Great place in a quieter area in Sayulita. Parking for rental vehicle was a plus but renting a golf carts to enjoy this town is must

Loved the location, Daniela helped us with shuttles from airport and golf cart rentals. Made everything easy. Home was beautiful and we loved having our private balcony with pool. We would definitely rent again.

Loved our stay here! It was amazing to have a private pool and AC worked really well. Comfy beds and great bathrooms! It said it sleeps 8 and it does, but a little snug for the 8th person, so someone usually slept on the couch, which was fine but just to be aware! It was great and we would come back anytime and stay again!

Beautiful and very well-equipped. Perfect distance from town. Quiet and not too long a walk. View is spectacular and the private pool was so great to have, especially on the day none of us felt like leaving the condo. Comfortable beds and great AC! Sonia found us a great driver to and from the airport. We loved it!!

We loved our stay at Daniela’s place. The place looked exactly like the photos and we loved having a private rooftop with our own pool and beautiful views. The place was very spacious and clean. The location is about a 12 min walk from town, but we prefer the north side as it’s quieter. If you have a golf cart or car parking is very easy

Very clean condo, comfortable beds, private pool was a big plus with our family, patio views looking over the bay was beautiful.

Communication was excellent. A few minor issues arose during our one week stay, which were addressed immediately. We asked for help with other items - airport transfer, a doc to treat food poisoning - and the host was on top of it. The unit itself is nice, but it is starting to show some wear and tear. The central area is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need to put together a great meal, which we did several times. The beds are very comfortable. There is no washing machine, which I missed when I read the listing. That was a bummer but I found a great laundry service in town. The deck with the plunge pool and the table outside are really nice and the view is spectacular. Location- the gated community with a guard is a plus. The north end is quiet. But it’s a 5 to 20 minute walk into town depending upon where you are going. That walk, which is both dusty and wet, starts to suck after a few days. Be prepared to rent a golf cart for six at about $80/day.

Daniella and Sonia were very responsive and helpful. Sonia referred us to some amazing restaurants, transportation etc. When we needed something, they were there immediately to help out. The house was great! Lots of space to hang out both outside and inside. The private pool was so nice, we never made it to the public pool which was super nice too. I would definitely go back! Thank you both!

Our group was attending a wedding and this place was close to the venue while also being walkable to the main town. The private pool was amazing to have!

Everything was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. We reached out to stay one day longer and Daniella was able to accommodate. everything was amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Location is great -easy three minute to the beach. We liked being situated near the north end of the beach - it’s quieter and has nicer sand. Town was a 10-15 minute walk away. It was great to stay outside of the hustle and bustle. Condo was well furnished with nice bathrooms but the highlight was the huge patio with private pool and great sunset views. Sonia was responsive after check in with quick responses to all questions.

A beautiful luxury apartment with a huge terrace including a swimming pool. Secure parking and entry was appreciated. A world away from from the dust and noise of Sayulita but easily walkable. Pity beach view being restricted by the building of a new hotel .

Our family had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the beautiful condo. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and were able to make many meals for our large family. We especially loved the amazing patio with the ocean view!

Daniela’s home was amazing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Wifi was fantastic for 5 people and video calls. Host was very responsive and helpful. Having option to have house cleaned during stay was really nice. It’s a secure and very nice property but note the upstairs separate condo can see down on the pool and deck from there balcony. It was not an issue for us as neighbors weee very friendly. Would absolutely book again.

Casa Esperanza was stunning and in the perfect location! It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and you can hear the waves crashing from the balcony. The outdoor area was absolutely perfect with lounge chairs and outdoor dining. The trip to the city square was a 15 minute walk and a 5 minute drive with a golf cart. We were very pleased with our choice to stay here and vowed to be back!

Beautiful place! We thoroughly enjoyed the private private pool and large deck area. Location was a short walk out of town, which was to our liking to be in a quieter area. Sonia and Daniela were so helpful leading up to and during our stay as hosts! Sonia provided many local recommendations. Would highly recommend!

An amazing place to stay on the quiet side of town, but a quick walk. The pool was lovely and the outdoor space was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. They place was very well stocked with beach towels and chairs. Also well prepared for cooking with many spices and utensils. Amazing place. Will stay here again

Daniela and her co-hosts were amazing…very responsive and helpful! As for the condo, this is the 2nd time we have stayed there. The location, the view and the home itself are beautiful. A little bit outside of town (5 minute golf cart ride) is the ideal location for us. Very safe and secure (like the rest of the town), feel your stress melt away at Casa Esperanza. The beds and sofa are extremely comfortable and very inviting for a lazy day after exploring downtown or spending the day at the beach. Very clean, spacious and has all the amenities. We would gladly stay here again if/when we have the opportunity in the future.

My husband, our 15 month old and my mother traveled to Sayulita for the first time to attend a wedding. Unit 208 was the such a beautiful, well decorated, clean and comfortable place to stay. Sonia and Elias were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. They helped us arrange transportation from the airport, golf cart rental and made check in so easy. We would love to come back and start here!

