The Space

This beautifully updated residence features Venetian plaster walls, granite countertops, marble floors, dark walnut wood accents, and intricate lighting throughout. Situated on Medano Beach, the location offers privacy and a swimmable shoreline. These units are privately owned, contributing to a quieter and more peaceful atmosphere within the resort.
Guests can enjoy nearly a dozen dining options across the three sister resorts, along with a mini grocery store for essential items.
Holiday and spring break rentals require a minimum stay of seven nights, typically Saturday to Saturday.

Note: The sofa bed measures 60" x 72". While it may be small for adults, it is suitable for younger children.

We had the most incredible stay in this gorgeous 2 bedroom villa! It was perfect for our group of 6 - 4 adults and 2 toddlers. We loved that the balcony was safe, and the view was amazing. We will definitely be back!

The apartment was beautiful, very clean…also had maid service every other day. The location was close to downtown and the marina, so that was nice. The only complaint I have is that the resort closes down everything at 10:00, pool, hot tubs, fire pits…every is shut down. Other than that it was great and the staff was wonderful.

Gorgeous condo. Great wow factor when you first walk through the door. Three bathrooms all with showers was extremely useful. Beds are comfortable, balcony is huge and has plenty of seating for relaxing in the fresh sea air. Very spacious for a 2 bedroom condo. Washer and dryer in the unit also super helpful. Staff at the resort was all very gracious and helpful. Food was tasty. NOTE: As of May 2025, a $1,000 US Dollars required for deposit by concierge during check-in on credit card, so that’s a big chunk and better to be prepared for it ahead of time than get hit with it as a surprise. Used to cover expenses charged to your room/villa. Super convenient to be able to do that, so it was overall helpful.
