The house is beautiful, and the view it has is very beautiful. If you're looking for somewhere away from the noise and to relax, it's excellent.

Very nice place, extremely private, no city noise at all—you could spend a whole weekend there, super relaxed, enjoying one of the best sunsets.

This is a beautiful, well-appointed, comfortable home. I highly recommend it. Ocean was super helpful with instructions, recommendations, help when our rental car company didn't honor our reservation (!), and general support. Everything in the place worked great--good internet, A/C, appliances. The view is splendid. It is 30+ minutes out of the old town so a car is essential for groceries and restaurants, but you have peace away from the bustle (and traffic) of town. There are steep stairs and all bedrooms require stair access if that matters. I would stay here again. Ocean, thank you for sharing this lovely home.

If you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of Mazatlán, the place is very nice. It's just a good stretch of dirt road, and the cars get too dirty. There's a lack of good lighting in that whole area. The house is very large, and the view is beautiful. The only downside for me was that they're still building on one side, and from very early in the morning, there were machines making noise, and the train passes at 5:00 a.m., which is quite loud 😅. But other than that, everything is fine.

The house is spectacular, with a lot of privacy, comfort, it is perfect for a family rest away from it all. Communication with Ocean was always very good, the oceanfront views and sunsets are wonderful. We will return for sure on the next visit to Mazatlan. 💫

An amazing stay. The house is a bit secluded, but that's what gives it its privacy. The beach was practically for us alone and the area where it is located, the sea is calm so between the pool and going down a few steps to the beach, it really makes it a vacation, because I don't have to walk after my daughters since when I'm sitting in the living room I can see them. Highly recommended.

Ocean was all ways on top of everything!.. We love the house and the attention from July too. 100% recommended.. We will come back

If you love Sunsets, star gazing, peacful walks walks for hours up pristine beaches, a host thats concerned you're having great time, then this place is all that and more. I walked in and immediately felt at home. I opened curtains that were at least 30-40 feet long and 60 feet wide and opened these enormous sliding doors, and suddenly the inside was outside! Amazing! The owner had a party speaker, so i hooked my phone up via blue tooth, got busy on some margaritas with the blender provided, and the pool party was on! At about 5 we went upstairs to witness the first of many sunsets that will have you snapping pictures like you're a member of the paparazzi! What a great time in a truely architecturally unique house! And the owner was absolutely wonderful. Anything we needed, any questions we had, suggestions for restaurants and shopping down to what time we wanted to leave, (which was never) he was so quick to get back and help! Great job Ocean!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, very romantic!

Before the moment we arrived to the house Ocean was very responsive and very flexible with time. We were welcomed and he was even willing to get us items we may have forgotten to bring. The house is Gorgeous and was easy to maintain with 12 people. We had the best sunset view in all of Mazatlan and we made many unforgettable memories. We are definitely willing to stay here again despite the distance from town. Our time was spent relaxing and enjoying the view. 11 out of 10 would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place for a vacation the photos look great but it was much better than i expected is a little far from where all the restaurants and bars are but if you like to stay in the house cook there and like to relax watch the sunsets and have a private place with no neighbors it is the place to go .. I would easily go there again
