The house was luxurious, and the service when we arrived was excellent. We had an issue with a tenant who rented the shared apartment next door, but the truth is, we were a group of friends looking to have a bit of fun, so we were in party mode. That's the only reason there was a minor issue; the tenant complained, and rightly so, because we had the music a bit too loud. However, the host and the person in charge of welcoming us treated us wonderfully, and we apologized, as it was our responsibility. From the moment we arrived, we were told that the music should be kept low after 9:00 p.m.! We are so sorry!!! Other than that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it. The area is super nice and quiet, the house is large and comfortable, the beach is a few minutes' walk away, and everything was perfect.

We stayed at Cesar place for a week with the family. House was very clean and comfortable. Cesar was very responsive and kind throughout the week! Great place to stay!

We actually didn’t get to stay because of family emergency, had to cancel last minute , Cesar was awesome , helpful and responsive, such a nice fella we were very disappointed we were unable to stay . Thanks Cesar we hope to be able to come and actually stay one day .

Nice house and nice location

excellent house for a big family! The host is very attentive to everything, flexibility with check-in and departure times, he recommended several places to eat/visit. I would definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

Our stay was very pleasant; we felt right at home. The host was always very attentive to our needs, and the place had all the necessary amenities to enjoy our stay without worrying about anything else. As a suggestion, I wish there was an option for a heated pool in the future, because even though it was the hot season, the pool water was cold… Excellent service; we would definitely come back…

Julian, Maria and their daughter, Media made us feel at home. They live in a casita at the back of the property. They always gave us privacy but were there to help. The house is great for a large family as there is plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Great place. A little noisy sometimes from construction near by but there is construction everywhere in Bucerias so hard to avoid. Great grocery store a few blocks away. Easy access to the beach, downtown and the greenway walk.

The house is very attractive and well equipped. It is all well maintained and safe. Julian’s home is on site and he is extremely helpful and supportive. The house is in a residential area, a 10 minute walk to the main tourist street. There is a bank and restaurant at the end of the street. A large supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and other services nearby. Our group really enjoyed the house, the pool, and the front porch. Our stay was greatly enhanced by Julian and his lovely family.

Ceaser’s family Julian and Maria live on the property in a separate building and take care of the guests. They are the most attentive, loving, kind people and took care of everything we needed. They even brought us home-made desserts a couple of times. There was construction going on next door while there, but ceaser told us this long before we arrived. It wasn’t much of a bother and it never went late. The property is lovely. Any small issues were quickly taken care of.

Cesar’s brother and spouse live in a separate house on the property. They were very kind to us and helped us with all of our questions.

Good location. Close to the beach

Our stay in Bucerías was wonderful! We shared the house with my sister’s family and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house was clean and the pictures are accurate. We loved having the pool available in the backyard & enjoyed meeting Julian, Cesar’s brother and his family. His daughter was adorable and enjoyed swimming with our kids. She even shared some delicious snacks with us by the pool. The location was perfect. We went to the gym/yoga studio right nextdoor each morning and used the bank’s ATM in the same strip. The bus stop was also right there which we took to go to Sayulita one day and to Puerto Vallarta another. The grocery store was an easy 5 min walk and there was a taxi cab stand there that we used for several short trips. The beach was very easy to walk to and it was about 15-20 min to walk to the center of town. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants and shops, massages on the beach, and swimming in the warm ocean water. Highly recommend!

My family truly enjoyed the place: clean, spacious (with plenty of room for 10 people), quite new. Every room has AC unit - easy to cool down the house on hot days. The house even has a pool, but we didn't used it at all since we preferred going to the beaches (particularly La Lancha, which is 18 min drive from the house). The brothers co-own the house and are taking great care of the guests. One of them lives in the smaller house on the same property and is always available for anything we needed - very nice and hospitable family. The area has many restaurants and stores within a walking distance - some exceptionally tasty, true Mexican food. There is a bank and a fitness center / yoga studio right around the corner. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay there and would definitely use it for our next stay in Bucerias.

Cesar and his brother, Julian have a lovely home in Bucerias. There was ample room for our family of six and we appreciated the large, secure, gated yard. They were both friendly and addressed any issues we had.

We contacted Cesar and he told us his brother would assist us to get into the house. Julian and his wife Maria were so kind and helpful for a lot of things. Places to go in the area and how to get there. From markets to using buses and cabs and places to eat. Any questions we had they were there to help. Couldn't ask for better hosts.

Cesar’s place in Bucerias was a nice location for the start of our family vacation. The home is as represented in the listing photos. Cesar’s brother, Julian and his wife were on-site and available to answer any question that came up. The house is close to the highway but you wouldn’t know it once at the house. You cant hear any road noise from inside the home or from then large front porch. Also, it’s an easy walk down to the beach. I recommend it - easy check-in and very nice hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cesar's place. It looks exactly like the photos and was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The pool is great and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. Great place for a family. Cesar and his brothers were very responsive and accommodating of our requests. I would definitely recommend this property.

The house is very nice and just a 6-minute walk from the beach. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had lots of utensils. Also, it accepts pets! Highly recommended.

It is a beautiful house, clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you need to spend a phenomenal vacation with the family, a five-minute walk from the beach. The light and interior decoration make you relax and enjoy your stay. Cesar is a very friendly and attentive host. The photos are accurate and it's a magical place.

Our stay in Cesar's home was great. It was easy to find, clean, and large enough for our huge family and our dog. It's comfortable and well decorated. And we all slept through the night. Thanks for a great stay!
