We had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for our needs. We have stayed here before. We played games in the dining room and relaxed at the kitchen table while watching TV. The location was close to Restaurante y Vivero la Hacienda and easy access to various vineyards.

This is the second time we've stayed at this house; it's better than the photos, spacious, comfortable, with plenty of air conditioners and bathrooms, a large patio, and a huge kitchen… we'll definitely be back!!

Very nice house, with very spacious areas for our group of 7. The host had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Everything is very clean, very nice garden. Leticia was very friendly and communicative. She responded quickly to any questions we had and even checked in throughout the stay to ensure all was well which was appreciated. The house is very big and comfortable for a big group of people. Utensils and cookware were extremely clean. I would recommend this space for a big group of people looking to stay in the area. The dogs outside were not an issue as all they did was bark upon arrival but did not show aggression or anything that would cause concern. Linens and towels were clean and comfortable. Overall had a great stay at this property and would return due to its prime location near many things in valle.

Leticia’s place was exactly as described and even more! I didn’t realize how big and spacious the house really was. We were a group of 9 and still had more space to spread out. The surrounding area is very peaceful and private. Leticia was super responsive. When I reached out to alert them of an issue with aggressive dogs outside the premises, they jumped right on it to address the issue. I really appreciate the convenient proximity to the wineries and restaurants. Thank you for your hospitality!

It's a large, comfortable house that has everything. We were too noisy and Lety was always attentive and helpful :) There are some of the neighbor's dogs that at first scared us because they barked when you came in, but in the end they were even affectionate, haha. The house is very large and the spaces are very well distributed :)

Leticia has a great place. For cold weather it is important to bring enough blankets, as the house can be quite cold. Apart from that, it was a great stay.

A home away from home is how I can best describe it. Spacious house and loved that every couple had their own room. Such Airbnbs are rare to come by when visiting Valle with a big group. Great communication - Leticia and her daughter were always available if we had any questions. Additionally loved and appreciated the flexibility of an earlier check-in to drop off our things and start exploring Valle early in the day. Lastly, the fact that this place is nearby a good majority of wineries makes it so easy to plan out the weekend of stops a group would like to make - minimizing travel time and ability to go back rest when needed :) Definitely coming back! we love this home. This was our second visit. We would have scheduled additional visits but our group size got too large. We downsized so we could stay here. The local restaurants and stores were awesome. I have G.. reviews for everywhere we visited .

Had a great time on our stay. Place was as described and squeaky clean. Very spacious with several different common areas to hang out. Great outdoor spaces as well although we stayed inside mainly since our stay was in winter. Kitchen had the basics needed to prepare a meal and beds were comfy with clean linens. Leticia was a great host and very responsive to our few questions upon arrival. Location was great with nice bakery, coffee shop, restaurants and several wineries all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious & comfortable house with plenty of space for our group of 5. The A/C didn’t seem to work in 1 of the downstairs bedrooms but luckily it wasn’t too hot the weekend we were there. We were out and about most of the time and ate all our meals offsite so I can’t comment about the kitchen amenities. But the neighborhood seemed very quiet and safe, and it was a great home base for exploring Valle de Guadalupe! Leticia was a very responsive host as well and gave great instructions.

Wow!!! I don’t even know where to begin. Traveling with a newborn and a toddler is no easy task. After reading the reviews we decided to book this place and omg it did not disappoint!!!! This is our second time staying with Leticia and she continues to provide such excellent and welcoming service ! This place is about 10-20 mins away from the wineries. Ubers are no more than $10 during the day. I definitely recommend staying here ! She is extremely responsive and down to earth as well! Took the time out of her day to stop by and turn on the heater for us since it was an old school one. Property has a very calm and relaxing vibe. I would definitely stay again next time I go wine tasting.

Very nice house... it is very large, ideal for large families or friends. Each space makes you feel comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel-like white sheets are a super plus. The host is always attentive to everything. I'd love to come back, probably now in the summer.
