First time in San Carlos & we're so happy to have booked Ramiro's listing for our girls-only trip. The photos are accurate & don't do the home justice. The house is in a gated area accessible by entrance code only (but San Carlos had an overall safe feel to it.) On our end, we had little to no communication with the host only because everything was as it should be & perfectly laid out in the communication book provided by the host. THANK YOU for the communication book Ramiro, the local recommendations made our trip that much more hassle free. The patio was under light construction but it was communicated beforehand & the pool was still accessible so not a bother to us. We very much enjoyed the pool, the house, the decor & San Carlos overall. Our experience was top notch & we'll absolutely be back in the coming months.

We had a very comfortable stay with my family. We had a very nice time, and the place has all the amenities you need to enjoy a few days on the beach. The decoration is beautiful and everything was very well kept and cozy. The pool and living area are perfect for relaxing, and both the kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. The rooms have a unique theme; each one feels like a magical corner inspired by the beach atmosphere, with very nice details that make the experience special. Also, Ramiro's service was excellent: he was always very helpful, generous and flexible, and at all times he made us feel heard and well received. We definitely highly recommend this place and would gladly come back.

Casa Amelia was the perfect home away from home for my family and I. It looked exactly like the photos and if anything, even better in person! We all enjoyed the pool, the beautiful sunset views and just the comfort of the home and surroundings. Security guard was super friendly as well! Thank you again for opening your home to us! 100/10 recommend!

Communication with the host was limited, which I appreciated because it allowed us to enjoy our stay. I felt right at home, so I enjoyed every day. The place is peaceful, comfortable, and has everything you could need, especially when you have children. The location is excellent, as it offers easy access to various beaches, the viewpoint, and restaurants, particularly La Tortuga, which is a delightful place.

The house comes with everything listed in its description. It is perfect for 6 people, and overall, the house is very cozy; definitely a great option to stay. In addition, it is very centrally located and offers very quick access to the main avenue.

Very comfortable house with the necessary equipment, in a very easy place to get to, the section very well cared for, very quiet, although it rained us all weekend the pool area was very clean and tidy, with the pool heated we were able to take advantage of it a little due to the rainy weather, Luisa was always very attentive to when we arrived and guiding us and taking care of every detail to arrive without any problem, excellent hosts

Ten out of ten, we'll be back without hesitation.The house is beautiful, very comfortable and functional.It is also located just a few minutes from the marina and the viewpoint.Everything in San Carlos is really close. We had an issue with the water and the host's response was immediate, the issue was resolved very quickly so it was no problem. Communication is excellent, they are always attentive to making your stay pleasant and it is. Thank you for everything

We enjoyed our stay as a family, the house is impeccable, beautiful, very tastefully decorated. All quality furniture and utensils, super complete. Although we paid extra for the heated pool, it was nice because of the weather. Luisa was an excellent host, always attentive and helpful. We hope to return soon! And of course, a five-star stay 🌟

Actually it looks better than in the pictures, the kitchen is super furnished, everything clean and tidy. Lovely details, you feel comfortable in Luisas and Ramiro's house. The beds and linens are excellent, a comfortable sofa with lots of pillows and it smells pleasant. The pool is also great for cooling off. I'd come back anytime, the cleanest airbnb on my 6 week trip and Luisa and Ramiro are super likeable 🌸

The house is very nice, cozy, functional, all spaces very well distributed and clean. Having a private pool makes it much more enjoyable and helpful for guests. The attention of the luxury host, very attentive to any situation, immediate answers to any questions. It's worth the place a lot.

Our second time around staying at Casa Amalia was just as great as the first. We cannot wait to come back next summer. This is our “home” when in San Carlos.

The house is located in a quiet closed, if the idea is to spend days with a quiet, comfortable and safe family is the place. The hosts were well thoughtful, friendly, and flexible. I highly recommend it.

Such a fabulous house and host! The pool was so convenient and refreshing. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, we were so happy to be there! It’s also located between two different sections of San Carlos which was awesome because it made it easy to get to wherever we wanted in less time. Very convenient. The house is beautifully decorated as well!
