Really enjoyed staying here! The location was perfect. The Airbnb itself was clean and exactly what we were looking for. The host made everything simple and stress-free from check in to check out. Would absolutely stay again next time we visit!

Andrew's place is awesome! We loved it. The unit is very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is fab as well - very close to the beach, bars, restaurants, etc - all within walking distance. Andrew let us check in early and check out a bit late, and we really appreciated the flexibility. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in PV. Fantastic place!

Great modern place. Good communications. Very well located near the beach, restaurants, etc. well laid out. Secure. Responsive and helpful staff. Well stocked. quiet at night. Very well air-conditioned. When we arrived, we moved away the breakable decorations as we had two kids with us. Had glitch with a bedroom door lock but the staff responded as quickly as possible and resolved the issue. The pool on the roof is spectacular, more suited for the adults than kids. We had a great time staying there and would do it again when visiting PV.

Condo is very nice, spacious and very clean. The patio is great, used it a lot. Excellent location, very close to the best part of the beach and close to the restaurants and bars, while still in a quiet area.

Great condo in perfect location.

I almost want to leave a bad review so this place remains available! But I couldn’t… it was a 10/10. We will stay here again. My only small critique is the smaller bedroom with the two single beds, the beds are a bit small… someone 5’11” + likely would not sleep comfortably in those beds. But it’s doable generally. Other than that, this place was PERFECTION! The space was great for our group, everything was clean, easy, VERY WALKABLE, safe, and the pool and rooftop were SPECTACULAR. Also, shout out the property manager, Jan! He was so nice, friendly, and beyond helpful. Our flight was a little delayed, and he waited for us regardless, and was just very wonderful. He explained everything, guided us through everything, and we just really appreciated that. This is a must stay place (just hoping it won’t be perpetually unavailable in the future)!

Great location, great accommodations! Rooftop deck is amazing!

The location and the building were outstanding. Everything was walkable and interestingly was very quiet even in the middle of La Zona Romantica. The gym and pool were beautiful and not crowded at all. Security was excellent without being overwhelming.

Great location if the beach is your top priority. Super quiet area. Rooftop is one of the nicer in Zona Romantica.

What a gem! Our family had an amazing time at this airbnb. The host was very informative and friendly. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, in an amazing location. Super close to a small grocery store and very close to sooo many restaurants. The view from the rooftop infinity pool is unbeatable. We would definitely come back.

Such an amazing property . Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The whole unit was perfect for our group . Everything was walking distance , no need to take Uber. Security was great, had a warm welcome , and our local host ( Jan ) was very friendly, always helpful to the questions or services we needed at our stay at Casa SpaView. 10/10 👌

Casa Spaview was a GREAT choice for my group traveling to Puerto Vallarta! This was my second time at D’Terrace but the first time at Andrew’s place. Location is great and Jan (the local host) could not have been better! Will definitely stay again!

This was our third time staying at D'Terrace. We really enjoy the building and amenities. This unit is the largest floor plan in the building with the third bedroom spacious enough for sleeping. However, the third room is only serviced by a powder room. The unit is very spacious and the balcony includes a jacuzzi with a nice view of the water. We really appreciate the security, rooftop pool, and gym. This unit was nicely appointed and had the supplies required for a comfortable stay. Communication was great. We would book this unit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrew's place extremely comfy beds, fantastickitchen, lots of room foreveryone, along with A/C in each room, and a nice ceiling fan on the deck. The pool, deck and gym were spectacular, lovely sunsets up on the roof deck! it's a fabulous location, quiet and still close to everything. We'll definitely stay here again!!

We had such a lovely stay. Two big bedrooms, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The view from the airbnb was beautiful, the building amenities were really nice. Our local guide Jan was extremely helpful and responsive.

Loved how close everything was , didn’t have a problem with anything other then the AC turning off randomly 😭 will definitely have to come back , truly loved our host Jan I believe was his name , very helpful ! Ooo I also loved the washer and dry they had ! Went back home to just putting my clothes in the dressers haha I loved it ! 😊

Loved the proximity to restaurants and to the beach. The local host that works with you is very helpful and very responsive. The building amenities are a really nice bonus, and I felt safe staying there. Cold AC, pretty comfy beds, and lots of space to hang out in common areas. The building was quiet and couldn’t hear neighbors upstairs or anything like that. Would book again!

