I had a very wonderful stay, the staff were so friendly and prompt with room service. It has a beautiful interior and is located in a nice calm neighborhood, it has a Walmart and other amenities all at a walking distance. I would definitely stay here again

The house is immaculate. Its really as good as a hotel stay with great on site service daily but the comfort of a homestay/apartment with everything you need. Extremely secure with concierge service that was there all day and night. The rooms were very comfortable for families with young children and climate control options in each room worked great. The area is great, lots to walk to and easy access to the park for museums and zoos and children's activities. I'd be sure to communicate about arrival times if you are coming in late and ensure that there is awareness of the late arrival. We will stay again.

This is the ideal neighborhood to stay in for many reasons, starting with its Charming, beautiful streets, dozens of excellent restaurants within walking distance, quiet & stylish vibes. The 3- bedroom apartment was a real Haven of serenity and beauty expertly appointed, super comfortable, extremely clean in every way (daily cleaning service), private patio with seating, fountain, plants, and access to wonderful gym & chic, shared rooftop. Everything about our stay was flawless. Highly recommend Viadora! Special thanks to Marta, whose professional and proactive thoughtfulness really made a difference. We felt very well-cared for throughout our stay.

This apartment was everything that it showed in more. The rooftop is absolutely beautiful even in the winter! We were able to walk to many things, including Chapultepec Park, and all of its offerings! The neighborhood is super nice and has restaurants and shopping nearby. The place has plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed. We loved it!

Very good place

We stayed here over the US Thanksgiving holiday 2025. All I can say is wow! This place is nicer and more spacious than the photos. 3 big bedrooms, a large family room/kitchen with beautiful patio. The master is huge with its own door to the patio. Finishes are beautiful. The rooftop was gorgeous, with comfortable furnishings, fire pits, and great views. A great place to sip mezcal while reflecting of your day of adventure in this great city. Maybe the best thing about this place is that it is basically an apartment hotel. From friendly and extremely helpful 24 hour staff to the daily, thorough maid service, you are very well taken care of. The building does have 7-8 stairs without a handrail that you have to go down to get inside. My elderly parents struggled with them, but when we told the staff, they showed them the ramp entrance to the underground garage and then watched for my parents through the cameras and always opened the garage for them! 100% recommended!

Loved our stay at Leonora by Viadora. The apartment was impeccably clean, with more than enough space for four adults. The front desk staff were always friendly, very responsive and accommodating. Loved the neighborhood (Condesa), very safe, walkable, with many coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Centrally located with easy access to all venues via Uber. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend and rebook when visiting Mexico City.

Lovely accommodations! The home is larger than the images portray. Clean lines and finishes throughout the home. Large rooms and the home had all the little things you needed. Great location to the city park, restaurants, city bikes, grocery. Staff was extremely friendly and always with a smile. Highly recommend.

Great place for our group, lovely location

Viadora was an excellent choice for our family vacation. It is located within a short walk of grocery options, bakeries and cafe options. We had two children with us and it was free of clutter so we didn’t have to worry about them getting into something they shouldn’t be. Everyone at Viadora were nice and helpful. We would definitely choose it again!

Went to Mexico City with 4 girlfriends for a birthday celebration. The accommodations were perfect for our party. Lots of space, well appointed and in a great neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would totally recommend this place.

Place was great! Stayed in the 3 bedroom apt and it was beyond spacious. Just like pictured in the photos. I’m particular with scents and it smelled great—no hotel or Airbnb smells! The people working there were so kind and accommodating with any requests. A must !

Lovely clean condominium walking distance from the shops and restaurants in Condesa. Also about a 10 min Uber from Reforma. The condo was new and roomy and the staff was great. The gym was well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay with viadora, we were a family of 7 including a toddler and a baby. The apartment was just like the pictures and had everything we needed. AC was a huge plus! Many options to eat and coffee shops to choose from. Would definitely stay with them again.

Wonderful stay in Viadora 3BD/2Ba in Condesa. My family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay. The space is great and the entire unit is spotless. It was great to have a gym and terrace. The lobby staff were so helpful with local recommendations. Will definitely return next time in Mexico City.

