Beautiful place, I would come back, it is very comfortable

Overall an amazing place, upscale, well equipped, spacious, and completely felt like home. We enjoyed playing cards out back and watching the sunset on the rooftop. Plunge pool: I may have overlooked it but a skimmer is needed to clean the plunge pool, otherwise its unusable (I didn’t communicate this to the host during my stay but I’m sure if I did, they would have taken care of it as they were every responsive). Also, I strongly recommend, if you have small children, that they do not play around the plunge pool as they can easily fall off the side of the building. Safety: Everything felt secure around the perimeter for the most part. As far the gated community aspect, our IDs were not verified upon entry, but again, it seemed and felt very safe. Clubhouse: The sauna was very nice, the cold plunge smelled like very strong bleach, the hot tub was normal temperature and the jets didn’t work. The main pool is unkept and nobody really gets in it. That was a little disappointing.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Tulum was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, had a lot of light, and was even better than described. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and with only two of us, this would be ideal for a group. There was an extra half bath that was very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the open living/dining area was great for relaxing and spending time together. The private terrace with the pool was the highlight, offering a peaceful and relaxing space right outside the kitchen. Make dinner, have some wine, and head to the pool. What is better than that? The location was safe, quiet, and close to restaurants, beaches, shops, and things to do. POM Rentals was very responsive, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We ran out of dishwasher soap, and before going to the store, we texted to see if there was some somewhere we could grab in the unit. There wasn’t, but within the hour, someone was at our door. My stay was simply exceptional. The apartment is impeccably cared for, with thoughtful details that make you feel comfortable and private from the moment you arrive. The facilities are modern, functional and reflect a high standard of quality. The location is excellent for enjoying the tranquility of Aldea Zamá, with easy access to everything you need. I absolutely love this place. It’s spacious and beautifully designed in a safe gated complex in between the beach area and centro where all the good restaurants are. The rooms were beautiful, we really enjoyed having the roof to eat dinner outside, and the plunge pool to cool off in. The hosts were responsive and professional. Will absolutely be staying here again!

We were already staying in PDC and decided to plan a 2-day getaway to Tulum just the day before our check-in — and we’re so glad we did! We got a great price for this excellent unit. The place had all the essentials, a great layout with plenty of space for our family of 5, and it was super clean. The location is ideal — close to both the city and the beach — though we’d recommend having a car, motorbike, or bicycle to get around easily. thanks to the listing managers as well — they were top-notch, professional, and communicated clearly and quickly throughout our stay. On a side note, Tulum is expanding rapidly and occasional electricity cut-offs are common. While we didn’t have issues during our stay, we did have a hiccup during checkout when part of our family got stuck in the elevator for about an hour due to a power outage. Thankfully, the neighbors, building manager, and listing managers were incredibly responsive and handled it professionally with care.
