Situated at the southernmost edge of the Tamarindo area, the property grants exclusive access to the tranquil and picturesque Langosta beach. The Space
Completely renovated in 2019, the home is furnished with brand-new beds, linens, kitchen appliances, and laundry equipment. It is thoughtfully stocked with beach essentials including towels, chairs, toys, water shoes, and sunscreen—everything needed for a memorable beach getaway. Just bring your swimsuit, and everything else is provided.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and bar seating. The spacious living area offers a smart TV, cozy seating, and a large dining table. Adjacent to the living room is a generous patio with outdoor seating and a dining table that opens onto a private yard.
There are two bedrooms and three bathrooms in the unit:
- The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ample closet space, and a large private balcony with views of the ocean and coastal forest.
- The second bedroom is highly adaptable with a professionally crafted custom king bed, a double bed trundle, and an overhead twin bunk, allowing for various sleeping arrangements suitable for families, couples, or friends. This room also has its own private balcony.
- Additionally, the master bedroom includes a loft space furnished with a futon and a twin bed.

This place was fabulous. It was clean and well appointed with everything you might need for being close to a beach. The host was also very responsive. We would definitely stay here again when we come back.

An amazing place for anyone who wants to stay in a house that’s practically right on the beach. Perfect for people who love being surrounded by nature without giving up comfort. The house is well-equipped, spacious, and airy, but for those who can’t handle the heat, there’s plenty of air conditioning throughout the entire house. The condominium is excellent — very quiet and with easy access to the beach. I stayed there for a week, and it exceeded my expectations. My main goal was to surf and stay close to nature, so for guests who aren’t looking for that kind of experience, I’d recommend keeping the windows closed to avoid insects getting inside.

Nice place in an excellent location. Fantastic beach (be aware of the tides), nice pool which was always quiet. Comfortable beds. Lots of towels and extra linnens privided. Very well equipped kitchen. The only things we did not like is that the upper loft area with single bed remained a bit too warm. Most of the pots and pans were Teflon and scratched. The boogie boards were cracked but still usable.

If you’re looking for a place to completely relax, check out and love being on the beach, this is the place. We played in the ocean every day and watched the sunset every evening. Andrea’s place was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Including boogie boards to use, since we don’t surf. What a blast! If you get tired of the ocean the beautiful pool is right there. There is a grocery store nearby and good restaurants as well. We even extended our stay because we weren’t ready to leave. We will be back. Thank you so much Andrea.