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Great decor. Loved the spa area and the rooftop area. Everyone was nice and helpful. Cleaned apartment every day. Walmart one and half blocks away made it very convenient. Lots of restaurants in the area. We felt very safe. Only one set back. We were 6 ladies staying in the apartment, and there were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms, which made it a little difficult getting ready. So take a mirror, lol. Otherwise, it was an awesome experience.

This is probably one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Very clean and modern. Quiet and quaint neighborhood. Everyone is very friendly. The host was very helpful in arranging transportation for my group. Highly recommend!

The place was beautiful and spacious and comfortable. The beds were wonderful as were the bathrooms. We need an extra towel and they were on it, very very responsive. Beautiful rooftop where they had a continental breakfast items as well as fire pits to sit around in the evening . Could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. Service was top notch, we always felt safe, walked to many places and it was sparkling clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again

This place is better than the photo's. Really clean & spacious. Amazing location, could not ask for better. The only thing that stood out was the hot tub, it's real small - more of a romantic size/setting vs something for 4 friends.

Had a wonderful stay at Viadora. Place matched the description and had amenities like daily cleaning which was great. Located in a great area where you can walk to a lot of good restaurants and cool boutiques.

This place was a dream! Super clean with friendly staff & so much to do in the neighborhood that was walkable. The kitchen was stocked for cooking & with plenty of space. The in-unit washer & dryer was great & they left us a couple of laundry pods for use which was a great touch & most appreciated. The master bedroom & closet was very spacious & isolated from the street noise. The only thing that wasn’t as expected is the jacuzzi lounge area. It’s really more the size of a 2-person bathtub & it is maintained as such. The space can only be used for an hour a day & needs to be reserved for that hour. When you arrive you need to plug the tub bottom & fill the tub. If you want only hot water it takes some time to fill. The lounge however is very peaceful & is a great space to relax for that hour. Overall we had a wonderful time here & with plenty of space for a family of 5 to spend the week.

Brilliant place in a nice area, friendly people at the desk and fantastic and spacious apartment.

We had a three bedroom condo and it worked out great for the six of us. The staff really wanted to please and someone was there all night. Neighborhood felt very safe at night. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a Walmart express.

Spacious 3 bedder, in a quiet location, with ample space for a family of 5. Place is exactly how it is described. Excellent location! Close to bars, restaurants (recommend checking out Don Juan Tacos at least once and Palapa Cantina in neighbouring suburb if parents get to escape for one evening), cafes and convenience stores. Walking distance to Bosque de Chapultepec and Parque México. Always felt safe walking around the area (day & night) and 24hr reception/security at the AirBnB added the extra layer of safety (added bonus).

The place was very clean and comfortable. There were tons of great restaurants within a short walking distance (2-30 minutes) and we always felt very safe. The rooftop area was lovely and they offered coffee, fruit and a pastry each morning.

Martha was a fantastic host! Check in was smooth, and the place is spacious, modern, and clean. The location felt very safe, and it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. The front desk is also very helpful, including helping arrange accommodations for a car to the airport. Highly recommend!

Martha and her team were exceptional , they went above and beyond. We had an incredible stay at Viadora , we were in Mexico City for a wedding , 3 couples. The unit was perfect clean modern ( as photographed) , full kitchen , washer/dryer, mini bar for snacks and drinks , water filtration 👍🏻, amazing beds!, 24 hour security , rooftop is incredible , breakfast on the roof each day! And they gave restaurant and sightseeing suggestions, reservations , and we took advantage of the pool at another one of their gorgeous locations! Walmart is a 5 minute walk which had everything you could need! The location is a nice quiet side street , tranquility in a city setting was a gift !! There was not 1 thing that was missing, truly ! Thank you Viadora for a fabulous stay we will be back ❤️

What a fantastic find! This place is located in an awesome neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping in the area. It feels very safe and secure with round-the-clock security who are very friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautifully furnished and felt like an oasis of privacy in the middle of the city, with a gorgeous outdoor area and rooftop. We also had the benefit of regular housekeeping and access to a minibar and water at an additional charge. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Place was perfect for a group of 6 girls. It looks exactly like photos and very comfortable. Staff was beyond amazing!! The only hiccup we had was trying to communicate early check in. We had a very early AM arrival and host did not confirm whether we could check in early or not until we got to the Airbnb.

