A perfect house to spend a few days relaxing with family or friends. In a residential complex with security five minutes from downtown. It is a large house – it has four bedrooms with their respective full bathrooms – a very spacious and comfortable living-dining room that can be an extension of the exterior and a fully equipped kitchen. The house connects to the garden with a large porch where there is a large table for breakfast or lunch, space to lie down to read, or even play ping pong or get into the jacuzzi. And the garden is very large, where our whippet greyhound could run freely and safely without escaping. We had the (optional) support of Fran, who has worked with the family of the house for the past twenty years, and we were able to disconnect from the day to day. Having been Fer's second family home for many years, it feels like home. Cozy, comfortable, well-kept and perfectly equipped. 100% recommended.

The house is very good. Well-kept, with security within a small complex. It is spacious with excellent layout. It has a large terrace and a very large garden with trees around that isolate and give privacy. Francisca is the great added warmth, she cooks delicious food and is very attentive and helpful

Fernando's house is very comfortable. Super good on, sheets, beds, TV everything is fine since it invites you to stay and host you happy. 10 minutes walking they are ice cream, very comfortable. Mrs. Fran who works with Fernando as friendly and very rich cuisine. Fernando responds very quickly, he is super attentive and super good disposition! We never lacked anything! The place is as shown in the photos, you do not take any surprises, on the contrary everything spectacular ! The only thing I don't love is that the jacuzzi doesn't stay warm, you have to flush the water and refill it with the hose that comes out hot. If that could be fixed, it would be ideal!