The condo was comfortable for our group. The pictures were accurate as listed. The check in process was simple with local host Jan who accommodating. The communication from the host was responsive. Only issu was thr WiiFi was not working for the first 2 days due to issues with the local internet provider but was resolved by 3rd day of stay. I would definitely stay at D'Terrace again. The view from rooftop pool and gym area is spectacular!

We had a fantastic stay at Andrew’s place! The unit was exactly as advertised, everything was clean and well kept. We loved the views from the balcony and the rooftop pool is beautiful. The building itself is close to everything you’d need (beach, bars, restaurants, etc.). Special shout out to Jan the local host for making us feel welcome and being super helpful with a couple things we needed over the course of the week! Would highly recommend booking Andrew’s place for a great place to stay in PV.

Andrew’s place was perfect for our family of 6(4 teens). Communication was perfect throughout our stay! Jon met us and showed us around the property and offered to be available if we needed anything during our stay. We used the rooftop pool and workout gym which were excellent. We walked to several restaurants and negotiated a chartered boat and zip line tour with locals by the pier. All very reasonable prices. The rental was in a great location and very comfortable! We would definitely return to rent in the future.

This was a beautiful spacious condo to rent for family of four adults and one 8 year old child. The people at the front desk were always friendly and helpful, we could get a cab in a couple minutes if we needed one. Most areas were walkable for us , we are in our 70’s , in the Zona Romantica, up the Malecón, and tequila tasting at Oscar’s Restaurant. My daughter and family found several places to eat they enjoyed in easy walking distance. We walked to the Emiliano Zapata Market, good fruit and vegetables, and visited the Botanic Gardens. While the beach is very close and beautiful, the rooftop pool and hot tub were wonderful too. Fabulous views and amazing sunsets. We ate every meal we cooked outside on the patio with interesting views of the water and adjacent buildings.The kitchen had enough tools and pots for us to cook meals, the beds were huge and comfortable, there were plenty of towels and beach towels to use. Biggest shower “room” I have ever seen! Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s place. His place is accurately described and checkin was a breeze. The location was perfect. It is very close to the beach and a short walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and the nightlife in old town. The infinity rooftop pool offers spectacular views to Banderas Bay. I would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was the perfect location and is our favorite Airbnb to-date. We loved the unit and everything it offered, from the decor, amenities, space, and cleanliness to the location where we could easily walk to all the restaurants, shops and the Malecón. Very safe area, no problems. Of note, the second part of our trip was spent at a resort as we retreated after our adult children left, and we found ourselves missing everything we experienced the first week at Andrew’s Airbnb. We especially loved the rooftop infinity pool. We appreciated Andrew’s Airbnb and our check in with Jan who provided a detailed tour to include the rooftop, internet use and how to use all of the amenities in Airbnb. Jan answered all of our questions and made us feel at home. We also appreciated the security entrance folks who greeted us and made sure all was good as we entered and exited each time. We definitely plan to return. This place is highly recommended.

Andrew's rental was iust terrific!Excellent location to the beaches, great restaurants etc...highly recommend. very clean upon check in, excellent communication from reserving through our departure. Location was secure with security present at all times. Roof deck Infinity pool, bar area, gym were all just fantastic.

Unbeatable location, great place, and beautiful rooftop/pool area.

Second time staying here, which says everything. They are very attentive in making sure everything is great. Jan whom works with Andrew is kind and super friendly! Walkable to the LGBTQIA+ beach, and about a 4 block walk to many restaurants and 6 block walk to the LGBTQIA+ bars and nightclubs.

A great location, host was very friendly and helpful in explaining all of the amenities. The place was super nice & modern with a rooftop pool that was awesome with an amazing panoramic view of the city. This place was so close to everything, 2-blocks from the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. 5-Stars!

Beautiful condo in an amazing location. Right by the beach, pier, restaurants and shops, but not so close that you can hear them. Andrew was very responsive to any issues we had, as was Jan the concierge.

Beautiful, large condo on a quiet street. Only a 2 minute walk to Playa Los Muertos. Very secure with friendly staff. The view from the rooftop pool is amazing! We saw a whale breach out in the ocean! Fireworks every night were also fun to watch. The hot tub did stop working and was cold most of our stay, but no big deal! We would recommend this condo to anyone and would stay here again!

We had a great vacation and felt so lucky to experience the neighborhood outside of the confines of a resort. The location was perfect, views from the balcony were lovely and it was a quiet and comfortable get away.

