Excellent place and very good service from the host. The place is quiet, clean, and has plenty of amenities and equipment (kitchenware, etc.). Plus, it's in an area with all kinds of shops within 10 minutes, and there's Uber, Rappi, etc. service. I would highly recommend it

The house is very nice, it's clean, the pool is great, only the water is cold, the view is beautiful, Guillermo is always attentive, some mattresses are not in very good condition, the place where the house is located is very quiet, if you need to buy something, the chedraui supermarket is about 13 minutes away or you can also order by app, in general I highly recommend it, there is enough hot water in the rooms. I definitely come back to my family.

We were very relaxed, the house is very large, when we arrived due to the rains the pool was a little dirty but Guillermos solved all the doubts and clarified the situation, the next day everything was perfect and ready to swim. Highly recommended this place.

The house is very well-kept, large and beautiful. It's very well equipped. Guillermo was always attentive to us, a very good host. The only suggestion is the pool, they should paint it and put a heater in it to take advantage of it, as well as put more lights in the garden.

My family and I loved the house. From the time we contacted Guillermo before renting it to ask a few questions, he was very kind, accessible, and responded quickly. The house has all the facilities listed. It's much prettier than in the photos. The gardens are well maintained. The pool has a very good temperature (we went at the end of May). There's a minibar in the pool area, which is very helpful. The house and the rooms are very clean. He and his team welcomed us very promptly and kindly upon arrival. We would definitely rent it again. I recommend it.

Villa Zasu is a property which stands out for its cleanliness and order, Guillermo is an excellent host who is always attentive to messages, there were no complaints or problems, important point is that the house is pet friendly but if it is preferred that the pet sleeps outside the house, that is in the gardens that are safe since the property is all fenced. Points to consider, the house works with solar heaters and boiler, so in January the hot water is insufficient.

Guillermo's attention, very well, was pending upon my arrival and no departure and a very attentive person. The house was very clean, spacious and well connected, with lots of natural lighting and ventilation, very nice. And Guillermo had the detail to adorn it for the time (Christmas, in this case) Sufficient utensils to meet the needs in the visit. The pool is good in general, but because of the time of year it didn't get warm enough since it was cold. Highly recommended, we really enjoyed our stay.

The house is much wider and more complete than what you can appreciate in the photos. It is very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Mr. Guillermo's service was always timely and very friendly. The only important thing to consider if you are traveling with small children, is to pay attention to the staircase that goes down to the pool.

We had an amazing time in this villa. It has everything you need; multiple spacious rooms, a great pool, big garden with bbq, super fast wifi connection and a stunning sunset view. The host is responsive, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place if you want to spend some time in the city of eternal spring!

Guillermo is a super friendly, responsive and customer oriented host. Communication was smooth and he did everything possible to make the best out of our stay. Vila Zasu is a true jewel in Cuernavaca, a stylish oasis with all amenities needed for a stay in Cuernavaca’s eternal spring. Great views and unbeatable sunsets! Will for sure return.

It is a highly recommended place, with a great location, the house is spectacular, it's bigger in person than it looks in photos, it's a super quiet place to spend with family and friends, the truth is great, with great attention from the host.

This is an excellent place to stay for several days. Not only is it a beautiful renovated home, but it has everything you might need...from wide spaces and vast rooms (4 and an upcoming one) to a beautiful pool with an upcoming heating system. 4 different gardens to spend the days and the wonderful sunsets, and or a delightful reading, a great grill or if you prefer outdoor gas burners. As I said, anything you need, they've thought of it! We've had a wonderful time and hopefully will come back soon. Guillermo was very helpful and always available if need be. Many thanks!