Great place

As everyone states it's an incredible place to stay. But I really want to highlight the service here. It's top notch and better than most 5-star hotels. Uriel and his co-workers were incredible and made my family feel safe and at home. Our first time to Mexico City was great thanks to the staff here.

Martha and her staff were helpful, friendly and responsive to our needs. The accomodationswete beautiful and the rooftop was a soeciamtreat after a long day of walking the pyramids.

These units are even nicer than the photos. Spotlessly clean, extremely spacious, very well equipped. Like staying in a very nice hotel, but then it also has a full kitchen, living room, and laundry. Beds are extremely comfortable!! Very nice bathrooms and furniture. 24-hour front desk security is super nice – felt very safe and always had someone to ask questions, etc. Nice easy street to grab coffee, get an Uber, walk to lunch or dinner, etc. (Highly recommend Maizajo!) We used the living space(s) for meetings and it was perfect. Lots of space to spread out but still felt cozy and comfortable. Outdoor spaces were super nice as well. 10/10 would stay here again. Only small complaints: Some slight communication hiccups with hosts along the way but no major issues. Air freshener is VERY strong in the lobby. A bit too much for me :)

Perfect place to stay to enjoy Mexico City! The neighborhood has plenty of shops and restaurants, but it's quiet and peaceful, and also convenient to many of the city's main attractions. The unit itself was the ideal mix of AirBnB (three large bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry) and hotel (concierge, daily housekeeping). I would definitely stay there again, and look for similar places wherever I travel.

The pictures definitely matched the place in person. This condo was in a great location not only for kids but it had something for everyone. It was walking distance to and from to anything and people were amazing. Everyone from the people running the place, Uriel, Sergio and Martha were extremely helpful every time we went in or out or needed something. I recommend this place 10/10 and will always stay here!

The location was perfect - could walk to many restaurants, parks and markets. Very safe neighborhood. We loved the roof deck and spent most nights up there hanging out. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Viadora. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. The coming spaces were spacious. We also had a lovely patio and fountain where my husband and I spent every morning on the patio reading. The street was fairly quiet and safe. The staff was friendly and responsive. We would definitely return.

We absolutely loved Viadora’s place! The location is amazing. You can walk to countless restaurants, coffee shops, and parks in minutes. The actual building is very secure. There is a doorman in the lobby 24 hours a day. The apartment was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. The beds were so comfy and the blackout curtains were much appreciated. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and coffee upstairs on the rooftop every morning. There’s even a small gym downstairs. It’s an incredible value for your money. I would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Located in Condesa, this Airbnb was within walking distance to bars, restaurants and Chapultepec Castle - all in a safe neighborhood. Communication was on point as guest services provided all needed information regarding tours, personal drivers, and accommodations. Amenities were plentiful and we never felt that there was anything missing. The bonus perk of morning breakfast made the stay even better. If you want to experience the best of Airbnb, this is it!

Furnishings were beautiful, brand new and clean and modern. By far the best feature was how kind, welcoming, accommodating and concerned with our experience every staff person was - above and beyond. It was everything we hoped it would be - very central to everything we wanted to check out in Condessa (including two great restaurants - Lardo and Lorea - that are very close by). The apartment itself was fantastic for a party of 7 - lovely rooms, very clean and spacious, and really well-equipped. The reception area is lovely, modern with 24 hour doorman on hand. We really enjoyed the roof terrace, too, which was a great space to chill out in the evenings. Arturo was extremely helpful and responsive when booking and prior to our arrival and made the whole trip go extremely smoothly for ourselves and our guests. I highly recommend this apartment. The service was TOP NOTCH, Guillermina and Johan (I know I spelt that wrong, I apologize!) we’re absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, pharmacies and other small stores. An evening on the roof top was so beautiful. The apartment is exactly like the pictures posted and it was so comfortable and very relaxing. I felt safe the entire time. There were five of us and we had more than enough space. I cannot say enough about my stay it was just so wonderful.

Enjoyed my stay

Clean, modern place to stay with a group (I stayed with my all adult family). It felt like a hotel. Staff was helpful, kind, and attentive on our visit to CDMX, responding quickly to our room needs and suggesting fun things to do. Walkable to so much, but also on a street that didn’t have a lot of late night noise. It was very thoughtful to have received a cupcake on my birthday from the staff - great hospitality :) Would recommend for low-key groups or families.
