My group of family and friends had a great time staying at Beatriz’s airbnb! She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. She was flexible with our check in time and overall her airbnb was spacious enough for our big group! I would definitely recommend!

Excellent host, her response time is very fast and she is always attentive. She made us feel right at home and was very flexible with us, I would definitely come back and Beatriz is an excellent person!

My Family and I honestly loved the house it's big and it felt like home. It’s really close to the beach and has a beautiful view. Close restaurants near by. Also Beatriz was so helpful and really nice. I honestly recommend it.

Beatriz was an amazing and flexible host. We got in later than expected and she still managed to welcome and show us around the house. The beach is directly across the street, not a lot of ppl there so you feel like it’s your own private beach. Sunset on the rooftop is amazing 🌅

Beatriz is an excellent host. She met me at the property early and answered any questions I had. She truly made the trip a great experience. She was available the entire time. You can tell she cares about the customer and ensuring they a great experience. I cant give her enough stars.

Check in and check out was super easy. She communicated very well with us and the address was easy to locate. My family really enjoyed the upstairs deck and view.

Would definitely recommend! Host is very communicative and understanding with everything. She explained everything in detail. The area is also very nice. There’s a Walmart like 5 minutes away and the views from the Airbnb are just amazing.

A great place to be with family Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and comfortable armchairs The kitchen is very well equipped. The ocean view is very nice. The jacuzzis are working without any problem Everything is very safe. The host greets you upon arrival, which says a lot. Excellent communication. We hope to return very soon.

Beatriz was great! She is super friendly and it was very easy to get a hold of her if you needed recommendations on where to go etc. House is only 15 minutes away from downtown Ensenada.

Our stay was excellent! The house is just minutes from downtown and has a spectacular ocean view. Very spacious living room, TV room, bedrooms with enough space to sleep. What we liked and enjoyed the most was the terrace; the kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook there or upstairs. Functional barbecue and fireplace - in general everything in order, clean and safe. Many thanks to the host Beatriz for letting us enjoy her home for a whole weekend. Highly recommended!

The house is in a great location and provides a perfect beach retreat. There is a lot of space, comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements and a fully stocked kitchen. The rooftop area was even better than we expected. The photos don’t quite capture how magical the sunset views can be. We would definitely stay here again. Beatriz was a lovely host. She made herself available for any and all needs during our stay.

Great house! Tons of space. Very comfortable beds. The roof deck was such an amazing place for sunsets and grilling. Right across the street from a great beach. A little far from the main downtown bar/restaurant area, but still a pretty cheap uber ride away.

Only great things to say - spacious, clean, neat and fun outdoor space! Easy rental from the time I made the reservation to the check-out; fast responses and friendly where you don’t have to worry about nothing but having fun in a home away from home!

Great stay for two nights.

First off let me start with the host being very attentive. She would be very quick to reply and attends to our needs throughout our stay. This house had great security for the guest and vehicles.The house was clean and very spacious with each room having their own bathroom available to them. The terrace was the highlight of the whole house,very big over looking the ocean. The restroom on the terrace was a great detail since we didn’t have to go downstairs continuously. Minor details they can be improved would be the water heater taking a while for the water to warm up. Also the fridge took a while to get cold. Other than that the house was great and would recommend to friends and family.

The house is even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Beatriz is an amazing host. She is very fast on responses and made the whole stay simple and easy. The rooftop is definitely the highlight tho! The views are amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I stayed in multiple places in Ensenada and this one is the most centrally located that I have stayed in. It is also next to the water with a beautiful Terrace. Beatriz received us with a 6 pack of beer and was always just a call or text away. Extremely responsive and great hostess.

Had an amazing time at this wonderful home. House was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. The 3rd floor terrace with the hot tub and panoramic views make it the perfect home to relax in Ensenada. Beatriz was an excellent host and went beyond our expectations to make sure we had a great time. She was very responsive and would communicate with us any time we had a question. She was very curtious and even allowed us to check out late on our last day. I really recommend this home to any one who wants to relax and have a great time in beautiful Ensenada, you won't be disappointed!

