxurious and daily breakfast with Elisa and such a treat. The golf cart is all you need to get to the beach clubs, dinner, town and golf. We loved every minute and would definitely stay again! Thank you Javier!! 😊

Javier’s place was awesome. We had a great time - we were two families of 4 each (children pre school age) and everything was great. Elisa and Lupita made us great breakfast every day, and Alejandra was an awesome host. Only issue was the dishwasher was broken and was unable to be fixed (maybe due to a part missing) for almost the full week. Things happen, of course. All that said, great time!

This place is amazing. We brought our family of four. Javier is a wonderful host. I don’t want to write too glowing a review because I don’t want this gem to be discovered! Will definitely return!

My stay at Javier's Airbnb in Punta Mita was fantastic. The villa was beautiful, the location was stunning, and Javier was a wonderful host. I highly recommend it!

Excellent stay at Javier’s place inside the gates of Punta Mita! Everything was exactly as described. We were a group of two young families and were comfortable with the kids sharing the 3rd bedroom and each of the adult couples having their own primary suite.

My family and I had a fantastic time in Punta Mita. I was put in touch with a concierge, Alejandra, who handled all of our needs - shopping ahead of our arrival, airport transportation, scheduling and menus for breakfast at the condo, restaurant reservations, etc. She was fantastic and responded quickly to any request. We had a wonderful cook who took care of us every morning. The condo itself was amazing, spotless, well equipped and beautiful - exactly as described. It was also in a great location wit hits' own private beach and very easy for us to get around on the included golf cart. If you are going to Punta Mita you should definitely consider staying at Condo Naya.

What an amazing place to spend a few days (or more). Everything was just like the pictures, only better, especially when you were watching the whales in the bay during the day and the beautiful sunset at night, all from the back patio. Location was perfect and the condo was private. The concierge Ale was very responsive and helpful, but one of my favorite things about the condo was the amazing breakfast that Chef Elisa cooked every morning! Highly recommend!

Condo was spectacular in every way! The home was impeccable, the views were stunning and it was the perfect place to celebrate my 50th with friends and family. We loved waking up to a delicious breakfast on the patio prepared by the lovely Nayerli. She sure did spoil us! The concierge service was wonderful! Daniela took care of everything by helping to schedule our golf/spa reservations, dinner reservations and coordinating the shopping of our groceries prior to our arrival. We loved everything about our magical weekend in Javier’s place! We will definitely stay here again for our next big celebration!

The gorgeous listing photos do not even do this property justice. It is lovely in every way, with spectacular views and amenities. Concierge service was impeccable. The unit is on par with any luxury hotel, but with more space and privacy at a better value.

Punta de Mita is a magical place for the whole family. Yea it’s expensive but Javier’s place is just perfect and the concierge helped us with everything we needed. We could rent all the baby gear we needed through them and had breakfast and housekeeping everyday. Everything was perfect :)

It was great location, friendly staff, very responsive, beautiful place. Me and my family had a great time will be back for sure. Daniela was amazing and on point with everything.

Your expectations will be far exceeded with a stay here. My family of 6 (including my husband and I, 6yo, 3yo twins, and au pair) just returned from a magical week at this condo and are already looking for when we can possibly return. Everything is exceptional: the provided staff is second to none, responsive host and concierge, the furnishings are fabulous, and the view - well - just wait until you see it in person. We were able to spot whales from our morning breakfast outside. The provided golf cart was such a fun way to bounce around from beach club to beach club and venture outside of the gates for a few dinners. What a perfect week in paradise!

The condo is a great place to stay in! Super clean and organized, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Punta Mita. The host and the concierge were so kind, this is what really makes the difference! A lovely place with a spectacular view!

Incredible unit. More space than we needed, but, perfect for our family of three to enjoy and also entertain a few guests that were staying in other locations. Furniture and appliances were all updated.

We had an amazing stay at this gem at Las Marrietas. The apartment was even better than expected. Check in and communication was a breeze. I have stayed a several villas and condos at Punta Mita. I would be extremely happy to stay there again. Included golf cart is a nice bonus.

This property is even better than it looks. Clean, comfortable and the pool is actually a giant hot tub (or warm tub). It was enjoyed by all day and night. Ida, the cook, had a lovely personality and is a great cook. Host and staff very helpful and available. We were able to whale watch from the patio in the morning having breakfast outside. Fantastic trip!

If you’re searching for homes to stay at in Punta Mita—look no further and book this place immediately. The condo is luxurious, clean, open, spacious, safe, and 10x better than the pictures. It is located within the Punta Mita resort gates which feel highly secure, and is also behind its own additional security gate in the Las Marietas development. Our temperatures were checked at nearly every gate, and everyone is meticulous about wearing masks, even outside. It is a convenient golf cart ride to every beach club, hotel (St Regis & Four Seasons), and even into town for trips to the grocery store and more restaurants (NAEF, La Rustica Mita, Hector’s Kitchen, Cafecita, La Pescadora, etc.). Having access to the various beach and surf clubs is an invaluable perk— those staying at the pricey hotels are stuck at a single beach. Staying at this condo gives you access to 5 incredible pools and beaches (all with delicious food and beverage options) around the peninsula. The concierge, Alexis, is an absolute gem and helped us with all our questions before and throughout our stay. He even helped us book restaurant reservations for the week. I would suggest having the concierge schedule you a shuttle roundtrip from the airport, as you do not need a car here. We were weary about COVID, but we didn’t end up using our rental car once during our weeklong stay except to get to and from the airport. The safety precautions taken everywhere here felt better than some in the US. We opted out of the daily house cleanings and breakfast at the condo, but the days the housekeeper did come to clean, she was meticulous (and was fully vaccinated and wore a mask the entire time.) The condo has a direct view of the 18th hole of the Bahia golf course and ocean, plus gorgeous nightly sunsets. There are two master suites, one of which has an incredible outdoor shower which we used exclusively during our week-long stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Punta Mita!

We had the BEST trip. This villa is absolutely beautiful. We felt so spoiled with the home cooked breakfast every morning, the house cleaning service and the concierge. Plus this unit comes with a golf cart, which was a blast driving around in. It also comes with access to different beach clubs which we explored each and everyone. We will definitely be back!
