This is the second time I've celebrated my birthday in Chiara's apartment and it exceeded my expectations again. The apartment is super well equipped with everything you need to have a good time and save time to enjoy the super pool or the beach, which is just a few steps away. Chiara gave us several suggestions for activities and responded to all our questions super quickly.

I loved it, very comfortable, ideal for families. It has everything you need and more for an excellent stay. Equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms and rooms. The beach is a 5-minute walk or less. The complex is comfortable and has large pools. The view is spectacular.

We really enjoyed our stay! You can actually hear the ocean waves crashing — it’s incredibly relaxing. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to a few restaurants. A very central apartment within the complex that allows a spectacular view of the pool and beach, everything published in relation to photos and activities is the same as reality. Very spacious, large kitchen with everything you need to prepare your food. Without asking, Chiara provided us with many highly valued things for our stay, such as the cooler, barbecue and chairs. We had everything we needed and she always answered our questions quickly. Check-in and check-out was excellent in relation to arrival and departure times. I recommend this apartment 100% and you won't regret it, it's worth every penny! And all this without mentioning the amenities of its entire surroundings.

The place is very quiet in the apartment you can't hear noise from around; everything is very well cared for and there is always security in the surroundings. Excellent family weekend. My son and nephews were delighted with the place mostly because of the children's pool. Personally I already knew Playa Caracol and I always recommend it. As for the accommodation I must indicate that it has all the necessary comforts, the apto is beautiful, nice view, the kitchen has the necessary items for a perfect stay. Everything was super from the host, the very nice apartment, the pools and the beautiful place. The negative is that at 6 pm there are many mosquitoes and there is no drinking water inside the apartment ( well it tastes a little salty) and they should bring drinking water

The description was short with everything the apartment offered. It has an excellent location regarding access to the pool and the beach, it was super clean, beautifully decorated and with everything we need for an excellent weekend. Chiara was always attentive to our inquiries and answered us super quickly. The social area is very nice, clean and safe. Access to the play as stated in the post is steps away from the pool. What we didn't expect was the beautiful view from the apartment to the beach where we saw a beautiful sunrise.

I don’t have enough words to describe what a great host Chiara is. So responsive, so friendly, she made our experience at Playa Caracol much better. We had an amazing time at her Airbnb. The apartment is great, it has it all. The condo is also amazing. Nothing negative and no improvements to suggest, everything was perfect!

The host and the apartment make you feel at home. Beautiful apartment, furnished, equipped, very comfortable, clean and above all, the children enjoyed in the apartment. The residence has multiple and spacious pools (they are warm) not deep (ideal for children); beach with ample sand to play soccer, volleyball, ranches and hammocks. Ufff, Chiara's apartment is worth it, especially.
