The house is super nice, very comfortable, and perfect for attending events at the Puerta del Agua Garden. The hosts got in touch a few days before check-in to share all the information, which made the process very straightforward from the start. One thing that is really worth mentioning is their flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which is uncommon in the area and really makes a difference, as it allows you to make the most of the first day starting early. The pool area, barbecue, and hammocks were undoubtedly what we enjoyed most during our stay. We would definitely return.

Our stay at Villa los Flamboyanes was excellent. The house is spacious, clean and cozy, with beautiful decor and large windows that allow you to enjoy the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped and makes it easy to prepare and present food. The pool area was perfect in size and temperature for the 11 people who went. The host's attention, Mrs. Pia, was always attentive, as was that of the staff. We hired Doña Benita and another person; although it implies an extra cost, it's really worth it because it allowed us to enjoy ourselves without worrying about food or cleaning. As an area for improvement, I would suggest maintaining some outdoor floors and the loft, since sometimes they slipped due to humidity, in addition to adding lighting in the pool for the night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I certainly recommend the Villa and hope to return soon.

It was a family weekend, the managers Don Félix, Doña Benita and their daughters treated us as if we were family. The place is amazing. I went with my children and nephews and they enjoyed the pool. We had very hot days and they did us the favor of giving us more fans. The house is beautiful, the garden is a dream. Each room has its own charm and privacy. The kitchen is spacious and the living room is very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast room overlooking the garden the most, and so I could see my children play and spend one of the most incredible weekends of our stay in Mexico. Communication with Mrs. Pia was amazing and quick. Even before I got to the house to plan the trip with her, I relied on her too much. My children describe the house as a fairy world (according to them they saw some dancing in the garden) Highly recommended!

Pia is the best host in the world; from a week before our arrival, she coordinated everything perfectly, was attentive to answer all my messages and resolved all my questions in the best way. An amazing place indeed!!! The huge gardens and the house with everything you need to spend an incredible weekend, the rooms with very comfortable beds and Benita and Mr. Felix who live there, in a separate house, very attentive to all our needs. The pool with the heating that has an extra cost is excellent for the "cold" seasons because although the weather is delicious, the nights do cool down. The area where the barbecue is located is very comfortable for you to spend the whole afternoon in the pool. The house is very well maintained, everything works perfectly. And we were able to enjoy the whole place without a problem. The house is in a super nice private subdivision with very well-conditioned dirt streets and where you can go for a walk without any problems. Very close on weekends you can go eat pancita, barbecue, buy juices and everything you need to eat. I definitely recommend the stay and the amazing service. Germán and Pia's house is spectacular! A unique place to rest, nicer than photographs. The attention they gave us, the cleanliness of the house, there are super comfortable beds, Felix's willingness to help us at all times made us spend an incredible few days!
