The property includes a private pool and garden, fast 100 Mbps fiber internet, three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two and a half bathrooms, a rooftop terrace, a barbecue area, and poolside loungers for relaxing.
The Space
As you enter the gated property, off-road parking is available on the left, surrounded by palm trees.
Ground Floor
The ground floor includes:
- A fully equipped kitchen with standard appliances
- A French press and coffee maker
- A kettle
- A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer
- A comfortable sitting area with a large plasma television
- Apple TV for streaming Netflix
- A selection of board games for evening entertainment
- Floor-to-ceiling glass doors overlooking the private pool and garden
The crystal-clear pool is maintained by the property manager and provides a refreshing place to cool off after a day of exploring. The outdoor area also features:
- An outdoor shower
- A barbecue area for cooking under the stars
- A Bluetooth speaker for enjoying music by the pool
- Loungers for relaxing in the garden
Second Floor
The second floor has three bedrooms and a family bathroom:
- The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The balcony is a peaceful spot for reading, enjoying morning coffee, or checking social media.
- The second bedroom includes a king-size bed and a floor-to-ceiling window that allows sunlight to filter through the trees. Blackout blinds are available for sleeping in.
- The third bedroom has two single beds.
All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units, and all showers have hot water.
Rooftop Terrace
The rooftop terrace and solarium are ideal for:
- Sunbathing
- Practicing yoga while listening to the birds
- Enjoying cocktails
- Stargazing in the evening

Guest Access
Our property manager will welcome you upon arrival. He lives in Tulum and can assist with any questions or issues during your stay.

If I could give this house 7 stars, I absolutely would. It’s truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. This home is a real oasis in Tulum — peaceful, beautifully designed, and incredibly spacious. Everything was immaculate, and the attention to detail in the décor made it feel both luxurious and welcoming at the same time. Perfect for families. The heated swimming pool was a highlight, especially after a day out — such a treat. We also made great use of the outdoor gas barbecue, which added to the whole experience of relaxing and enjoying the space. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay here again. Highly, highly recommended.

We absolutely LOVED this place! The house was perfect for our needs, and the heated pool was really great! Backyard is very beautiful with great loungers and an outdoor kitchen that we used to have a bbq one evening. The kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need, including a water cooler which was very convenient. They have really thought of everything you need for a great vacation. The location is so convenient for many restaurants and coffee shops just a few minutes walk. Thank you Claudia for being such a great host… we can’t wait to come back!

Claudias place is beautiful! Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We loved the coffee/breakfast place just down the street. The house is very clean, with all amenities needed. The pool is very clean, it is shaded by beautiful trees. Claudia did tell us she will be installing a heater for the pool, but we had no problems swimming in it as is! Claudia is super responsive and welcoming.

Claudia’s place was amazing and in the perfect location! We loved staying here, the only issue we had was that the pool was too cold to use. We were planning on hanging out in the pool every day, but it ended up being more “cold plunge” temperature and not really a pool you would hang out in. Claudia was very responsive and even let us have a late checkout, super appreciated since our flight wasn’t until the evening. Thank you Claudia!

The house is outstanding. The beds are comfortable very very comfortable cannot complain at all TVs and everything are fantastic. The only downside to this property is the pool is absolutely freezing in the month of January and was totally unusable we wanted a property where we could use the pool and relax it in the garden which was possible great outdoors cooking facilities and everything . fantastic very clean. We’ll definitely use the property again

First time in Tulum and Claudia’s place was fantastic. Stayed for two nights (Jan 1-3), with my husband and adult children. Immaculate kept, lovely furnishings, super comfy beds and a gorgeous backyard oasis with pool. Exactly as shown in pics. We felt safe and the location couldn’t be beat as the home is super close to great restos and coffee shops. Can’t reco highly enough.

Overall, I would rate Claudia's place as excellent. The place is beautifully designed and decorated. The place is modern and very clean. Here are my pro's and con's. Pros: 1. Good location in central Tulum with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. About 15-20 minutes by car to the beach and the trendy hotel zone. 2. Modern architecture with tasteful decor 3. Beautiful backyard with a private pool and grill 4. Washer/dryer provided (a big plus) 5. Drinking water machine provided: no need to buy water! (another big plus) 6. Responsive and helpful host Cons: 1. Check-out at 10am is at a bit early than most Airbnb's which is at 11am. 2. Pool is not heated. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool when we stayed (late Dec), because the water was just too cold. 3. Water pressure in one of shower rooms was very low.

The house is an absolute gem! So beautiful and luxurious. The back yard with the pool and outdoor kitchen makes you forget that there’s a world out there… The neighbourhood is lovely with lots of great restaurants, great coffee and bars but still has a very quiet and calm atmosphere. Claudia’s guide to the area is extremely helpful and clear. Bottom line: don’t miss out on this amazing place!
