We had a fabulous time at Ricardo’s. The condo is beautiful and spacious. The deck is lovely and had amazing views of the ocean. Everyday we successfully watched for whales. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed walking on the beach, playing in the small waves and making sand castles. The pool was awesome and not too deep so our kids didn’t need life jackets. They are both over 4 feet. The walkway through Nuevo was amazing. We jogged and walked on it daily. Many people enjoyed it and I would have felt safe walking or running at most hours of the day. We took Ubers to pick up groceries. Used the bbq to enjoy lovely meals in the took uber to Bucerius for dinners out. We especially loved Meet Meat where we dined while over looking the entire city. Overall we couldn’t recommend this condo more. We loved it and hope to return again soon!

The apartment is really cool. Highly recommended, really. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the ocean view with its dining room on the terrace is incredible. In addition, the apartment is in a complex that has a super large infinity pool, two restaurants with excellent food, drinks and service and its beach, very quiet. Excellent communication and flexibility from Ricardo (host), as well as with Dora, (manager) and who will give you all the instructions. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful resort! Amazing views! Spacious apartment! Great location! Our original place canceled us at the last minute due to the guests having Covid. We were lucky enough to find this place. It was absolutely gorgeous. The grounds were beautiful and the pool went on forever. Lots of great beach space as well. The staff were really friendly. The only negatives were that the place wasn’t very well stocked. That could have been because of the same day booking. We wanted to play pickle ball but for some reason they wouldn’t let us reserve a time. But the place was so wonderful, those things ultimately didn’t matter much. We were grateful to be there and would definitely recommend it to others. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Great location with a beautiful beach and pool. Very quite at night and not a lot of people owl we populating the beach and pool during the day. Much better than an all inclusive resort. Ricardo and Dora were both great to work with and very responsive to questions we had during our stay.

Great and relaxing stay here. Spacious and clean with modern amenities. Very comfortable. Also has washer and dryer. Great view of the ocean. Plenty of space for storage, lounge and dining. The complex has good amenities like gym, social areas, awesome pool and beachfront. Good pool side dining during pool hours only. No restaurant options for breakfast or dinner. You have to leave and go to Nuevo Nayarit for shops and food and other activities. This space and complex is ideal if you want to just lie by the pool and enjoy the beach. 45 minutes by Uber to Puerto Vallarta. Uber options and taxis are easy.

It was a getaway for my birthday! The place couldn't have been better! Excellent!

The condo is lovely. It’s quite large for a family and very comfortable. Wifi is great, TV is great, kitchen is adequately equipped to make most meals etc. The snack bar/drink service at the pool area has wonderful service, reasonable prices and good food. The beach is beautiful, not crowded and the massages on the beach from the Spa are awesome and so reasonably priced. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful with taxis, water delivery or any information you need and quickly accessible via WhatsApp. Lastly the games room and the gym are nicely equipped and also not crowded. This condo is a wonderful place to stay in Neuvo Vallarta and I would be very happy to stay again!

Very nice apartment, the complex is very spacious and private. The service from the waiters in the restaurant leaves a little to be desired, but that is something unrelated to the host.

A well located and nice apartment, the complex is very clean and super quiet, the food of the restaurant is super rich and of good portions and costs, I love the pool is the super hot and clean water, the luxury beach, we passed it very relaxed, the attention of the Ricardo and Carito of 1000 will surely return, thank you for your attention.

We absolutely loved this unit. So much space for a family or two couples. The balconies are huge and have beautiful views. The pool area is so relaxing along with the beach. The restaurants have a large variety of items to chose from at very reasonable prices. I will absolutely be returning

The condominium is very nice, highly recommended to have a good time and be quiet, excellent for pandemic times! The apartment is nice, very clean, it has what you need, quite comfortable, except for the third room, not recommended for adults, the bunk is very small and uncomfortable, but in general, I highly recommend staying in the condominium and in the apartment!

Ricardo’s 3 bdrm. Condo in Nuevo Vallarta turned out to be so much more beautiful than we expected it to be. The condo itself is super spacious (party of 6 adults) and we were able to all move freely around his space. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It shares an outdoor balcony with the second bedroom. I thought it was super neat that the condo had a front and back balcony. There are 3 bathrooms and 2 have showers. All appliances worked well in the kitchen and the kitchen was full with cooking pans/pots and dishes so we asked for a taxi to take us to a nearby Walmart and cooked tacos one night. We were planning to use the grill but we didn’t feel comfortable enough to use it. The on-site staff at Peninsula was also very, very nice and helpful. They called taxis for us any time we needed them and the staff at the pool and snack bar checked on us frequently to make sure we didn’t need additional drinks/food. It’s also VERY inexpensive to eat there! You can’t go wrong with eating there every day if you’re there for a few days. They have a ton of food options and this place makes you not want to leave. The pool was amazing and super spacious. The outdoor area was beautiful and we enjoyed every corner of it. This Airbnb has definitely been one of my favorites and a must rental in Nuevo Vallarta.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, super spacious, ventilated! The condominium is excellent, the rules are strict but super necessary to maintain the quality, order and cleanliness they have. You don't have to go out, as was our case: a relaxing family vacation! I highly recommend this apartment and Vallarta!

The apartment is very good, clean, nice, spacious and with all the equipment that you can expect and that is fulfilled in the description. The check-in process was quick and efficient, as was the checkout. It is on the second floor and the vegetation of the garden obstructs the view of the ocean, it is worth mentioning that detail that does not depend on the hosts. But everything else about the apartment and the complex is great.

Excellent property. Very comfortable and in a great location. The attention of the owner and his team is simply unsurpassed. My only suggestion is the speed and stability of the internet which, although it works, could be improved.

Ricardo’s place is wonderful. It’s close to Puerto Vallarta and lots of other great cities in Nayarit. Ricardo is the best host I’ve had with an AirBNB experience. Communication was amazing.

The apartment has everything to prepare food and in the peninsula snacks the food is also incredible at very affordable prices. I would definitely come back. We had a great stay! The apartment is bigger and more confortable than we expected, we were treated very kindly by the staff. The location and beach were great! there were a few days that we felt as if we were the only guests at the complex, the pool and beach were just for us! There was a small issue with the kitchen extractor and one of the bedrooms' a/c but our host took care of it right away. We would definitely come back and recommend Ricardo's appartement. Thank you!

Ricardo's apartment is just as you see it in the photos. Carolina, the manager of the apartment, is super attentive, she was always attentive to everything, she gave us recommendations and even supported us with a late checkout. I highly recommend this place! The condominium restaurant closes at 5 pm to take this into account. Thank you so much!!!!

Gorgeous! Gorgeous! Gorgeous! Wish we could have stayed longer. So modern and clean. Had all the amenities that we needed. Comfiest beds! All the linens smelled so fresh. Highly recommended, you can always have a little doubt when you book through apps because you don't know if the photos are real or if it will be as good as it looks, but in this case I can guarantee that what you see is what you get and even better, the apartment is great, spacious, comfortable and in perfect condition, the condominiums are super nice, the pools, the food service of the restaurant is quite tasty and a good price... I went with 5 friends and we had a great time, we were very comfortable and relaxed!! There are also very nice restaurants nearby in case you want to go out of the condos for dinner...
