We were a family of 16 and everything was fine. The rooms are large and the common spaces are sufficient for everyone. The pool is heated.

I loved it. Arturo and Miguel were super friendly from the moment we arrived. The truth is that the house is better than the photos shown. I'll definitely be back!

We had a very good stay. The house is comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the pool was very clean and in excellent condition. Arturo and his entire team were very friendly, attentive, and responded quickly to our needs, which made the experience very pleasant. As an area of improvement, although it wasn't too hot during our stay, having air conditioning in the rooms would have made the experience even more comfortable. There are also a considerable number of flies and mosquitoes in the area, so it would be a plus to have mosquito nets or to provide repellent for guests. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Quite a comfortable family house. The pool water is heated, which makes you enjoy being in the pool. Spacious and clean. 1000% worth it and highly recommended.

I was surprised by the size of the house, even by the Kitchen. It should be noted that it has EVERYTHING, extra complimentary towels for the pool area for all guests, as well as dishes, mugs, glasses, and everything for everyone. The rooms and bathrooms feel like a resort because of the way they are built. We loved it, and the icing on the cake was that the pool is actually HOT in general. It was great for the mornings and evenings that were colder. It was very enjoyable. Also, he was super flexible with check-in and check-out.

The house is very nice, comfortable, and clean, with large spaces. The pool water is very pleasant, the kitchen is super well-equipped, the barbecue area is quite functional, and the bedrooms are also very spacious. Arturo and Miguel were extremely kind, always attentive to our needs during our stay. We were all very happy, and we will definitely be back and recommend it.

To stay in Chapala it’s a fantastic option. You are basically 10-20 min from everything. Beautiful view from the third floor, extremely spacious rooms, and very comfortable and beautiful living space that makes you feel right at home.

An excellent house! With spacious rooms!! Very good sized bedrooms and all the details are tasteful!! The pool is small, but much larger than it looks in the photo (I expected a splash pool) Everything was perfect to spend a few days with the family!!!

The host was always attentive and super friendly! The house is very nice, spacious and well maintained, they think of details that other places do not offer, such as towels for EVERYTHING (pool, bathroom, hands, face) kitchen utensils, appliances, etc. We loved that each room has its own bathroom, because we were several families. This was the best airbnb i've ever experienced. I don't know how it's possible to look better in person then the photo's provided but it did. I was so impressed by the amenities, soaps, lotions, nice big towels, and one of my pet peeves not having hooks in the bathrooms (there were so many hooks and a clothes line to hang wet clothes) bravo !!!!!!! I had to ask Arturo if he was a magician because he anticipated all of our needs. My sister's and I had no itinerary but thanks to Arturo we experienced so much more of Mexico in our week stay then we thought possible. The daily cleaning service was such a treat and Miguel was so helpful. One of the best things about our stay, was Arturo introducing us to Maria to chauffeur our group around. Maria was so fun and went so above the call of duty. I thought of her as family by the end of the trip. I could go on and on .... it was an amazing place to stay with unbeatable comfort, mountain & lake views and a phenomenal host.

The house is very comfortable and just like the photos. We had a nice vacation. Something to improve would be the programming of the Jets, which doesn't always work, and the pool's water heater. But overall everything was good and pleasant :)

We rented this place for our visiting family of 6 who came from Canada for Christmas. It was perfect in every respect. We couldn’t be happier with the facilities. Made for a wonderful family reunion.

Excellent! We will definitely be back. The house is huge, the spaces are modern and comfortable. The coexistence in each environment allowed us to enjoy the other areas, even with children. The whole house is perfectly equipped. The kitchen is spacious, with a double bar and separate pantry. Large dining room and very comfortable TV social area, it also has a bar and separate bathrooms. The pool area has a gas grill, another bar, dining room and living room. The pool is heated and has 3 sections: jacuzzi, wading pool and swimming area. The water is really nice. The rooms are very comfortable. Each room has two double beds and a separate bathroom. Comfortable mattresses, TV and independent internet for each room. Soaps and towels (pool towels and shower towels). The top floor terrace has a beautiful view of Lake Chapala and nature. The hosts were attentive the whole time and were very kind from the pre-booking. Everything was excellent
