a magical stay

Hacienda Wabi is truly glorious. The architecture, stonework, and lush vegetation create a serene atmosphere, with plenty of photo-worthy corners. We stayed in the penthouse for a week, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across two levels, and the private upper pool area felt really special. Everything we needed was in place for a comfortable stay. The location is great, parking right in front was super convenient, and the Wi-Fi worked 100% the entire time. To be transparent, we were unfortunately not able to use the upstairs bedroom at all. The AC initially wasn’t working, but the team responded quickly and fixed it that same night. However, a strong mold-like smell remained, so we all ended up staying on the same floor. It wasn’t ideal, and given the price, it was a bit disappointing, but at that point there wasn’t much more that could be done during our stay. Even with that setback, we still had a memorable week and truly loved the beauty and character of Wabi! Thank you 😊

Generally a good Airbnb choice. Plenty of space, safe and quiet community. Convenient for guests to grab any food in Tulum!

Great flat, felt very safe with the lobby and shared pool was gorgeous. Flat itself had all the things we needed, a great base for exploring surrounding areas.

The Hacienda Wabi is simply beautiful. We felt at home, thoroughly enjoyed the private splash pool. The decor is Wabi Sabi style very tastefully done. Location is 5-10 mins ride to main Street. The team was very quick to communicate and helpful with special requests. A real treasure of a pace. Highly recommended

It's charming... the place is the same as shown in the photos, the price seemed really fair to me. I would go back and stay in the same place without hesitation. The instructions were clear and the service is excellent.

My experience in Tulum was just perfect. From the beginning, Roberto took great care of me, always attentive and available, and Michelle, my host, was amazing: kind, professional. The apartment exceeded all my expectations: spacious, impeccable and very tastefully decorated. Having a private pool was a real luxury, perfect for relaxing after exploring Tulum. The location is excellent and the atmosphere of the place conveys peace and comfort. Definitely a spectacular accommodation that I recommend 100% and I would love to return with my family to this warm and wonderful place.

The truth is that the photos don't do the place justice! I can't wait to come back!! What to say about the apartment, more than writing the The best experience I can have is to have lived it. I've traveled extensively and stayed in many places, this is undoubtedly my favorite. The environment is beautiful, immersed in streets in the middle of the jungle but close to everything that is downtown Tulum and neighborhoods like La Veleta The apartment itself is a dream, where I would clearly like to live It has everything, the openings keep the temperature you want inside, the furniture is of excellent quality, as well as the mattresses and the huge armchair. Two large TVs in the living room and in the main room that work perfectly. A huge refrigerator also to store the necessary supplies for a long time. And as a bonus, the terrace also has an extra bedroom and an immersion pool at the highest part of the entire property with an excellent view Thanks

I love the place if I ever come back out to Tulum I definitely wanna stay there again maybe bring more friends and stay longer