We had a fantastic time at this house. Beatriz went above and beyond to help us in everything to do with the house and our activities. The accommodations were great and well taken care of. The king bed was heavenly and fit my friend and I comfortably in it. We slept so well. The same was said about the other beds and rooms. Although, the location of the house left a bit to be desired since it wasn't in the main street, it was a beautiful house and well maintained. Nothing a quick drive to the main road or into downtown wouldn't fix. Perfect house for a fun weekend away with friends and or family. Especially, with the rooftop lounge they created. Thank you! We will definitely recommend the house and stay here again.

This house is beautiful, the set up, the views to the beach. Beatrice was the best host. She would answer every text from where to have breakfast, lunch, dinner to if We couldn’t find something in the house. The house has a restroom for each room, that was nice. Kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave. The house has a third floor that has a fire pit, lounge chairs and the view of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was great. It was larger than I expected and the rooftop patio was awesome! Enclosed parking for 2 cars was great. It’s a short trip from the wineries and even shorter to bars/restaurants. Beatriz and her son were very responsive and helpful.

The house was in a good location near stores and the beach. Easy to get to Ensenada (15 min from downtown tops) and 40 min from Valle. We had a great time here. Loved the top porch.

My family and I have a great time. PROS: - Location. - Ocean view. - Clean - all necessities are covered. (soap, towells, pillows, covers and kitchen with all what you could probably need) - Fexibility on check in and check out. BIG PLUS for us. CONS: - Renovation required in some areas. :)

Beatriz is a wonderful host and very helpful. Her house was just as expected with a beautiful view of the beach across the street. My family and I had a wonderful time. Beatriz let us have a late check out and gave us lots of local tips.

My friends and I stayed at Beatriz Airbnb and it was an amazing experience. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and more. Big bedrooms, beautiful terrace and great hot tubes. Beatriz is a super host, really kind and friendly, she'd make you feel like home.

This house is so awesome. The view and the upstairs terrace is everything! We went with a large group and bunch of dogs--Beatriz was nice enough to make an exception regarding the no dog rule-- and had fantastic time!!! Bring your own firewood and toiletries :) everything else is great. So close to little shops and restaurants and downtown is about 10mins or so. O definitely want to come back. Last note-- Beatriz is sooooo great! She's so helpful and writes or calls you immediately. Super friendly. Loved her!!

Great place to stay. My family enjoyed every room of the house, very spacious and great roof top to entertain. Beach is just across from the house, which the kids enjoyed. You have great stores near by. Beatriz was a great host, very attentive, very quick to respond any needs and she is very sweet. I recommend to stay at her house.

Beatriz's place is absolutely amazing! From the beautiful master bedroom to the rooftop jacuzzi, this is one of the coolest houses I've seen in Ensenada. It was amazing being right across the street from the beach. I also liked the gated area for your car. This house is a fantastic value. I hope to stay here again some day!

The Padrísima House Very spacious Comfortable Cozy Close to squares, malls and shops It has a very nice terrace with a spectacular ocean view The beach is across the street from your house And Betty is without a doubt the best host I've ever had Super attentive, on top of all the details, excellent hospitality, excellent person. It's as if you were staying at your aunt's house. Everything is very familiar.

First off I want to start my review by thanking Beatriz for her great customer service and friendliness. There was no problem with communication. The house (Atardecer de ensueño) was astonishing. The area was quiet and peaceful. We were a couple feet away from the beach. The view on top of the roof was amazing. Also location was perfect it's 10-mins away from downtown Ensenada. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good time in Ensenada.

The house had exactly what we needed for our bachelorette party! We had 5 girls and felt completely safe with more than enough space for activities. We spent a lot of time on the deck that has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The ocean is across the street, and will take you 3 minutes to walk through the sand. People will ride their atv's near during the day, but there is no noise during the night. The stores are very close, but not walking distance. We actually preferred not being so close because the area was very quiet and peaceful. It's a short drive to all the bars, and ubers are easy and affordable to call. Beatriz was wonderful and very accommodating, she was very easy to communicate with and responded very fast to our questions. She even recommended a great and affordable tour guide to the wineries which we tried and really enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend this trip for a weekend getaway or longer stay!

Perfect house for a group getaway! Came here with 9 other of my friends for the holiday weekend. perfect location across the beach and 5 minute uber from nightlife. The rooftop was beautiful and Beatriz was very welcoming and communicative. Will stay here again!