Everything was excellent

We had a great time at Casa Esperanza, it is a perfect place for larger groups as the living room area is quite large, as is the outdoor area. Kitchen very well stocked with probably anything you would ever need. The private pool was great, as was the larger condo pool since it was so hot and humid! Downtown is a decent walk, we were glad we had a golf cart especially since it was so hot. Closest beach access we found was about 5 min walk towards town. Host/local contact was quick to respond for the few things we needed.

We had a lovely time at Casa Esperanza. The condo has all the amenities , a nice view on the ocean / sunset. It is a perfect walking distance from the city center and all its activities, and away from the noises. Really close to the beach! The communication with Daniela was smooth.

The home is absolutely beautiful, Great location and the best part is having your own pool, it was absolutely an amazing experience. The location is just a few minutes from the main town walkable or you can rent a golf cart for a faster drive into town. The apartment is gated and has a great security guard day and night on site, they were friendly and Helped us with our bags and speak English. We felt safe with our two little children and I enjoyed our privacy with our own pool. I highly recommend this apartment/condo.

Our stay was great. The location is great; it's far from noise and commotion. The house is super clean, spacious and nice. I think the best part of all was having a private pool. 100% recommended!!

My family of five (two parents, three teens/tweens) just returned from a week at Daniela‘s place and it was absolutely perfect! Plenty of beds for everyone, lots of open living area, well stocked kitchen, and a patio and pool today for. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Sayulita! We did not rent a golf cart and had no trouble walking every place we wanted to go, but if I had small children or if anyone had mobility challenges, I probably would.

Nothing short of amazing! Daniela's condo offers everything you need to support perfect vacation: comfort, convenience, tranquility, and beauty. It is in a lovely and staffed complex within easy 5-minute walking distance to the beach and lovely cafes. A 15-minute walk brings you further into town with more options and excitement. Our family of four (adults) were there during the height of spring break so plenty of crowds and action but Daniela's place remained an oasis of quiet and relaxation. It is very spacious inside, with handsome and harmonious furnishings that anticipate your needs. An incredible outdoor deck adjoins the living with a gorgeous ocean view, a dining area and a plunge pool with more space to stretch, meditate, read, etc. My next visit will be soon, I hope!

This is the perfect spot for groups or families! I spent a long weekend here with a bunch of friends and the private pool gave us a great spot to hang out when we didn't want to leave the Airbnb! A few recommendations to take advantage of: (1) rent golf cart(s) - this is the best way to get back and forth from town to the condo; especially convenient when we stayed in town late at night (2) the condo manager has great recommendations for restaurants in town

Incredible location, just on the north end of town. If you stay downtown, rest assured you won’t be able to sleep with all the noise, but it was very quiet in this location and a short walk into town and still next to the beach. I do suggest a golf cart, but with all the hills I would suggest that regardless of where you stay. Gated community and the hospitality was unmatched. Highly recommend this place - The pictures don’t do it justice.

This place was exactly as advertised and reviewed. A beautiful unit with an amazing pool and view! Highly recommend getting a golf cart as it is a little north of the main town/square in Sayulita. From check in to check out and everything in between, Daniela and Sonia were wonderful and provided fantastic recommendations for our stay as well as transportation. Communication was easy and they were always quick to respond. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

This Sayulita condo is so perfect - cozy, views are amazing and location is great. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart to make getting around more enjoyable.

This place is great¡¡, very close to the Beach, all the ammenities are excellent and the house is fully equipped¡¡ and with awesome views to the ocean, a really nice place to stay¡

Great stay! North end of town, quiet and away from the Plaza which was exactly what we wanted. Just a tip: I would recommend a golf cart rental and booking it when you book this if you aren’t renting a car. They (every rental place in town) were sold out during our stay (Christmas week was extra busy) and the walk into the plaza everyday, sometimes twice a day was getting old lol. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Large and comfortable for our family of 4. Very nice decor. The balcony overlooks the ocean and private plunge pool is great for hot afternoons. Location is ideal for getting away from the busy city center, golf cart is fun and needed. Enjoy!

Note, no elevator. And a steep walk up, to the condo. Not terrible. It’s a 15 min walk from the condo to the center . Really not bad at all. Their is lots of close restaurants and stores.

Daniela's place was fantastic! It was exactly how the listing advertised it, well appointed and stocked with supplies, and the deck and pool were a welcome relief after going out on day excursions. We enjoyed cooking, having lunch on the patio and watching the amazing sunsets. We worked from the house during the week. Generally, the internet was pretty good but it did get a little slow when both of us were on video calls. However, it wasn't anything that would deter us from staying there again. One tip as others may have noted, it is 15 mins to walk into town. The walk isn't bad, but it is uphill on the way back so it's a workout! We rented a golf cart and really enjoyed being able to use that to get into town quickly to pick up breakfast, grab supplies, and head to the beach. Overall, a fantastic stay and we'd be happy to stay again!
