The house is in an excellent location, ideal for resting and spending some quiet time. Patrizia was always attentive and very kind to us. A very cozy place.

Very nice location and views. Having direct access to the lake and having kayaks makes the experience very good, and it's the best part of the property. The host was very kind and always responded well. However, the house needs maintenance: the showers have very little pressure and it is difficult to regulate the water temperature. There are also some minor details that can be improved. There were three of us adults, and they only gave us three towels for the entire stay, so we had to use the same ones for the lake, the pool, and for bathing. There were glasses in the kitchen, but they were water glasses. There were no wine glasses, so we ended up borrowing them from the neighbors. Although at first glance the house seemed clean, upon closer inspection we found quite a few cobwebs and the rugs had a lot of hair. And the floors were dusty. It's a house with a lot of potential. With a little more maintenance and attention to those small details, it could become a great place.
