The house is BEAUTIFUL. The truth is that what you see in the photo doesn't do justice to how beautiful it is. We used the barbecue grill and the pizza oven, and everything was great, as was the delightful and very comfortable jacuzzi. It's also in a great location. The host is super friendly and always in touch, and Carmen helped us one day and her service was exceptional. The truth is that our experience was more than pleasant and perfect. We would definitely return to this beautiful house!

The directions to get there were very clear, and Mrs. Carmen was very friendly. The house is just like the photos. It's a very quiet place to enjoy with the family. We had no issues with the electricity as other reviews said. If you want to use the hot tub, book it about 5 hours in advance.

They are an excellent option in Valle de Bravo. Very good service, such as from Carmen, the girl who welcomed you, and excellent communication with Guadalupe. They were always attentive. Everything was super comfortable and clean. Don't hesitate to book.

We read some comments: “Check-in is complicated.” Of course not—our check-in instructions are extremely clear. The place is super cozy; the trees are part of the view from the front of the house, which is fantastic. Our stay was truly satisfying; we highly recommend the villa in the forest for spending days relaxing. The only thing is that when it rained, the power went out 💡, but nothing that significantly affected our stay.

We had a great time. The place in general is quite nice, but the terrace with the oven and grill area is the highlight of the place… Excellent communication and clarity!! It's also super close to the Avandaro restaurant area.

My friends and I stayed at this place for the weekend and loved everything. It is in a quiet area and everything is as seen in the photos. We loved using the pizza oven and the jacuzzi. We spent Christmas in this amazing house in the middle of the woods and it was a wonderful experience for my whole family. Since we arrived we felt very well received; the house is simply beautiful, cared for in every detail. The landscape is spectacular and the privacy you feel makes you really able to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings. The house was impeccably clean and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are very spacious, cozy and comfortable, perfect for resting. The decor is beautiful, warm and with many details that make the place feel special and homey. It was certainly an ideal place to spend special dates and create family memories. We had a great time and would definitely love to come back!

Everything was very good, we only had a problem with one of the bathrooms downstairs where the hot water lasted very little.

If you want to feel at home, but with forest, tranquility, harmony and a relaxing jacuzzi, this place is definitely for you. Our entire stay was extraordinary, and we recommend Mrs. Carmen's cooking services that the hosts were kind enough to recommend to us so that we could just relax and reconnect with ourselves. You won't miss anything, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are amazing and there is hot water, everything is very clean. The house is in a super quiet area, ideal for resting, overlooking the trees, the house is beautiful, comfortable, has many recreation areas, you have everything you need to cook, in addition to all the tools, water, coffee, sugar, salt, some condiments, they provide you with charcoal and firewood, they also have red wine for sale, and I love that, you don't have to go out for anything, yes. If I had any doubts, I would return. The jacuzzi is heated and each room has its own bathroom!!!!

This accommodation is really amazing, the house is surrounded by nature, giant trees, lots of greenery, the house is more beautiful than what we see in photos. We enjoyed the house space, the jacuzzi is relaxing and spectacular, the barbecue and pizza area is very complete and cozy. I would come back without thinking.

They were already waiting for us when we arrived. Carmen was spectacular and helped us a lot. Overall, we had a great time. Nothing was missing. We had rainy weather, however, that didn't change anything. This is the second time that my friends and I have stayed here, and we have always been very happy, the house is divine! It's a very good space! Carmen, the person who helps in the house, is divine! And very attentive and cooked us delicious food. Maria Guadalupe was always attentive to any questions we had (from directions to get there, the internet password, the possibility to leave a little later than indicated, etc.) it was really a great experience and we will definitely be back later.

Excellent choice for accommodation, the place is amazing for those who like to be close to nature, the staff is very friendly and always ready to provide assistance. The only detail is that the water pressure pump is very close to the rooms and turns on every time someone uses the water, generating a lot of noise. However, it can be turned off, but when it is turned off, the water pressure is not very good. Other than that, it's a great option to stay in Avandaro-Valle de Bravo! We hope to be back soon!

I chose this place to give my engagement ring. I was looking for options on Airbnb by weeks and create me, it's the best value for money THROUGHOUT Airbnb if you're looking for a cottage for 16+. In addition, if you add to her the attention of Maria Guadalupe (she is very attentive and responds very quickly) and the attention of Carmen, who is the mistress of Lleves, cook and cleaning, the place is SPECTACULAR. Don't stop using the hot tub and wood-burning oven for pizzas!! My only observations are minor: 1) It feels a little damp in the house, nothing serious, but particularly in the bungalow (which outside of that is BEAUTIFUL and better than in the photos) 2) Some arches of the house can be a little short, even for people who are not too high, and they could hit each other, 3) There are literally bedrooms next to the kitchen and in general the photos of the bedrooms are a little more good than the reality but it's nothing serious either. That said, it's EXCELLENT and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I would come back without hesitation!

It is a beautiful place to share as a family, spacious spaces both in the house and in the garden. Clear directions, very friendly support staff, we would come back to spend days in this house. The only one but is the bungalow, it is very humid, otherwise everything is excellent.
