Rafael was an attentive and friendly host. He gave us great food recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would book with him again.
Pretty safe area- there’s a public park right down the street, but the house is gated so that helped give safer reassurance for us girls. Initially the house was warm when we got there, but turning on all the fans and AC’s did help cool it off. The host asks for flight itinerary to meet and greet when you first come to stay and also asks when you depart (fly out) to say goodbye. Overall pretty clean house. Easy instructions to check out and the local taco shop he recommended was the best! Only thing I wish had been communicated to us prior to our arrival was that the fan in the back room by the pool was broken/didn't work and that we had to supply our own toilet paper & trash bags if we ran out while we stayed there. Just given the amount of money we paid, I didn’t expect that we would have to make a trip to the store/uber groceries. Most hosts supply unlimited amounts of those necessities- like a hotel does. Other than that, we had fun in Cancun!

If there is a problem at the property, it is important that you allow access to the property so that it can be fixed... We respect your privacy 100%, but we are always willing and available to you, our guests. It is also important to allow access to the property for pool maintenance. It cost us extra work and money to do it after your departure. Regarding supplies, upon arrival you were informed that only initial supplies are provided, and that if you need anything else, you must purchase it during your stay. Every Airbnb is a destination, and every house has its rules. Best regards
We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The pool was definitely the highlight of our trip—the lights at night created such a relaxing atmosphere, and the jets made it even more enjoyable for both the adults and the kids. Rafael was very responsive and always quick to answer any questions, making the entire stay smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our vacation here and would absolutely stay again. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!
Excellent place! Rafael was very nice and friendly from day one that we rented the place. Everything was spotless and in perfect condition. He sent us recommendations for the trip and they were all excellent. Highly recommended!!!

this place is beautiful. the pool area is so relaxing, the pictures don’t do it justice. the inside of the house is very spacious and has a huge dinning table that your whole party can sit at. rafael was very communicative, he made sure we knew everything about the house and was always available when we needed him. we found that there wasn’t much to walk to besides a grocery store and an oxxo. we used ubers and it was perfectly fine. i would recommend this place for big groups and people who want a more quiet area.
Rafael was the perfect host! Very attentive and responsive. I had the pleasure of meeting him upon check in for a complete tour. He even provided recommendations for local stores and restaurants. The place was perfectly located 17-20 minutes from the downtown strip. The house was nice and clean, so was the pool. This will be my home every time I’m in Cancun

My stay at Rafael’s place was nothing short of amazing. We travelled from Toronto to Cancun with eight girls for my bachelorette party and all of our expectations were exceeded. First and foremost, the property itself was stunning and large enough to accommodate all eight girls very comfortably, not to mention that the photos of the property did not do the property itself justice. Rafael was amazing to deal with right from the beginning with clear directions and recommendations. Rafael even recommended a wonderful private chef that came to the villa and prepared us a wonderful meal the night we landed in Cancun, the chef was also able to stock our fridge with necessities, which was such a relief after a long travel day. I couldn’t recommend this villa enough. Thank you Rafael for everything ❤️

Rafael was fantastic, exceeding our expectations. He was always attentive to our needs, helping us with restaurants and where to shop. He simply excelled in his service. The house is beautiful, lacking nothing, super clean, and in an excellent, safe location—even for walking to the store. We will definitely return. 10 out of 10 ✨️🙌

we came for a girls trip and had such a lovely stay at Rafaels beautiful home and had such a nice time in Cancun! We got recs for things to do and places to eat. overall would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful & clean space. Responsive host. The house is 20minutes from the strip. The living room is upstairs and not connected to the kitchen & dining area and one of the rooms is on the other side of the house away from all common areas and other bedrooms.Something to keep in mind for larger groups who want to mingle and chill together when lounging in the house & the house could definitely benefit from a full length mirror in the common areas of house .Other than that our stay was great and the host was a pleasure !

This place looks exactly like the pictures! Rafael was the BEST HOST I’ve ever had. He was able to give 2 of our guests that made it to the air bnb 1st a full tour of the place along w/ some much needed information. They were also able to check in early. Rafael also dropped off a birthday for me at the air bnb! If you’re thinking about booking this air bnb, stop thinking & BOOK! Thanks so much for your wonderful service Rafael! I know where to stay when I visit Cancún in the future!
stayed at rafael’s place for a group trip for my birthday. he let us check in the bnb early & even greeted us with a tour & recommendations when we arrived. his place was clean, modern & accurately described in the pictures. he was also very attentive & responsive when we had any questions and/or concerns!

The property itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. Every corner reflects care and attention to detail. The pool is absolutely perfect clean, refreshing, and ideal for relaxing at any time of day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner. It truly felt like a home away from home. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and designed for rest. The beds, linens, and overall setup made it easy to unwind and sleep soundly. Overall, this was an outstanding stay. We’re incredibly grateful for Rafael’s hospitality and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!
Ralph’s home was nothing short of amazing — exactly as advertised and then some! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Ralph went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The house was immaculately clean — you could tell great care was taken in every detail. The pool and backyard area were super spacious and perfect for relaxing or hanging out as a group. The bedrooms were squeaky clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. It’s rare to find a place that looks just like the photos, but this one did — and somehow even better in person! I felt completely at ease during our stay, and the location was great for accessing everything we wanted to do in Cancun. This is hands down my go-to spot every time I come back to Cancun. Thank you, Ralph, for creating such a beautiful space and for being such a thoughtful host!