Andrew’s place is as describe and seen in the photo. Me and my family stayed for 2 weeks and we felt right at home. It was quite, away from the main road. The balcony was huge and amazing view, we spent most of our meals here. Great rooftop and amazing gym. Jan, the concierge was super friendly and responsive. Thank you.

Andrew was quick to respond to my messages and Jan, the local host, was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The condo was fabulous. We loved the decor and how modern it is. The floor plan was perfect for my family of five (even plenty of room for a group of six). The rooftop terrace was amazing and even better than expected. The condo is located in an excellent location. Absolutely everything we needed was within walking distance.

I went to PV for my 30th Birthday and I was so glad to have picked this place to stay at. Our host Jan was an amazing host, he was very informative and easy to communicate with. The place was accurately described on the ads. Very spacious. The location was close to everything, it is literally walking distance to all the clubs and bars. I definitely be staying here again when I get a chance to come back to PV. Once again, thank you Jan for all your help!

Our enter group enjoyed the stay here! The condo is exactly as pictured and was clean and in great condition! Jan was a great host and for us checked in with all of the necessary information. Andrew is also quick and responsive. All amenities are great. If I visit PVR again, I will look to stay here again!

Amazing all around! Our host (spoke english fluently and spanish fluently) was right on time when we arrived, and quickly showed us around the property / elements of the airbnb itself. The location is perfect and just steps away from bars and the beach. The rooftop pool is breathtaking and the gym was a very great amenity to have as well. We came during the hottest month and the AC was fantastic to come home to every night as well - a welcomed relief at the end of every day. We were pleasantly surprised with how quiet the building was as well, we rarely saw anyone coming and going and it was very private despite being in the center of the action. Would absolutely recommend and thank you again!

This modern condo is located at possibly the most convenient spot in the Zona Romantica. It's close to the Mantamar/green chairs/blue chairs beach clubs (5 min or less walk) in one direction and the restaurants/bars of the neighborhood the other direction. The unit is clean, spacious and has every modern amenity, plus the building has a wonderful infinity pool and jacuzzi on the roof. Would absolutely stay again.

D’Terrace is an exceptional building and their staff maintains a high quality ambiance. We’ve stayed in many units at D’Terrace and this one reinforced why we continue to choose this building. Great location just 1 block from playa Los Muertos. Condo is spacious and modern, a short walk to Basilio Badillo. Rooftop pool is amazing, lots of loungers and not too busy.

This place was incredible. The location is superb. We were close to markets, the beach, restaurants, shopping and much much more. The host was so friendly and gave us great suggestions for places to visit and eat. The actual residence is very classy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were to die for! The patio area was our favorite. We had coffee out there every morning. The hot tub on the patio was a bonus. We used it every night. The rooftop pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake. This is literally the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed and I have stayed at many. I will be back to enjoy this lovely place again.

This condo is in a beautiful building with awesome amenities including the impressive rooftop pool area and gym. The unit itself is nice and updated. Restaurants and bars are walking distance but you're not right on top of them which is perfect for cutting down on noise! Andrew was great to communicate with and the property manager, Jan, was super attentive and helpful. The building has quite a few rules that you must sign an acknowledgement for--to keep the property beautiful, clean, and secure, this makes sense. You must also wear a wristband throughout your stay which was kind of annoying at times but Jan was really helpful in getting security to allow ours to be cut off before a wedding we were in town for (gray wristbands didn't quite go with our wedding attire lol!). If you stay here, make sure you visit the mini mart a few buildings down which was perfect for grabbing light groceries, delicious guacamole and salsa.

Perfect place for a group of friends! Clean, modern, and safe. The building’s amenities are great and we spent a lot more time than expected enjoying the rooftop pool and hot tub. You’re also steps away from restaurants, bars, and the beach too. We will book again when we return!

Highly recommend staying here! It’s a nice, private and very secure location in PV that’s close to so many things like shops, the beach, and much more. The cleanliness of everything was top notch and all the staff my group and I encountered were always really friendly. Jan was also amazing!! He answered any questions/concerns we had at any point and even helped my group and I schedule our COVID test that we needed. The amenities provided are wonderful and the view from the rooftop pool is spectacular. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity!

This Casa SpaView D'Terrace unit was a wonderful rental! The building has great amenities, at the top is the beautiful roof top pool and public areas. The building staff are present and friendly and the local host was accommodating and easy to work with. The unit is large, clean, well decorated and a great base to explore PV from. The location is great! Very short walk to the beach and it is easy to walk to restaurants and bars nearby.
